Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Tahfidz Program Management at Miftahussa'adah Gebog Kudus Elementary School. Management can be interpreted as an activity that integrates educational resources to be centered in an effort to achieve predetermined educational goals. Management of the Tahfidz Program at Miftahussa'adah Gebog Kudus Elementary School is in accordance with the Management Standards at the Elementary School level according to Permendikbud Number 47 of 2023 which includes Planning, Implementation, and Supervision. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. This data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researchers used Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data disclosure, conclusion drawing and validation. The results showed that the Management of the Tahfidz Program at Miftahussa'adah Elementary School has been carried out in accordance with management functions, namely planning, implementation, supervision. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors for the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at Miftahussa'adah Gebog Kudus Elementary School. Supporting factors include: Strong determination from oneself, Support from parents and teachers, Physical and psychological good students, and Learning environment / Comfortable facilities. While inhibiting factors include: students not participating in the Pre Tahfidz Program, students are less focused on learning the Qur'an using the Qiroati method, and school holidays.

Abstract

The issue of students' dependence on tutoring teachers is increasingly becoming a bad habit. This makes the purpose of this research to analyze the strengthening of the character value of responsibility among fourth-grade students at SD 2 Singocandi, particularly those who attend tutoring outside of school. This research uses a qualitative research type with a narrative inquiry approach, which will then be explained descriptively. Using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as using Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained through this research indicate that the responsibility character of the 4th-grade students at SD 2 Singocandi, particularly those who attend extracurricular tutoring, falls into the good category. The efforts made by teachers at school or educators in tutoring sessions have proven to provide good progress in the students' sense of responsibility. Moreover, influenced by several factors both from within the students themselves and from their environment, the stages in strengthening the value of students' responsibility character become even better.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD 4 Temulus due to the learning model used being conventional. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning motivation after the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 15 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and tests, and analyzed using the N-Gain test. The N-Gain test conducted on 15 students after using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model showed an average score of 0.4848 with a standard deviation of 0.24563. This result is included in the moderate category. The N-Gain score of each student ranged from 0.11 to 1.00, or in percentage form between 11.11% to 100%, with an average of 48.48%. These results indicate that the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament model has a positive impact on increasing the learning enthusiasm of fourth-grade students in Pancasila Education learning. Thus, the Teams Games Tournament model can be considered quite effective in increasing students' learning motivation through fun, competitive, and cooperative learning methods.

Abstract

A high level of proficiency in solving problems methodically is a component of critical thinking. By using EDUPING (E-Module based on Mind Mapping) combined with a cooperative learning approach. This research aims to measure the increase in students' critical thinking abilities through thematic learning in class VI of an elementary school. This research uses an experimental design with a pre-experiment and one-group pretest-posttest layout. This research involved 27 participants, all of whom were class VI students at SD N 3 Terban. Because it is a saturated sample, the sample size is proportional to the population. The written exam serves as a research tool. The results were checked with the N-gain test. Based on the test results, the average N-Gain test was obtained at 0.37, which is in the medium category, and the increased test used paired-samples t-test, the sig value (2-tailed) was 0.00 < 0.05, which means Ha is accepted and H0 rejected, which means there is an increase in using EDUPING (E-Module based on Mind Mapping) with a cooperative learning model in electric current material.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning menggunakan media Misisca (Mind Mapping berbasis Canva) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas III SD Kayuapu. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar dan keterlibatan siswa akibat penggunaan metode konvensional. Media Misisca digunakan sebagai alat bantu visual yang memfasilitasi pemahaman konseptual, sedangkan Model PBL digunakan untuk mendorong kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest dan sampel sebanyak 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 43,23 dan posttest sebesar 83,61. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan model PBL berbantuan media Misisca terhadap hasil belajar IPAS. Sehingga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PBL dan Misisca tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan, tetapi juga memperkuat keterlibatan siswa, memperjelas pemahaman materi, serta menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Guru dapat memanfaatkan model PBL berbantuan media Misisca sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran IPAS untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang lebih aktif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna, sekaligus membantu siswa memahami konsep secara visual dan mendalam.

Abstract

This article describes parents’ role and obstacles during online learning process based on parents’ parental education background and career. The study in this article used the case study qualitative approach. The subjects in the study involved parents and elementary school children. The techniques in this study were interviews, observation, documentation, recording, and data transcription. The result indicated that 1) parents’ roles in online learning were parents as a teacher at home, parents as a facilitator, parents as a motivator, and parents provided supervision to children’s learning from home. 2) Parents’ obstacle in guiding the children’s learning during studying at home came from the career parents who must work all day activity outside had limited time in guiding the children studying at home, the parents who have basic education had an obstacle to explain the learning material in detail to their children, parents had an obstacle to have facilities and infrastructure like handphone, and the parents were impatient during guiding the children study at home.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how parents applied democratic parenting patterns in providing learning motivation for students of SD Negeri 2 Rajekwesi Mayong Jepara duringthe covid-19 pandemic. This study discussed how the democratic parenting style of parents motivated the children to learn. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were students and their parents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive data analysis. The results showed that during the covid-19 pandemic, the democratic parenting pattern was applied by parents to motivate children’s learning by encouraging and supporting the children, accompanying the children while studying, rewarding children, and giving positive advice. Based on the result of the study, it was concluded that the democratic parenting style was very influential in providing learning motivation for students of SD Negeri 2 Rajekwesi during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review of AI in primary education by searching the Scopus database in August 2025. The initial search identified 619 articles, and after screening, 57 articles published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed. The analysis was conducted using bibliometric analysis and the TCCM framework, which was applied to answer research questions and map research gaps. The findings show an increasing trend in publications each year, with the most articles published in 2025 (n = 27), while the peak in annual citations occurred in 2024 (with 561 citations). Keyword co-occurrence analysis formed five clusters, namely AI literacy and pedagogy; GenAI and personalization; student perceptions; AI literacy in elementary schools; and student behavior. The TCCM analysis identified various theories used, with TAM/UTAUT being the most frequently applied. In terms of context, the most frequent participants were elementary school students (≈50%; 26 studies), followed by teachers, prospective teachers/students, a combination of students and teachers, and school management. In terms of characteristics, 15 main categories of factors were mapped, namely personal, intention, attitude, usage, usefulness, ease, pedagogical, and knowledge, which were the dominant categories. In terms of methods, survey-based quantitative designs were the most dominant (n = 25; 44.6%), with SEM-PLS as the analysis technique. Furthermore, this study synthesizes the latest evidence to describe research gaps and offers a future research agenda for advancing AI in the context of primary education.
