Abstract

Penerapan pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik pada fase anak usia dini, para pendidik harus mempertimbangkan peran penting pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki atau meneliti cara atau metode yang di gunakan disekolah dalam menerapkan pendidikan agama islam di Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dimana menjelaskan apa saja fenomena yang terjadi pada persoalan yang diteliti. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung ke lapangan Tadika dan menelaah mulai dari kurikulum yang digunakan. Lingkungan sekitaran Tadika dan bagaimana kemampuan kompetensi pendidik Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan agama islam terhadap anak usia dini di Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik tapi tidak bisa dilihat secara langsung atau selesai pembelajaran namun secara bertahap melalui pembiasaan yang di lakukan setiap hari di Tadika, serta faktor pendukung seperti kurikulum yang digunakan dan frofesionalisme guru sebagai tenaga pendidik serta adanya komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua peserta didik

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of origami paper as a learning medium in developing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years in Tadika Al Fikh Orchad Pendamar, Malaysia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation and document analysis. The research results show that Tadika Al Fikh Orchad Pendamar applies a holistic educational approach which includes aspects of formal learning and the formation of moral and spiritual values. With professional teaching staff and various supporting facilities, this school has succeeded in creating a fun and effective learning atmosphere. The use of origami paper as a learning medium shows the school's commitment to providing innovative and interesting learning methods for students. In conclusion, a holistic approach to education, supported by creative learning media such as origami paper, plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and development of early childhood. keywords: Origami, learning, creativity

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the practice of internalising Islamic religious values in the formation of children's morals at the Putera Muhammadiyah Orphanage, Medan Kota Branch. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research directly observed the process of religious education implemented at the orphanage as well as the role of caregivers and administrators in supporting the moral formation of foster children. Data collection techniques involved in-depth interviews with administrators, caregivers, and foster children, as well as participatory observation, to gain a deep understanding of the interactions within the orphanage environment. The collected data were thematically analysed with a focus on the internalisation of religious values, the factors that influence its success, and the methods used to shape morals. The results showed that the process of internalising Islamic religious values at the Putera Muhammadiyah Orphanage Medan Kota Branch has been going well. However, some challenges need to be overcome. The methods used to shape children's morals include lectures, exemplary behaviour, habituation, advice, rewards and punishments, and the story method. However, there are problems related to the inability of some children to understand and realise the expectations of leaders and administrators, low awareness of personal responsibility, and limited facilities and infrastructure available. To improve the effectiveness of internalising these values, it is suggested that children's awareness be increased through more interactive learning approaches, as well as improving the quality of caregivers and facilities that support education. This study suggests the need for continuous efforts in improving the quality of education and supervision and fulfilling adequate resources to strengthen the process of internalising morals in orphanages.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of modern challenges, including moral degradation and the influence of digital culture, underscores the need for effective integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values in schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate how PAI values are embedded in MAN 1 Tapanuli Tengah, focusing on teachers, principals, and students' processes, experiences, and perspectives. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. They were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing and is validated through triangulation. The findings indicate a holistic framework built on three core components: faith (akidah), worship, and moral behavior (akhlak). Akidah serves as the spiritual foundation, fostering moral clarity and emotional stability. Worship, exemplified through communal prayer and dhikr, fosters spiritual discipline and social harmony. Ethical behavior is reinforced through educational strategies emphasizing honesty, responsibility, and tolerance, creating an environment supporting students to practice these values daily. This implementation involves role modeling from teachers, habituation, persuasive counseling, and educational sanctions to shape students' character and discipline. However, challenges remain due to limited parental involvement, peer influence, and unregulated use of social media. Theoretically, this research expands the role of religious education from mere knowledge transfer to character building. Practically, it provides insights into value-based education strategies by emphasizing collaboration between schools, families, and communities to address the challenges of the digital age. The findings contribute to local and global perspectives in strengthening value-based education.

Abstract

Researchers study low understanding and reading skills of the Qoran among students at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard. One of the contributing factors is that traditional teaching methods are less interesting, so children are less motivated to recognize and understand hijaiyah letters and analyze the effectiveness of using creative learning methods with hijaiyah letters in improving students' abilities at Tadika al fikh orchard in understanding the Qur'an. This teaching approach aims to provide interesting, motivating learning strategies and improve children's understanding of the hijaiyah letters. Using an experimental design, this study involved seven Tadika students. Data analysis used descriptive statistics to measure the increase in the ability to read the Qur'an. According to the research findings, creative teaching methods that combine hijaiyah letters significantly improve students' ability to understand the Qur'an when compared to traditional teaching methods. It is hoped that all of this will contribute to the development of educational strategies in Islamic educational environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi pendidikan akhlak melalui metode pembiasaan berkata baik pada anak usia dini di Taska Aspirasi Intelek Shah Alam, Malaysia. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih menekankan pendidikan akhlak secara umum, penelitian ini berfokus pada efektivitas metode pembiasaan berkata baik dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini dalam konteks pendidikan di Malaysia. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada pendidik serta orang tua guna memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang penerapan metode ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan berkata baik secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan perilaku positif anak, seperti sopan santun, empati, dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik. Anak-anak di Taska Aspirasi Intelek secara aktif dilatih dalam berbagai kebiasaan positif, seperti menghargai teman, menggunakan kata-kata sopan ("maaf," "tolong," "terima kasih"), berbagi mainan dan makanan, serta melaksanakan doa bersama sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Keberhasilan metode ini didukung oleh peran guru sebagai teladan, kolaborasi antara sekolah dan orang tua, serta sistem reward dan sanksi yang diterapkan secara proporsional. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang mendukung efektivitas metode pembiasaan berkata baik di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya di Malaysia.

Abstract

The teaching of Prophet stories plays a significant role in establishing the foundation of religious values in early childhood. By employing creative approaches, such as animated videos, the learning process becomes more engaging and effective. The aim of this study is to analyze the extent to which animated videos can enhance students' understanding and interest in learning about the stories of Prophets. The research was conducted at Taska Aspirasi Intelek, Shah Alam, Malaysia, using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included direct observation, interviews with educators, and document analysis related to the use of video media in learning activities. The findings reveal that the use of animated videos captures students' attention and facilitates the delivery of Prophet stories in an interactive and enjoyable way. Animated videos provide visualizations that enhance children's memory retention, making it easier for them to recall storylines and the moral messages conveyed. However, active guidance from educators remains essential to optimize the learning process and assist students in comprehending the messages embedded in the stories.

Abstract

Student social interaction in the school environment is an essential factor in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation. Teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models in guiding healthy social interactions by moral and religious values. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of teachers in fostering student social interactions at SMAN 1 Lae Parira, while assessing its alignment with Islamic educational principles. The study employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through interviews with five teachers and 76 students from grades 10 to 12. The study results show that teachers actively set positive examples, remind students of the importance of good manners, guide students away from promiscuity, and monitor student interactions inside and outside the classroom. Teachers also pay special attention to students who exhibit deviant behavior and involve students in activities that support healthy social interaction. Despite challenges, such as students' varying comfort levels in discussing personal issues, teachers are generally assessed as actively and positively fulfilling their roles. This study concludes that teachers at SMAN 1 Lae Parira foster student social interactions that align with Islamic educational values ??and contribute significantly to creating a socially and spiritually conducive school environment
