Abstract

Islamic religious education programs are a form of real activities that are arranged systematically and integrated with the nuances of Islamic education. This study aims to gain a more detailed understanding of Islamic religious education programs at Taqwa Mosque so that it can be used as a reference for the public in designing Islamic education programs that are needed by the ummah in the future. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. Then the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The findings in this study are that the Islamic religious education program at Taqwa Mosque Kampung Durian East Medan has five programs including: 1). Routine Study Program of Muhammadiyah Fathers; 2). Routine Study Program of 'Aisyiyah Mothers; 3). The recitation of Tahsin Al-Qur'an for children; 4). Muhammadiyah Youth Routine Study Program; 5). Friday Alms Routine Program. Of all routine Islamic religious education programs, it is carried out with the aim of meeting what Muslims need today in living the challenges of life in the futur.

Abstract

The resolution of minor criminal acts that occur in Indonesian society can usually be achieved through several channels, one of which is through deliberation. The concept of deliberation itself is regulated in Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Customary Life and Customs. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is how effective and constraining the resolution of cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in the family. The method used is empirical juridical with a statutory approach and a case approach.The results of the study found that deliberation in the crime of theft in the family tends to be effective to be carried out because of the issue of morality and values that are still upheld. And the constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the family are related to personal relationships between the parties who are families who tend to be more sensitive to being accessed by third parties in their resolution, so a persuasive approach is needed.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office (DUKCAPIL) of Palangka Raya City uses WLAN network technology as an internet access service for its employees. The large number of users and not yet conducted research on the quality of WLAN network services causes problems to arise and network disruptions in the service. The purpose of this study is to obtain the parameter values of delay, packet loss, throughput and jitter which are measures of WLAN network performance quality.  This research uses the research action method, while to retrieve data is done by download and upload methods. The results showed that in general the quality of service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palangka Raya City was medium to best with details as follows: for delay and jitter parameters included in the hight category, packet loss parameters included in the best category and throughput included in the medium category.

Abstract

Psychological well-being plays a pivotal role in shaping students' academic performance, yet its impact within Indonesian high schools remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the relationship between psychological well-being and academic success, with a focus on the effectiveness of counseling programs. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving quantitative assessments of academic performance and psychological well-being, alongside qualitative interviews with students, counselors, and teachers. The results revealed a significant positive relationship between psychological well-being and academic performance, with self-acceptance and personal growth being the most influential dimensions. Counseling programs were found to significantly enhance students’ emotional regulation, stress management, and interpersonal skills, which in turn positively impacted their academic outcomes. However, challenges related to the accessibility and duration of counseling sessions were noted, suggesting that increased resources and better integration of these services within the school system are needed. This study highlights the crucial role of psychological support in improving both students' mental health and academic performance. It contributes to the broader understanding of how school-based counseling programs can be optimized to support students’ overall development. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of counseling programs and explore the most effective interventions to support students' psychological well-being in the academic context.

Abstract

Sosialisasi ini dilakukan dalam rangka pemenuhan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Universitas Teuku Umar poin 1 dan 3, yaitu membantu lulusan memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak dengan membekali kesiapan dalam menghadapi tes CPNS dengan berbagai regulasi yang ada saat ini dan menggerakkan dosen untuk berkegiatan di luar kampus dengan menggalakkan sosialisasi-sosialisasi yang berimbas pada kepentingan masyarakat umum. Harapannya dengan pembekalan tersebut mampu menghantarkan para peserta diterima menjadi abdi negara dalam upaya menjaring para pelayan publik yang prima serta cendekia Indonesia yang berwawasan, berketerampilan, dan berakhlak. Adapun metode yang penulis gunakan adalah presentasi menggunakan alat bantu slide power point dengan bobot materi berisi regulasi-regulasi yang harus diketahui oleh para peserta, strategi dan trik andalan dari para narasumber, cara mengelola waktu belajar dan tes yang apik, serta berisi bahasan-bahasan soal dengan mengangkat soal-soal yang pernah muncul di seleksi CPNS sebelumnya. Kemudian di akhir sesi ditutup dengan diskusi secara informal. Semua proses dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan media video conference zoom meeting. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini sangat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para peserta, ini dapat diasesmen dari antusias dan intensitas pertanyaan yang diutarakan, bobot pertanyaan, kesungguhan untuk tetap standby mendengarkan meskipun sering terjadi system error disepanjang perjalanan sosialisasi, respon secara personal dari peserta kepada para narasumber, dan lainnya. Para peserta juga berharap akan ada sosialisasi lanjutan yang diselenggarakan demi kedalaman materi yang dikehendaki. Bahkan para peserta yang tidak sempat gabung karena memiliki kepentingan mendesak lain atau terlewat informasi, meminta secara personal kepada narasumber rekaman video meeting atau slide materi yang disampaikan. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta meluruskan pemahaman para guru dan siswa terkait literasi dan numerasi. Melalui acara workshop ini, para guru yang merupakan utusan dari sekolah masing-masing di wilayah Intervensi Aceh Barat mendapatkan pemahaman terkait literasi dan numerasi serta media yang tepat digunakan dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran untuk menarik minat dan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Pemberian Materi penggunaan teks multimodal dan ruang digital untuk pembelajaran dan asesmen dalam workshop ini membuat para guru sebagai peserta memahami urgennya penggunaan media ini untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini terlihat dari respon serta tanggapan aktif dari para peserta ketika mengikuti kegiatan workshop.
