Abstract

This study investigates the impact of profitability and solvency on stock prices, with a specific focus on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period 2016-2020. Adopting a quantitative research approach, the study utilizes secondary data derived from the financial statements of 32 publicly listed banking institutions. The analysis is conducted using multiple regression techniques to examine the relationship between the variables. The findings reveal that both profitability and solvency exert a positive and statistically significant influence on stock prices, suggesting that these financial indicators play a critical role in determining market valuation within the Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

Firefighting services require operational personnel who are skilled and prepared to face high risks in ensuring public safety. This study aims to analyze the potential of human resources (HR), human capital–based development strategies, and their impact on the performance of operational personnel at the Fire and Rescue Department of Palopo City. A descriptive method was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation with 13 informants, and data validation was conducted through source triangulation. The findings reveal that HR development through education, training, and work motivation enhances technical skills, teamwork ability, and overall effectiveness. However, limited personnel and low participation in training remain significant challenges. These findings reinforce Human Capital Theory while also providing practical insights for local governments in designing training programs, certification, and performance evaluation systems. Furthermore, the study offers a model for HR development in fire departments across other regions with similar characteristics. Pelayanan pemadam kebakaran menuntut tenaga operasional yang terampil dan siap menghadapi risiko tinggi demi keselamatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), strategi pengembangan berbasis Human Capital, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja tenaga operasional di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palopo. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 13 informan, serta validasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, dan motivasi kerja mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, kemampuan bekerja sama, dan efektivitas kerja. Namun, keterbatasan jumlah tenaga dan partisipasi pelatihan masih menjadi kendala. Temuan ini memperkuat Human Capital Theory sekaligus memberi dasar praktis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merancang program pelatihan, sertifikasi, dan evaluasi kinerja, serta dapat dijadikan model pengembangan SDM Damkar di daerah lain dengan kondisi serupa.

Abstract

Abstrak Periode postpartum merupakan situasi krisis bagi ibu, pasangan, dan keluarga akibat berbagai perubahan yang terjadi baik secara fisik, psikologis, maupun struktur keluarga yang memerlukan proses penyesuaian. Pencapaian peran seorang ibu dipengaruhi oleh parenting self-efficacy. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Parenting self efficacy antara lain usia, tingkat pendidikan, paritas, dukungan, pengalaman masa kecil, tingkat kesiapan kognitif, dan karakteristik anak. Parenting self-efficacy berhubungan positif dengan kepuasan menjalankan peran sebagai orang tua dan berbanding terbalik dengan resiko stress, kecemasan, dan depresi postpartum. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan parenting self efficacy pada periode awal postpartum di Puskesmas Bergas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ibu nifas pada periode awal postpartum yaitu 40 ibu di ruang nifas. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan metode descriptive analysis dan Uji -Chi-Square menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan parenting self efficacy dimana p- value 0,000. Untuk faktor pendidikan tidak terdapat hubungan dengan parenting self efficacy dimana nilai p-value 0,888. Untuk faktor paritas terdapat hubungan dengan parenting self efficacy dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Sedangkan untuk faktor dukungan sosial menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dengan parenting self efficacy dengan nilai p-value 0,009. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan parenting self efficacy pada periode awal postpartum adalah umur, paritas dan dukungan sosial, dimana masing-masing nilai p-value

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of financial literacy among MSME actors demands appropriate interventions in the form of comprehensive education and continuous mentoring. This community service program aimed to enhance the financial management capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through training and mentoring on basic financial reporting. The program was implemented in Pangkajene Urban Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, involving 15 MSME actors from the food, handicraft, and service sectors. The methods included problem identification, basic accounting training, financial recording practice, and intensive individual and group mentoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic accounting concepts and their ability to prepare simple income statements and daily cash records. Furthermore, participants responded positively and demonstrated a strong commitment to implementing consistent financial recordkeeping in their businesses. However, challenges such as consistency in recording and difficulty understanding accounting terms were still present. This activity demonstrates that a practical, mentoring-based approach is effective in strengthening the financial capabilities of MSME actors

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of personnel placement on performance at the Gowa Branch of Baranti District. Both qualitative and quantitative data are utilised, and both primary and secondary data sources are used. 37 employees made up the study's population and sample. The technique is a combination of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Y = 0.20 + 35.124 X, where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.37%, and the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.1369 or 13.69%. The t-count test value is 2.21, where the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 2.21 > 1.306, so it can be said that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the findings of the research and discussion. According to this, with 90% confidence, it is accurate that employee placement has a good and significant impact on employee performance in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

The Company's financial performance is the Company's ability to run its business financially as shown in the financial statements. The good or bad financial condition of a Company can be seen from the analysis carried out on the Company's financial statements. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of financial performance using the liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios, PT Pertamina Which Goes Public On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (2020-2022). This study uses the Descriptive Quantitative method which describes financial performance in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The results of this study analyze financial data, the financial performance of PT Pertamina Which Goes Public On The Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms of the liquidity ratio can be said to be liquid because it is able to pay its long-term and short-term debts. The financial performance of PT Pertamina Which Goes Public On The Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms of the solvency ratio is in poor condition because it shows a figure below the set standard. The financial performance of PT Pertamina which went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, when viewed from the profitability ratio, has experienced a significant increase due to the effective and efficient use of its assets.

Abstract

Credit risk and liquidity are factors that can influence the performance of banking companies, especially profitability indicators, because these two variables can have a big impact on the profits obtained by banks in a certain period. So the aim of this research is to find out how much influence Credit Risk and Liquidity have on Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research method used was quantitative method with an associative correlation approach to find the influence relationship among variables. The source of this research came from financial reports through documentation techniques. The population in this study were 42 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling so that the sample obtained were 7 companies that based on the criteria. The data analysis method used was multiple linear analysis. The results of this research showed that partially Credit Risk had a negative and significant influence on Profitability, Liquidity had no significant influence on Profitability. Then simultaneously Credit Risk and Liquidity had a positive and significant influence on Profitability.
