This study examines the business strategies applied by millennial entrepreneurial students in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi. These students are engaged in various business sectors such as food and beverages, fashion, cosmetics, services, art and design, and digital business. The primary purpose of the study is to analyze the strategies used in responding to business opportunities, competitive advantages, contributions to entrepreneurship learning in higher education, and obstacles and solutions faced by students. With a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study explores the experiences of young entrepreneurs in taking advantage of market opportunities that other entrepreneurs often ignore. Students utilize business model innovation theory by considering factors such as understanding consumer behavior, product differentiation, service quality, and location and network. Entrepreneurship learning in higher education makes an essential contribution to equipping students with an understanding of business strategies and their application in actual practice. Of the ten respondents, five have participated in entrepreneurship seminars and training, while the other five are self-taught and through campus activities. These two methods are considered influential in shaping entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. The challenges faced by millennial entrepreneurs, as well as the solutions they implement, show relevance to modern management theory. This research provides insight into how entrepreneurship education and training can support student business development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak dan penerapan e- filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan, Penyuluhan dan Konsultasi Perpajakan di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 270.683 wajib pajak. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 73 responden yang diambil dengan rumus slovin. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik 12. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t pada α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, dan sistem e-filling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi.

Awareness of the importance of financial literacy among MSME actors demands appropriate interventions in the form of comprehensive education and continuous mentoring. This community service program aimed to enhance the financial management capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through training and mentoring on basic financial reporting. The program was implemented in Pangkajene Urban Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, involving 15 MSME actors from the food, handicraft, and service sectors. The methods included problem identification, basic accounting training, financial recording practice, and intensive individual and group mentoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic accounting concepts and their ability to prepare simple income statements and daily cash records. Furthermore, participants responded positively and demonstrated a strong commitment to implementing consistent financial recordkeeping in their businesses. However, challenges such as consistency in recording and difficulty understanding accounting terms were still present. This activity demonstrates that a practical, mentoring-based approach is effective in strengthening the financial capabilities of MSME actors

The problem in this study stems from the low public understanding of transparency in village financial management, despite the village government practicing openness. This research aims to examine the extent to which transparency is implemented in infrastructure development in Tanete Village and how financial management mechanisms are applied. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, employing observation, interviews, and documentation with village officials and community members. The findings indicate that transparency efforts have been made through open access todocuments, information dissemination, and public participation in deliberations. However, challenges remain in community literacy and the effectiveness of information delivery. This study highlights the importance of effective communication and active community participation to achieve transparent and accountable village financial governance.

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of the use of digital cashier applications and simple accounting systems on the quality of decision-making in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The MSE sector, despite contributing dominantly to the economy, still faces challenges in weak financial recording practices. Field phenomena show that the adoption of cashier applications is often partial and only trend following, not maximized as a simple accounting system. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 30 micro and small MSEs as a sample through purposive sampling techniques. The data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS software. The results of the hypothesis test showed that (H1) the use of cashier applications (Sig. 0.003; Koef. 0.421) and (H2) the use of a simple accounting system (Sig. 0.012; Koef. 0.356) partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of MSE decision-making. Furthermore, (H3) both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of decision-making (Sig. 0.000) The coefficient of determination of 0.568 shows that 56.8% variation in the quality of decision-making can be explained by this model. The results of the study concluded that the synergy between the digitization of transaction recording and the implementation of a simple accounting system is very important in improving MSE business decisions
