Abstract

Abstrak Di dalam penelitian ini ada sekitar tiga putusan pengujian formil yang harus dikaji pembuktiannya dalam Mahkamah Konstitusi. Tujuannya ada dua: untuk melihat dan mengetahui sistematika pembuktian yang ada pada putusan pengujian formil UU di Mahkamah Konstitusi ; kedua, menganalisis masalah dalam sistematika pembuktian tersebut. Metode analisis seperti yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang secara konseptual, dan disertai dengan studi kasus, adalah metode yang kami gunakan pada penelitian ini. Selain itu, kami bermitra dengan Yayasan Masjid Roudlotul Ulum Surabaya, tepatmya di Jl. Dupak Baru 3/43A. Kami juga telah menemui Kepala Yayasan Masjid tersebut, yakni Bapak Khanafi untuk membahas diskusi kami bersama dengan masyarakat sekitarnya. Hasil pengabdian kami menunjukkan bahwa banyak masyarakat yang belum paham mengenai konsep pembuktian dalam beracara baik di Pengadilan maupun Mahkamah. Sehingga kami disini akan membantu mereka dalam memahami konsep Pembuktian melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini. Menurut hasil pengamatan kami, sebanyak 90% masyarakat masih belum paham tentang alat-alat bukti apa saja yang digunakan ketika beracara di Pengadilan. Pembuktian ditandai dengan adanya dalil dan alat bukti yang kurang kuat, sehingga menyebabkan keputusan hakim hanya terikat pada kebenaran formil, bukan materiil. Selain itu, pemohon maupun termohon harus memperhatikan alat bukti yang mereka gunakan, dan tentunya alat bukti tersebut diperoleh melalui cara yang sah dan legal menurut ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.  Oleh karena itu, apabila pemohon maupun termohon tidak mengikuti instruksi dalam beracara baik di pengadilan maupun di MK, maka akan dikenakan sanksi yang berlaku. Untuk bukti dari pemohon, biasanya dilakukan dalam sidang pembuka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of incentives and motivation in influencing employee performance at PT. Sagara Xinix Solusitama. This study also aims to provide an overview of whether the incentive and motivation system implemented by the company has been effective in increasing employee work productivity. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. Purposive Sampling is the sampling technique in this study. Based on the results of the study and the discussion above, it can be concluded that the incentive system implemented by the company has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance. Incentives, both financial such as bonuses and allowances, and non-financial such as training and awards, have been proven to be able to increase work enthusiasm, loyalty, and a sense of belonging to the company. This study also shows that the effectiveness of incentives is not only determined by the nominal or type, but also by the extent to which the incentives are given fairly, transparently, and relevant to individual contributions. The subjective perception of each employee plays an important role in assessing how much incentives can encourage them to work better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Happy Note LKPD media in improving students' learning motivation in Social Studies (IPS) for Grade VII at SMPN 24 Malang. The main issue addressed is the low level of student motivation. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The subjects were 33 students from class 7E. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results show that the use of Happy Note significantly increased students’ learning motivation. In cycle I, 61% of students were in the “Very Good” category, which increased to 86% in cycle II. Additionally, there was a 23% increase in average motivation scores compared to before the treatment. Students demonstrated enthusiasm and active participation during the learning process. This media also fostered a fun learning environment through motor activities such as cutting, pasting, and coloring. The study concludes that Happy Note is effective in enhancing students’ learning motivation. It is recommended that this media be considered an alternative in IPS learning or other subjects requiring a creative and enjoyable approach.

Abstract

This study examines how website design, information quality, and utility affect ePaper use, with brand trust and attitude as mediators. This study examines the factors that influence ePaper readers’ intentions to use the service. The quantitative study uses a survey questionnaire to collect data. A convenience sample of ePaper readers was selected. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyses data and determine variable relationships. The study found that website design, information quality, and usability affect brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. A well-designed website with high-quality information and handy features boosts brand trust and attitude, which affects ePaper service use. This study adds to the literature by examining the relationships between website design, information quality, utility, brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. The results suggest that ePaper suppliers should priorities website design, high-quality content, and useful features to build brand confidence and reader loyalty. It will boost their desire to use the service. Future investigations should aim to examine the potential effects of supplementary variables that could potentially influence individuals’ intents to utilized ePaper, including those related to user experience and social dynamics.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad ke-21 sudah menekankan pendekatan yang berpusat pada peserta didik dibandingkan pada guru, tetapi mayoritas guru masih menerapkan metode ceramah. Akibatnya, pembelajaran cenderung pasif, motivasi belajar menurun, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis serta kolaborasi peserta didik masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, guru perlu mempersiapkan pembelajaran dengan merancang media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti website. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah website interaktif yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D serta mengacu pada model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu rancangan website interaktif “PHYROOM” berbasis Dilemma-STEAM pada materi Energi Terbarukan yang menarik serta mudah diakses kapan dan dimana saja melalui perangkat elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, sebanyak 89,5% menginginkan media pembelajaran yang menarik, mudah diakses, dan interaktif. Sebanyak 54,7% menganggap materi energi terbarukan sulit dipahami. Penggunaan model Dilemma-STEAM karena pembelajaran menekankan pada pengembangan ketrampilan abad ke-21 agar peserta didik dapat memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.  Sedangkan pemilihan materi energi terbarukan karena pembahasannya berhubungan dengan keberlangsungan kehidupan di bumi. Peneliti berharap dapat mengatasi permasalahan dan tantangan pembelajaran dengan merancang website interaktif “PHYROOM” berbasis model pembelajaran Dilemma-STEAM pada materi Energi Terbarukan.
