Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dibidang teknologi beton memungkinkan penggunaan limbah menjadi bahan dasar pembentuk beton, sehingga di satu sisi penggunaan bahan alam yang merusak lingkungan dapat diatasi dan di sisi lain bahan limbah dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin untuk bahan dasar pembentuk beton. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas yaitu variasi persentase limbah logam cement slag dalam campuran beton (30%, 40%, 50%). Sample yang dibuat adalah beton keras dengan perbandingan komposisi campuran yang didapat sebelumnya dari hasil mix design beton normal yaitu dengan besar kuat tekan K-400 di uji pada umur 3, 7, dan 28 hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh limbah logam (cement slag) sebagai bahan pengikat hidrolik pada beton terhadap kuat tekan beton. Terdapat kenaikan kuat tekan pada umur 3, 7, dan 28 hari pada semua varian, Presentase terbaik Cement Slag sebagai campuran semen OPC yang menghasilkan kuat tekan beton silinder maksimal yaitu komposisi varian 30% karena mengalami kenaikan rata-rata 131% pada umur 28 hari dari kuat tekan rencana, sementara untuk full OPC mengalami kenaikan rata-rata 126% pada umur 28 hari dari kuat tekan rencana. Kata Kunci: Limbah Logam, GGBFS, Kuat Tekan.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : Technology's rapid evolution presents both opportunities and challenges for children, affecting their education, communication, and exposure to risks like inappropriate content and cyberbullying. Balancing screen time with physical and social activities is a growing concern, prompting a need for updated parenting strategies in the digital age. Purpose : This study investigates the digital age's impact on children's upbringing, focusing on parental roles. It aims to understand technology's dual aspects—its benefits and risks—and offer guidance on adapting parenting methods to enhance children's safety, well-being, and development amidst technological changes. Design/methods/approach: A mixed methods approach is used, involving surveys and interviews with parents and educators. The research reviews literature on technology's effects on children and examines effective parental strategies for managing screen time and promoting digital literacy. A framework is developed to evaluate technology's influence and suggest parental engagement strategies. Findings : Excessive screen time links to developmental issues like attention problems, aggression, and health concerns. Technology also offers educational and social benefits. Strategies to mitigate negative impacts include setting limits, creating tech-free areas, and modeling responsible behavior. Engaging parents in digital education and discussing online safety are highlighted as essential. Research implications/limitations: The findings underscore the necessity for collaboration among parents, educators, and policymakers to manage the digital age's challenges. While technology is beneficial, it requires careful handling to safeguard children's welfare. Study limitations include potential biases in self-reported data and difficulties separating technology's effects from other factors. Originality/value : This research offers fresh insights into the technology-child development relationship, providing actionable advice for parents and educators. It bridges theory and practice, enriching discussions on safely and effectively navigating the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan usaha peternakan sapi perah di Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis finansial seperti R/C ratio, B/C ratio, NPV, IRR, dan PP, penelitian ini mengevaluasi profitabilitas dan potensi keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan sapi perah layak secara ekonomi dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 4,88, B/C ratio sebesar 2,97, NPV sebesar Rp1.432.433.242, IRR 36%, dan payback period 2,97 tahun. Selain itu, melalui analisis SWOT, ditemukan bahwa faktor kekuatan utama adalah potensi pasar susu yang besar, sementara peluang utama adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konsumsi susu lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi peternak dan pemangku kepentingan dalam meningkatkan skala usaha, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan usaha ternak sapi perah di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

The role of teachers in the educational process is not only limited to the instructional function but also includes a strategic role as a classroom manager responsible for creating a conducive learning environment. This activity aims to enhance teachers' competence in classroom management by promoting the understanding and application of educational management concepts. The methods used in this activity include interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and the preparation of follow-up plans. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in teachers' understanding of the fundamental principles of educational management, as well as their ability to design and implement effective classroom management strategies. Through this activity, teachers are expected to enhance their role in enhancing the quality of learning and fostering a positive classroom climate. This program is the first step in efforts to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri Sumber Harta through an applicable and sustainable managerial approach

Abstract

Perilaku food waste berkontribusi terhadap keamanan pangan di Kawasan Asia Tenggara dalam konteks menjamin empat pilar keamanan pangan. Pemenuhan empat pilar keamanan pangan ini sangat berkaitan dengan perilaku food waste yang semakin meningkat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif, dan dalam pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan studi kepustakaan. Konsep Keamanan Pangan menjadi kerangka pemikiran utama dalam menjelaskan keterkaitan food waste terhadap empat pilar keamanan pangan.
