The research results found that green banking has a negative and significant effect on firm value. This is because investors have not responded well to green banking, besides that the costs for implementing green banking are quite large so companies have not been able to optimize it. Meanwhile, the quality of profits and intellectual capital have no effect on firm value. This is because the quality of profits and intellectual capital has not been responded well by investors. Firm value can explain the firm's future prospects and can be used to assess it as a whole. Investors can make decisions about investing by looking at the firm's share price and the amount of assets produced by the firm.

Abstract

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is a bank performance ratio used to measure the adequacy of capital owned by the bank in order to support assets that contain or generate risk. The greater the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the better the bank's ability to meet capital needs. The greater the capital owned by the bank, the bank is able to provide loans to customers in large amounts so that it has the opportunity to increase the company's profitability. Profitability assessment is a process to determine how well business activities are carried out to achieve strategic goals, eliminate waste and present timely information to carry out continuous improvement (1). This study aims to be one of the indicators of how an important event in a country, especially in the socio-political field, can affect the country's economic turnover and stock exchange. Especially for the big four ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand), the case of increasing stock prices in the banking sector is in the spotlight and it is necessary to conduct a scientific study on the correlation of General Election events in the big four ASEAN countries with the increase in their country's stock market. This type of research is associative research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, namely researching the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Costs on Operational Income (BOPO) which are related to the Profitability of banking sector companies during the general election period in the big four ASEAN countries. This study will use ratio analysis to determine the performance of a bank and its health.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of Financing Efficiency Using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Approach at Bank Aceh Syariah. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique uses secondary data in the form of financial statements accessed through the official website www.bankaceh.co.id. The collected data is processed using the STATA 17 program. The population used in this study is all financial reports of Bank Aceh Syariah. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated samples, namely the entire population. This study uses two variables, namely input variables consisting of Third-Party Funds and Fixed Assets and Financing output variables. The data analysis method used in this study is Data Envelopment Analysis. The results of the study show that there is variation in the level of efficiency during the entire 2020-2023 Period of Bank Aceh Syariah. Some branches show a high level of efficiency with a DEA score of 1, while others show varying levels of inefficiency with different DEA scores. Overall, Bank Aceh Syariah has achieved fairly efficient circumstances where the fluctuations observed reflect variations in bank performance from year to year. Despite these fluctuations, Bank Aceh Syariah continues to show a relatively good level of efficiency throughout the period. The theoretical implication of this study is to increase understanding of how DEA techniques can be used to evaluate and compare financing efficiency between units or branches in a Sharia bank. The managerial implication of this study is to assist management in making strategic decisions related to resource allocation, setting internal policies, and developing more effective financing strategies. By optimizing efficiency, banks can improve competitiveness, quality of service to customers, and long-term financial sustainability. Additionally, this study can be used as a tool for periodic performance evaluation and monitoring, ensuring that banks continue to operate at maximum efficiency.

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia are a political party that is very interesting to study and look forward to because they arise from various aspects and social groups in Indonesia. In Aceh, the intersection between religion and politics is very pronounced, including the Dayah which plays a major role as one of the influential places in Aceh in both fields. It is important to understand how the Dayah leadership views and engages in local parties' political communication methods, which is crucial to understanding the broader socio-political landscape in Aceh. This research investigates the perceptions of Dayah leaders regarding political communication methods used by local Acehnese parties, namely the PAS party in the Lhokseumawe region. Dayah educational institutions which are deeply rooted in Aceh's socio-political landscape also play an important role in shaping public opinion and influencing political dynamics. Through qualitative research methods, this research explores the views of the Dayah leadership and interacts with the political communication strategy of the PAS party in the Lhokseumawe region. This research also highlights the dynamics between religious authority and political involvement in Acehnese society.
