Abstract

In an era when work entails accomplishment, personal progress, financial security, social connections, and finding meaning, the specialty coffee sector has become a magnet for experts from Asia and Africa looking to offer their skills to the Middle East's coffee value chain. This engrossing study dives into the motivations and preferences of labor from different regions, offering light on the unique dynamics that entice people to this particular sector and geographical context. The article investigates the cultural interchange, skill development opportunities, and career progression that attract workers to the Middle East's specialty coffee industry using prominent ideas such as the Pull-Push Theory, Resource-Based View Theory, and Cultural Diversity Theory. The findings not only demonstrate the transforming potential of work, but they also give critical insights for industry stakeholders, governments, and scholars interested in maintaining a thriving and inclusive coffee ecosystem in the region and beyond.

Abstract

The study dives into the thriving coffee culture of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and investigates its significant impact on tourism and economic growth. As the world's largest producer of Robusta coffee, Vietnam, notably Da Lat, has emerged as a global coffee production powerhouse, with an increasing emphasis on specialty coffee. The integration of coffee into tourism activities, as well as initiatives to improve quality and sustainability throughout the coffee value chain, demonstrate Vietnam's innovative approach to coffee industry development. The study illuminates the lessons and insights that Vietnam's coffee sector can provide to the global coffee community by investigating the nexus of coffee culture, tourism, and economic empowerment. Vietnam's coffee sector, which combines tradition and innovation, is a fascinating illustration of how coffee can drive economic progress, promote sustainability, and enrich cultural experiences. Vietnam's success has far-reaching ramifications for other coffee-producing countries, providing significant lessons on how to use coffee tourism, improve sustainability standards, and promote economic empowerment for local populations.

Abstract

This revolutionary research reveals the spectacular rise of the specialty coffee sector in Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia, and its profound impact on the region's economy. Al-Qassim has evolved as a dynamic specialty coffee hub, attracting worldwide coffee enthusiasts and supporting sustainable enterprises. Supported by Monsha’at's Sharia Financing principles, the specialty coffee sector has enjoyed extraordinary growth and sustainability, enabling Al-Qassim's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Buraydah, a UNESCO culinary city, is the hub of this specialty coffee trend. Collaboration among coffee businesses within and beyond Saudi Arabia, bolstered by global associations has further accelerated the industry's progress. This study provides valuable insights into the efficacy of Islamic finance in supporting SMEs and contributes to the advancement of Saudi Arabia's dynamic business environment. With its strategic advantages, supportive initiatives, and global connectivity, Al-Qassim is poised to become a dominant player in the regional and international coffee market, fueling economic prosperity and solidifying Saudi Arabia's position as a specialty coffee destination.

Abstract

This article discusses the potential of coffee as a cognitive enhancer. The aim of this research is to explore the cognitive benefits of coffee use by qualitatively utilizing relevant ideas and empirical facts. The research method employs a qualitative study approach that includes interviews, observations, and literature review. The results of the study show that individuals looking to improve their cognitive performance through coffee use are given practical advice. Furthermore, this research proposes a strategy to widen the societal influence of coffee-stimulated cognitive activity. The conclusions of this research allow readers to properly exploit the cognitive benefits of coffee by using new methods and creating broad awareness of the topic. It emphasizes the need for future research in various areas such as long-term effects, individual differences, synergistic techniques, and specific cognitive domains to maximize the potential of coffee as a cognitive enhancement tool and promote cognitive well-being in society. The contribution of this research provides practical guidelines for individuals to leverage coffee in enhancing cognitive performance.

ABSTRACT Literacy has emerged as a critical pillar for societal growth in Indonesia's ever-changing educational scene. The study examines Indonesia's comprehensive approach to literacy promotion, taking into account cultural, psychological, and policy elements. It is vital to disentangle the complex kaleidoscope of influences producing Indonesia's literacy environment utilizing sociocultural studies, educational psychology, language analysis, and policy formulation as lenses. Abstract

This enthralling exploration digs into the transforming influence of a poetry-rich classroom, revealing a plethora of advantages that educators may use to support student growth and empowerment. Students are given a dynamic platform for creative expression, intellectual advancement, and profound self-discovery when poetry is integrated into the educational environment. Students gain linguistic competence, critical thinking abilities, empathy, cultural understanding, and self-confidence through poetry. The structured poetry writing workshop method emerges as a catalyst for active engagement and growth, helping students through the creation of their own poems. Furthermore, the use of multimedia projects, collaborative initiatives, contests, anthologies, and digital platforms expands and improves student participation and experiences. A poetry-rich classroom is acknowledged for its importance in empowering students as writers, encouraging their personal growth, and establishing a lifetime love of the written word. This study encourages educators to embrace the transforming power of a poetry-rich classroom, fostering an inclusive and vibrant learning atmosphere in which students can thrive as writers and persons.

Abstract

This study looks into the effects of modern and traditional coffeeshops on the mental health of customers in the Saudi Arabian province of Al Qassim, with a focus on the cities of Buraydah and Unaizah. The proliferation of diverse coffeeshop kinds has resulted in the emergence of each giving a distinct experience and atmosphere. Understanding the impact of different coffee shop types on mental well-being is critical for the creation of long-lasting and prosperous coffee communities in Al Qassim. The study addresses five major concerns: the impact of coffee shops on consumers' sense of autonomy and empowerment, the impact of environmental stimuli on psychological well-being, the role of quality and satisfaction in shaping coffee shop experiences, strategies for bridging the gap between modern and traditional coffeeshops. To gain insights, a thorough research technique was used, which included a qualitative literature review, talks, and observations. The findings emphasize the considerable impact of modern and traditional coffeeshops on mental health, underlining the necessity of collaboration and sustainability in cultivating an inclusive coffee culture that improves the well-being of the Al Qassim society.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of anti-corruption education in creating a future free from corruption. Anti-corruption education is considered as one of the strategies for eradicating corruption because it can create an anti-corruption cultural ecosystem in building the character of the younger generation. Higher education has an important role in instilling the value of integrity through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes education, research, and community service. Anti-corruption education also has a damaging impact, such as damaging markets, prices and fair business competition, undermining the law, reducing the quality of life and sustainable development, undermining the democratic process, violating human rights, and causing other crimes to develop. Therefore, all levels of society are expected to participate in eradicating corruption. This research also examines anti-corruption education as character building that emphasizes free will and individual behavior through potential. Anti-corruption education not only teaches what is right and what is wrong, but also involves character building and humanism in higher education.

Abstract

This study provides information for Indonesian Muslim students who want to study in the Middle East. The Middle East is a major hub of Islamic knowledge, with a rich Islamic culture, customs, and teachings. Studying in this location allows students to expand their grasp of Islamic ideas and values, connecting theoretical and practical applications in their daily lives. The Middle East is known for its renowned scholars who provide hands-on learning experiences and mentorship, contributing to intellectual and spiritual growth. Students also benefit from substantial academic resources such as famous universities, libraries, and Islamic literature and manuscripts collections. This presentation's technique included considerable research, personal experiences, and encounters in Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey. The goal is to motivate and encourage Indonesian Muslim students to pursue their academic goals. In the end, seeking knowledge in the Middle East necessitates determination, endurance, cultural adaptation, and a dedication to personal and spiritual growth. The provision of free education and scholarships in the Middle East emphasizes the significance of education as a fundamental human right, with countries trying to increase access and create a more equitable society. Students must stay connected to their roots, seek guidance, and embrace opportunities to become their best version.
