Abstract

Pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning menggunakan metode Tutor Sebaya pada siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan SMKS Yabhinka. Pada saat proses penelitian ini menggunakan sample siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan yang terbagi menjadi dua kloter yang menggunakan pembelajaran Hybrid Learning, dan salah satu kelompok ditambahkan dengan Metode Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya. Desain pembelajaran yang diterapkan yaitu Desain Pembelajaran ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi terstruktur dan menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penilaian Hasil Las dengan menggunakan Lembar hasil Uji Penetrant. Proses Pengambilan Instrumen data dilakukan 1 kali setelah melalui proses pembelajaran 10 Pertemuan. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Metode Tutor Sebaya pada Siswa Kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan SMKS Yabhinka sangat cocok dilakukan pada Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perbandingan hasil las antara kelompok 1 yang hanya menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning dan Kelompok 2 dengan menggunakan kolaborasi antara Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning dan Metode Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya. Kelompok 1 yang hanya menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning tidak ada sample yang mendapatkan kategori diterima. Sedangkan pada sample Kelompok 2 dengan menggunakan kolaborasi antara Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning dan Metode Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya mendapatkan kategori diterima

Abstract

The facilitation and management of changes can support the success of community empowerment. In the process, appropriate facilitation and management of changes in teaching materials are needed. This study aims to construct the teaching materials for facilitation strategies and management of changes by Indonesian society's socio-cultural characteristics. The research and development method was carried out using the Borg and Gall model to achieve this goal. The result shows that the teaching material needed in the facilitation strategy and management of changes includes three aspects: knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Overall, facilitators know empowerment facilitation but still feel they lack facilitation skills in practices. The personal communication skills most needed are probing and paraphrasing. The collaboration skills most wanted to improve in the community group are building group dynamics and teamwork, building belief and confidence, encouraging full participation, supporting conflict resolution, encouraging inclusive solutions, giving and receiving feedback, encouraging mutual understanding, and monitoring the role and group level. The most preferred attitudes for a community empowerment facilitator are unconditional trust in group abilities, building empathy, building interest in others, and an unconditional positive outlook. According to the audience, suitable teaching materials use easy-to-understand language, illustrated pictures or videos that work well, and include real examples in the field. Teaching materials must be designed to be attractive and user-friendly. In this case, it can be done in further research.

Abstract

The science learning process has changed from classroom to online education. This leads to blended learning-based learning in a relatively short amount of time today, placing many challenges and burdens on teachers. Motivation to direct the learning process is important to understand how technology can prepare teachers' abilities in the future, which is an integral part of the learning process. This study aims to measure the willingness of elementary schools in different parts of Indonesia to practice blended learning. This study is a descriptive and quantitative study. The survey was conducted although it needs improvement in mastering Technological Knowledge. So it on 64 primary school teachers with 1 to 10 years of teaching experience in 16 states of Indonesia, who are currently training in-service teachers at Sultan Agung Tirtayasa University. The survey results show that the teacher`s ability to use each component in the TPACK is generally categorized as "very good", can be concluded that the elementary school teachers are considered capable of carrying out the blended learning process. This picture can be used as a benchmark for developing the ability of teachers to improve the quality of the quality learning process and coexist with technological developments.

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes how the basic literacy education program (KD) is implemented from a feminist point of view. Through interviews, observations, and document analysis the researcher provides an overview of women's perceptions of the importance of basic literacy education. Data collection by purposive sampling was followed by the snow ball technique, in which the researcher visited the key informant at the research location, then continued with other informants based on the first informant's instructions on who the subjects should be contacted. Observations show that the majority (almost all) of active KD participants in Central Lombok are women (housewives). Based on the results of interviews and document analysis, it is known that there is a development in the ability and confidence of women who participate in KD activities, especially in daily activities and active participation in community social activities. This condition needs to be followed up with a sustainable literacy program accompanied by a women's empowerment program in the field. In order to support the implementation of the program, a more in-depth study is needed to produce guidelines for implementing literacy programs for women's empowerment so that women's empowerment and literacy programs are carried out in accordance with the culture that develops in the community. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana program pendidikan keaksaraan dasar (KD) terlaksana dari sudut pandang feminismis. Melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan analisis dokumen peneliti memberikan gambaran persepsi perempuan terhadap pentingnya pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Pengambilan data secara purposive sampling diikuti juga oleh teknik snow ball yakni peneliti mendatangi informan kunci pada lokasi penelitian, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan informan lainnya atas petunjuk informan pertama tentang siapa saja subjek yang harus dihubungi. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa mayoritas (hampir semua) peserta KD aktif di Lombok Tengah adalah perempuan (Ibu Rumah Tangga). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan analisis dokumen, diketahui adanya perkembangan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri perempuan yang mengikuti kegiatan KD terutama dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan keaktifan partisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial masyarakat. Kondisi ini perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan program literasi berkesinambungan diiringi dengan program pemberdayaan perempuan di lapangan. Dalam rangka mendukung keterlaksanaan program tersebut, diperlukan kajian lebih mendalam untuk menghasilkan pedoman pelaksanaan program literasi untuk pemberdayaan perempuan sehingga program pemberdayaan dan literasi perempuan terlaksana sesuai dengan budaya yang berkembang di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze an assessment instrument, mainly the characteristics of the test items, by using a Quest program. This study is a descriptive quantitative study in one school in Yogyakarta. The focus of this study was fifty items of the teacher-made test. The items have been tested on 316 students. The analysis results show that items of the teacher-made test have various difficulty levels and discrimination indexes. A range of item difficulty levels is between 0.01 to 0.99 based on classical analysis and between -3.20 to 7.32 based on the Rasch model. All items of that test have a positive discrimination index and fit with the model. This indicates that the teacher-made test items agree with an achievement test's characteristics.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a conceptual model for vocational centers that empower individuals in the field of metal fabrication. The study used a qualitative approach and data was collected through interviews and observations of individuals involved in metal fabrication training. The results showed that the development of a vocational center based on a conceptual model that emphasizes competence and empowerment can lead to improved training and job opportunities for individuals in the field of metal fabrication. The model consisted of several key components, including a focus on hands-on training, the provision of relevant industry-standard equipment, and the integration of soft skills development into the training curriculum. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the design and implementation of effective vocational training programs in the field of metal fabrication. The proposed model can be used as a reference for policymakers, vocational center managers, and trainers to enhance the quality and impact of training programs.

Abstract

Model dan metode pembelajaran merupakan bagian krusial dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pendekatan TPACK merangkum realisasi model dan metode pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan guru SMK Teknik Mesin di Kota Serang terhadap TPACK dan bagaimana penerapan TPACK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif persentase. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 26 guru dari 31 guru yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan syarat merupakan guru yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan teknik mesin dan telah terdaftar di dapodik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan TPACK guru SMK Jurusan Teknik Mesin di Kota Serang termasuk dalam kategori baik dimana nilai rata-rata aspek Pengetahuan Teknologis (TK) 84,7%; Pengetahuan Konten (CK) 85%; Pedagogic Knowledge (PK) 84%; Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogis (PCK) 84,6%; Pengetahuan Teknologi Konten 83,6%; Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogis 85,9%; dan Pengetahuan Konten Teknologi Pedagogis (TPACK) 87,9%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan TPACK guru di Kota Serang tergolong tinggi.

Abstract

Learning in the current era is often directed at developing creativity. Increasing creativity is very close to divergent thinking skills. This study aims at measuring the divergent thinking ability in biology science process skills of the sixth-grade students at elementary schools in one regency in relation to the tutoring activities along with the effect of gender and parent’s occupations. This study is a descriptive quantitative study employing a survey method. The sample includes 603 sixth grade students at 18 elementary schools in one regency which was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The divergent thinking ability is indicated by the scores of the open-ended test. The tutoring programs, gender, and parent’s professions of the samples were obtained from questionnaires. Scoring guidelines and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The mean of testee joining the tutoring program is relatively low (mean=17.93/40.00, SD=6.02). This empirically shows that the development of divergent thinking ability in biology science process skills at elementary school is not optimal yet, particularly in the research samples. There is a relationship between the gender and parent’s occupations with the student’s divergent thinking ability of biology science process skills regarding the tutoring activities. This can be studied and examined further.

Abstract

This study is aiming to compare learning achievement of the students with the STAD, TGT, and STAD-TGT combination models. This research is quasi-experimental research. The samples used were 3 classes from SMKN 1 Ciruas and SMK PGRI 1 Serang. Data collection using test and observation sheets of student activity. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, normality test and homogeneity test, as well as hypothesis testing. The results of the study were obtained through descriptive analysis with an average learning achievement using the STAD model is 58.33, TGT model is 54.47, and STAD-TGT combination model is 65.29. Descriptively, the learning achievement category in STAD-TGT combination model is higher than two other models. Based on the descriptive analysis it was concluded that the learning outcomes of the STAD-TGT combination model obtained the highest average score. However, this difference was not significant, as evidenced by the Tukey HSD test which resulted in the STAD-TGT combination model with the STAD model (sig. 0.447), while the difference occurs significantly between the STAD-TGT combination model and the TGT model (sig. 0.027). The conclusion in this study is that the STAD-TGT combination model is sequentially better in improving student learning outcomes in class XI TKR. Abstract

Pembubutan merupakan pekerjaan yang sering dilakukan pada bidang teknik pemesinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variasi proses pembubutan terhadap tingkat kekasaran pada benda kerja. Variasi proses pembubutan yang dimaksud adalah perbedaan kecepatan dan kedalaman potong bubut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Variabel meliputi variabel independen yakni kecepatan potong dan kedalaman potong dengan variabel dependen kekasaran permukaan benda kerja. Dari hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekasaran permukaan benda kerja hasil pembubutan dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan dan kedalaman potong. Secara konsep, semakin tinggi kecepatan potong maka semakin halus benda kerja yang dihasilkan, namun belum nampak jelas pada percobaan ini. Kemudian terkait kedalaman potong, semakin dalam pemakanannya maka semakin halus (kekasaran kecil) permukaan benda kerja hasil pembubutan, terbukti pada percobaan ini. Dengan demikian, pada proses pembubutan diperlukan kecepatan dan kedalaman potong yang tepat sesuai dengan jenis benda kerja untuk memperoleh hasil yang terbaik. Kajian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan dengan kecepatan dan kedalaman potong yang lebih bervariasi.
