Abstract

ABSTRACT Multiple regression is a statistical data analysis technique that is often used to find models of relationships between variables. Regression analysis can explain causal relationships, where the value of the independent variable predicts the value of the dependent variable. This research aims to describe the effect of the sample standard deviation to the residual value in multiple regression analysis for three independent variables and one dependent variable. This research is descriptive research using simulation data of 110 respondents. Variations in standard deviation values ​​are obtained from increasing the observed scores on the variables. The variation of standard deviation in this study are calculated from observed scores that increase by the same multiple. Next, the regression residual values ​​were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the standard deviation value of sample on the residual value. When the sample standard deviation value increases A times, the residual value also becomes A times larger. This indicates that the greater the variation in the data, the greater the residual value in regression analysis. In multiple regression of three independent variables on one dependent variable, the effect of the deviation value in the sample which changes the residual value only applies to the dependent variable, changes in the standard deviation of the independent variable do not affect the residual value. The conclusion of this research is a simple description so further studies are needed specifically. ABSTRAK Regresi berganda merupakan salah satu teknik analisis data statistik yang sering digunakan untuk mencari model hubungan antar variabel. Analisis regresi dapat menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat, dimana nilai variabel bebas memprediksi nilai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterkaitan antara besaran simpangan baku sampel terhadap nilai residu pada analisis model regresi berganda untuk tiga variabel bebas dengan satu variabel terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data simulasi. Sampel simulasi sebanyak 110 responden. Variasi nilai simpangan baku diperoleh dari memperbesar skor amatan pada variabel yang dianalisis regresi dengan kelipatan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, batasan simpangan baku dalam penelitian ini dihitung dari skor-skor amatan yang bertambah besar dengan kelipatan sama. Selanjutnya, nilai residu regresi dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh besaran simpangan baku sampel terhadap nilai residu. Ketika nilai simpangan baku sampel bertambah besar A kali maka nilai residu juga semakin besar A kali pula. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin besar variasi data maka semakin besar pula nilai residu dalam analisis regresi. Pada regresi berganda tiga variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat, efek besaran nilai simpangan pada sampel yang mengubah besaran nilai residu hanya berlaku pada variabel terikat saja, perubahan simpangan baku pada variabel bebas tidak mempengaruhi besaran nilai residu. Kesimpulan penelitian ini merupakan deskripsi sederhana sehingga diperlukan kajian lebih lanjut secara khusus memperdalam bahasan pada topik yang sama.

Abstract

The study tries to see the effect of different sample sizes on the reliability of creativity tests using Cronbach’s alpha. In addition, the background of the sample (gender and grade) is also detected. The study has a practical significance for designing a sample for estimating reliability using Cronbach alpha. The secondary data are used for analysis. The sample of creativity test is determined purposively, that is, has been administered to 1,960 students. The α-coefficient calculation uses the SPSS program. The result proves in the total sample, the creativity test is reliable (α=0.852). In small sample sizes, the α-coefficients values vary greatly in the different test groups. In the larger sample size, the α-coefficients are closer to constant in the different test groups. For a polytomous scale test with a length of 20 items, the α-coefficients obtained close to constant on the sample size of more than 80 testees. This result indicates for the optimum result the sample size is at least four times larger than the number of test items in reliability analysis, especially Cronbach alpha. Based on the gender aspect, descriptively the α-coefficient in the male group (0.846) was almost equal to the female group (0.851). By grouping the testees based on the grades, there are slight differences in α-coefficients in class IV (0.850), class V (0.841), and class VI (0.809). Regarding the results of this study, in the reliability estimation of test development, it is suggested to consider the adequacy and the characteristic of samples.

Abstract

A misconception is one of the learning obstacles that often occurs in biology class. This study aims to construct a diagnostic instrument to detect misconceptions of biological concepts during the first semester of senior high school and test the quality of the developed instrument. The instrument development model used was a modification of the Oriondo, Dallo-Antonio, and Azwar models. The construction begins with planning the measuring domain and preparing the blueprint for the test instrument. The processes were followed by an instrument seminar, peer review, expert judgment validation, and trying out the test on 885 students. In addition, an unstructured interview with the teachers determines the feasibility of the test instrument. The test content validity according to the Aiken formula is 0.85; the items have different levels of difficulty and good discriminating power; the number of 62 items fits the partial credit model. The reliability of the test is shown by a Kappa coefficient of 0.47. Thus, the test instrument proved to be valid and reliable. Thirteen teachers from eleven schools stated that the test is worthy of use in learning. For the school level, the instrument meets the criteria of a good test instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan antara Kesiapan Kerja dengan Keterampilan 4C di SMKN 2 Kabupaten Tangerang, dan aspek yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Adapun besaran sampel yang di ambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 54 siswa yang di ambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan isntrumen angket dan essay. Data tersebut diolah dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan korelasi product moment. Hasil Analisis menggunakan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kesiapan Kerja dengan Keterampilan 4C sebesar 32.7% dan sisanya sebesar 67.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, hasil korelasi product moment menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini terbukti variabel komunikasi dan kolaborasi terdapat hubungan antara kesiapan kerja, sedangkan variabel berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pada besaran sampel penelitian. Kemudian jika diurutkan aspek yang paling dominan pada variabel keterampilan 4C terhadap kesiapan kerja yaitu variabel komunikasi dengan nilai koefisien correlation sebesar 0,528 dan kolaborasi dengan nilai 0,449, dan berpikir kreatif sebesar 0,190, terakhir yaitu berpikir kritis sebesar 0,187.Kata kunci: Pendidikan SMK, Kesiapan Kerja, Keterampilan 4C

Abstract

Mobil merupakan alat transportasi yang dirancang untuk mengangkut penumpang dan muatan dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Ada beberapa jenis bodi mobil, salah satunya SUV ( Sport Utiliy Vehicle). Mitsubishi Pajero Sport merupakan mobil SUV yang diproduksi olah PT. Mitsubishi Motors. Dibutuhkan perawatan service berkala untuk menjaga perfoma mesin kendaraan. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di PT. Mitsubishi Lautan Berlian Depok yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023 sampai dengan bulan September 2023. Service berkala bertujuan untuk memastikan kendaraan tetap pada kondisi baik, aman, dan berkerja optimal. Pelaksaan service berkala melewati 2 tahap, pemeriksaan kendaraan dan pergantian sparepart. Pelaksanaan perawatan service berkala di PT. Mitsubishi Lautan Berlian Depok.

Abstract

In this study, the researchers want to find out how much better students learn mechanical measuring instruments when they use the NHT type of joint learning model compared to when they use the traditional model of learning at SMKN 1 Tunjung Teja. A non-equivalent control group approach is used in this kind of study, which is kind of like an experiment. The people who took part in this study were students in class X at TKRO SMKN 1 Tunjung Teja. A learning outcome test was used as a study tool, and the T-test and N-gain test were used to analyze the results. The results showed that the experimental class that used the NHT learning method learned a lot. They got an average score of 22.80 on the pretest and 90.80 on the posttest. The control class had an average score of 21.47 on the pre-test and 49.26 on the post-test for learning results. A significant value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05 was found when the independent sample t-test test was used to test the claim. The N-gain number for the experimental class was 88.10% with high criteria, while it was 35.71% for the control class with intermediate criteria. This shows that the students learned more. What this means is that using the NHT type group learning model makes learning about mechanical measuring tools much more effective.

Abstract

Pachira Distrinusa, sebagai salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di bidang fabrikasi mesin industri, mengambil inisiatif untuk mengembangkan dan memproduksi Conical Ribbon Blender dengan kapasitas 2000 ml untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai proses pembuatan mesin Conical Ribbon Blender dengan kapasitas 2000 ml di PT. Pachira Distrinusa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pencampuran bahan baku di industri dengan efektif dan efisien, PT. Pachira Distrinusa merancang Conical Ribbon Blender 2000 ml dengan desain dan spesifikasi teknis yang optimal. Mesin ini memiliki kapasitas tangki yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, dibuat dari bahan stainless steel berkualitas tinggi untuk ketahanan terhadap korosi dan kepatuhan terhadap standar kebersihan industri. Meskipun proses fabrikasi Conical Ribbon Blender 2000 ml dihadapi dengan berbagai tantangan. Namun, PT. Pachira Distrinusa telah berhasil mengatasinya dengan solusi yang cermat. Pengujian dan validasi yang dilakukan memastikan bahwa mesin memenuhi standar industri dan kebutuhan operasional pabrik bahan baku dengan baik. Dengan semua keuntungan yang ditawarkan, industri bahan baku dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dengan menggunakan mesin Conical Ribbon Blender 2000 ml dari PT. Pachira Distrinusa.
