Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya (Etnomatematika) menjadi salah satu metode belajar   matematika melalui budaya kearifan lokal di masyarakat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan objek-objek geometri matematika yang ada pada bangunan Masjid Agung Kota Probolinggo yang merupakan salah satu masjid terbesar di Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan arsitektur yang dimiliki masjid Agung Kota Probolinggo memiliki etnomatematika yang berkaitan dengan konsep geometri matematika meliputi segitiga, segienam, persegi, persegi panjang, lingkaran, balok dan tabung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning media board system of linear equations of two variables (SPLDV) on the understanding of 8th grade students. This research was conducted in September 2023, the first week to the third week, located at MTs Miftahul Ulum. In this study, the data normality test was carried out using the shapiro-wilk method where the results showed that the pre-test significance was 0.207 and the post-test was 0.202, which means that the data is normally distributed. Then the normality gain test was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the SPLDV board as a learning media with an average N-gain score of 0.6724 and the average N-gain percent was 63.8823%. Abstract

Learning media is designed to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning activities. The performance of learning media that has been developed needs further research with the aim of knowing the level of effectiveness. This study emphasized to determine the effectiveness of using megasus game learning media based on android with a focus on straight line equation material. This research was conducted in August 2023 in the odd semester of the beginning of the school year to class VIII students of SMPIT Alam Permata Probolinggo, with straight line equation material that had not been taught to the class. In the research flow, a data normality test was carried out using the shapiro-wilk method, where the pre-test significance results showed a figure of 0.286 and a post-test figure of 0.524 so that it could be concluded that the data was normally distributed. Then continued the normality gain test to determine the effectiveness of this android-based megasus game learning media with an average N-gain score of 0.4665 and an average N-gain percent of 46.6532%. Abstract

Ethnomathematics is a branch of mathematical study that was developed in a cultural context. This research aims to explore the concept of ethnomathematics in the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta. The method used is descriptive exploratory with an ethnographic approach, which aims to explore information thoroughly to describe and analyze cultural elements in society. Data collection techniques include two types, namely library data collection through literature studies and field data collection through observation and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed using the data reduction method, which involves sorting, centralizing, and simplifying information. The results of the study show that the structure and ornaments of the Istiqlal Mosque Jakarta contain various flat and spatial structures, such as half-spheres, tubes, rectangles, and circles. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Probolinggo menggunakan model pertumbuhan logistik. Estimasi parameter model ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil. Data yang digunakan meliputi jumlah penduduk miskin dari tahun 2010 hingga 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada kesesuaian model pertumbuhan logistik terhadap data riil, dengan prediksi menunjukkan bahwa selalu terjadi penurunan jumlah penduduk miskin setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2024 hingga 2028.
