This research aims to determine whether there is a substantial relationship among the speaking ability of second-year students at the Public Islamic High School in Medan, assessed through an experimental and control group methodology. The present study's sample comprised 68 students from class XI Sains A 1 & XI Sains A 2. The data were collected through the implementation of two distinct evaluation tools: namely, a speaking test utilising the yoodli platform in class A1 and a test without the use of yoodli in class A2. The findings of this study indicated that second-year students at Public Islamic High School in Medan demonstrated higher academic performance in their classes that utilised the Yoodli system compared to those who did not employ it. The study's findings revealed a substantial improvement in the speaking proficiency of the institution in question. The coefficient correlation had a Rxy distribution of 0.306. This signifies a significant disparity between the two groups. It can therefore be concluded that the use of Yoodli significantly impacts the improvement of verbal proficiency.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran webform bsi terhadap pembukaan rekening tabungan online di BSI KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. Tujuannpenelitiannininuntuknmengetahuinbagaimananperaniwebform bsi terhadapnpembukaan rekening tabungan secara online,bagaimana tahapan-tahapan dalam pembukaan rekening tabungan secara online dan bagaimana keuntungan yang didapat jika mendaftar pembukaan rekening secara online. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode analisis yangndigunakaniadalahnmetode analisis deskriptif. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dengan teknik wawancara dan data sekunder dengan teknik studi pustaka seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, karya ilmiah, internet dan yangnberkaitanidenganipenelitiannini. Hasilnpenelitianimenunjukkanjbahwai: 1) Peran webform bsi sangat penting terhadap masyarakat yang hendak melakukan pembukaan rekening tabungan secara online 2) Disamping nasabah tersebut tidak perlu repot-repot menunggu antrian yang lama dengan hanya mengandalkan gadget dan paket data setelah itu langsung mengisi form yang ada di web tersebut 3) Nasabah harus teliti dan cermat dalam mengisi form tersebut agar tidak terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan 4) Banyak keuntungan yang di dapat dalam pembukaan rekening tabungan secara online tetapi kita harus bijak dan teliti dalam mengisi form tersebut.

This study investigates the experiences of sixth-semester EFL undergraduate students at UIN Sumatera Utara in implementing daily English journaling to develop their writing skills. Specifically, it aims to (1) explore students’ engagement with journaling as a tool for writing development, (2) identify the perceived benefits of this practice, and (3) examine the challenges they face during the process. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study design, the research involved five purposively selected participants over a six-week period of daily journaling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, journal samples (comprising 30 entries per participant), reflective logs, and field notes. The data were analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s interactive model, involving data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. Trustworthiness was ensured through prolonged engagement, triangulation, member checking, and persistent observation. The findings indicate that sustained journaling over time fostered writing fluency—evidenced by increased word count per entry, greater lexical variation, and reduced grammatical errors. Participants also reported enhanced confidence, improved sentence structure, and greater awareness of their writing habits. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited vocabulary, inconsistent motivation, lack of feedback, and time constraints were frequently noted. These results underscore the pedagogical value of journaling as a reflective, low-stakes writing practice in EFL contexts. The study offers practical insights for educators on integrating journaling into writing instruction and highlights the need for guided feedback mechanisms to optimize learning outcomes.

Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat Branch began operating in 2010 and showed significant growth in 2011 and 2012. In the following years, business development and the number of Bank customers tend to stagnate in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 which can result in a decrease in branch profits and rational efficiencies such as employee layoffs, moving to smaller offices, reducing branch status and others. So research is needed to find out and measure what factors make existing customers want to use products and services at the Rantau Prapat branch office. With these factors known, it can become management policy material for market penetration with the type of products and supporting strategies that are in accordance with known factors so that it is expected that the branch office will grow significantly in the future. The research is only concentrated on the coverage area of Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat Branch services, namely: North Labuhan Batu, Labuhan Batu, South Labuhan Batu districts, hence the possibility that in other areas the research results will vary with the same variables. The independent variables measured in this study are: Culture, Psychology, Personal, Social and Environment, with Customer Decisions as the dependent variable. The research method uses a positive affirmation Likert scale, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that partially cultural, social, personal and environmental factors had no significant effect on customer decisions, while psychological factors had a significant effect on customer decisions. Together and simultaneously five independent variable factors have a very significant effect on customer decisions using Bank Muamalat products and services Rantau Prapat Branch.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok 5 dari UIN Sumatera Utara, Program Tadris Bahasa Inggris, di Desa Pulo Bargot, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk menjembatani kesenjangan pendidikan melalui pemberdayaan bahasa Inggris, kegiatan keagamaan, dukungan sosial, dan pengembangan pemuda. Tim menyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan seperti mengajar di SMPN 2 Merbau, kelas Tahsin, permainan seru Bahasa Inggris, pengabdian masyarakat (membantu petani dan membersihkan masjid), dan membangun perangkat pendidikan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan partisipatif dan kontekstual memungkinkan kolaborasi yang efektif dengan masyarakat, menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan, pengembangan kosakata, dan solidaritas masyarakat.

The banking system in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, which aims to facilitate the banking sector and especially from the convenience and security of the banking customers themselves. This study aims to find out what are the products of third party funds as a means of depositing funds and supporting services at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Simpang Kayu Besar. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. Then all the sources of this research were obtained by conducting interview sessions with the bank, while the secondary data obtained in this study were obtained based on what had been obtained from the literature study. In the process of raising funds, the bank has several ways of raising funds and one of them is by relying on Third Party Funds (DPK). In this DPK, the Bank offers several products for depositing funds, namely Savings, Current Accounts, and Time Deposits. Based on data obtained from PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Simpang Kayu Besar, there is a decrease and increase in the annual margin that occurs in TPF in 2019-2021 at PT Bank Sumut Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar.
