This experimental method is used to reveal whether or not there is an influence of the variables that have been selected for research. The population in this research is extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang, totaling 20 students. The sampling technique in this research uses the Total Sampling technique, namely the total of the population. Based on the results of research carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang using these two exercises, the results of the t-test for the depth jump exercise show the conclusion that P (T<=t) two tail is 0.00000182. That means the value is significant 0.00000182 ≤ 0.05, so this result shows that there is a significant difference. This means that depth jump training affects the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extra-curricular students at SMAN 2 Palembang. Meanwhile, for the results of the pnf dynamic stretching exercise t-test, it can be seen that the conclusion of P (T<=t) two tail is 0.00072. That means the value is significant 0.00072 ≤ 0.05, so this result shows that there is a significant difference and means that depth jump training also influences the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extracurricular students at SMANEGERI 2 Palembang. Based on the results of the two exercises, the average (mean) data for the final test of the pnf dynamic stretching exercise was 17.5 and the average (mean) for the final test of the depth jump exercise was 16.5. Judging from the difference in the final test (post-test) of 1, depth jump training is more supportive and has a more significant effect than PNF dynamic stretching training on the accuracy of volleyball smashes for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of using Wordwall-based learning media on students' learning interests in elementary school social studies. This type of quantitative research uses experimental methods with a true experimental design and a posttest-only control design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Bakam and carried out in class V with a total of 49 students. The results of this research show that the average score obtained by the researcher from the experimental class posttest questions was 88.8, while the control class was 76. Based on data analysis using the Independent Samples Test with the Ha criterion, it was accepted if tcount > ttable with tcount = 9.023 and ttable = 1.67793 with a significance level of 0.05, so Ha is accepted. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using wordwall-based learning media on students' learning interests in elementary school social studies.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tinggi loncatan pada klub bola voli Vorjas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi berjumlah 15 atlet dan sampel diambil 10 atlet dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan kereteria umur 11-15 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Vertical Jump Tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis pairet sample t test IMB SPSS Statistics 26. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tinggi loncatan pada klub bola voli Vorjas karena diperoleh thitung 5.518 > ttabel 2.262 dan diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Sepakbola merupakan permainan yang dimainkan oleh dua tim yang masing-masing tim terdiri atas 11 orang pemain, yang lazim disebut kesebelasan. Masing-masing tim berusaha memasukan bola sebanyak-banyaknya ke gawang lawan dan berusaha mempertahankan gawangnya sendiri, agar tidak kemasukan bola lawan, sesuai dengan FIFA law of the gameâ€. Penelitian ini merupakan deskritif yang menggunakan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan pengukuran, sehingga memberikan gambaran mengenai apa yang akan diteliti berupa angka- angka dan diukur secara pasti. Hasil Survei Kemampuan Shooting Sepak Bola Pada Club Remaja Bhayangkara Sungai Rotan Kabupaten Muara Enim dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 20 orang pemain diclub remaja bhayangkara sungai rotan ini sebanyak 12 orang pemain mendapatkan hasil sangat baik jika diprosentase adalah 65.00%. 8 orang pemain mendapatkan hasil baik jika diprosentase adalah 35.00%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan shooting sepak bola pada club remaja Bhayangkara sungai rotan kabupaten muara enim memiliki kemampuan shooting sangat baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing berpasangan dan passing ke dinding terhadap akurasi passing atas pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang II. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes akurasi passing atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kedua metode latihan terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing atas, dibuktikan melalui uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan t hitung -12,665 > t tabel 1,699. Uji normalitas dan homogenitas juga menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Kesimpulannya, kombinasi latihan passing berpasangan dan passing ke dinding efektif dalam meningkatkan teknik dasar passing atas siswa, dan layak diterapkan secara rutin dalam program latihan bola voli di sekolah. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pop-up book terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 108 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, Quasi experimental design dengan teknik desain yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (pretest dan posttest). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan media pop-up book terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dimana rata-rata nilai tes akhir (posttest) ke$las kontrol yaitu sebesar 60 sedangkan kelas eksperimen nilai rata-rata sebesar 73,4. Adapun nilai tuntas pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 17,3 % dan nilai posttest tuntas kelas eksperimen sebesar 72,5 %. , maka terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 55,2 %. Dengan demikian, media pop-up book dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar.

This study aims to determine the effect of using Powtoon animated video media on students’ learning outcomes in the topic of local cultural diversity in Grade IV at SDN 165 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 49 students divided into an experimental class and a control class, selected using total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using an essay test consisting of five validated questions. The data collection techniques included administering pretests and posttests, as well as documentation of learning activities. Data analysis techniques included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, variance homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant difference between the posttest scores of the experimental class and the control class. The average posttest score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Powtoon animated video media has a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match Model on the Interest in Learning Multiplication in Elementary School Students' Mathematics Learning. The background of this study is the low interest of students in learning multiplication material which has an impact on mathematics learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a Quasi Experiment with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were class II at Elementary School 141 Palembang, which consisted of an experimental class and a control class. The experimental class used the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model, while the control class used conventional learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, learning interest questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the T-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between students' learning interests using the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model compared to students who used conventional learning. Thus, the Cooperative Learning Type Make A Match model has a positive effect on increasing students' interest in learning multiplication. This model is recommended to be applied as an alternative mathematics learning strategy in Elementary Schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of using Blooket media on the learning outcomes of third-grade students on the subject of types of work in Social Sciences (IPS) at SDN 06 Rambang Kuang. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research in the form of quasi-experiments and Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were third-grade students, with class III A consisting of 19 students as the control class and class III B consisting of 16 students as the experimental class. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test of 10 questions to measure learning outcomes before and after treatment. The experimental class was given learning using Blooket media, while the control class used conventional methods. Based on the results of statistical tests showing a t-count value of 1.749 < t-table 2.035 and a sig. 2-tailed value of 0.090 > 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is no effect of using Blooket media on the learning outcomes of third-grade students on the subject of types of work in Social Sciences.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using video learning media on the results of learning science on the material of Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya of grade IV students of SD Negeri 230 Palembang. The approach used is quantitative experiment. The research design uses Quasi Experimental Design with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design model. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, tests (pretest and posttest), and documentation. The results of data processing show the average value of the posttest test in the experimental class is 77.19, while in the control class it is 66.21. Based on the normality test, it was obtained that the sample came from a normally distributed population. The homogeneity test shows that the sample came from a homogeneous population. The results of the t-test calculation using the independent sample t-test significant 2-tailed ≤ 0.025 then Ho is rejected, if significant (2-tailed) ˃ 0.025 Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data, it can be concluded that the use of video learning media has a significant effect on improving the results of learning science on the material of Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya of grade IV students of SD Negeri 230 Palembang.
