Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine whether there is an influence of PLP on interest in becoming a teacher for students of the 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program, (2) determine whether or not there is an influence of teacher welfare perceptions on interest in becoming a teacher for students of the 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program, (3) determine whether or not there is an influence of PLP and perceptions of teacher welfare on the interest in becoming a teacher for students of the Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS class of 2020. This research is a quantitative research with the population used in this research being students of the Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2020 who have already carried out PLP. The sample used a saturated sampling technique, which means that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of Introduction to the School Field (PLP) on interest in becoming a teacher for students of the 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program. proven by the value of tcount (2.04) > ttable (1.99) and a significance value of 0.04 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the perception of teacher welfare on interest in becoming a student teacher at the Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS class of 2020 is proven by the value of tcount (5.06) > ttable (1.99) and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence together with the introduction of the school field and the perception of teacher welfare on interest. being a student teacher of the 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program is proven by the value of Fcount (62.82) > Ftable (3.97). The results of this research show that the effective contribution value together is 0.63 or 63%, while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether online customer reviews influence online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, influencer marketing on online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, and website quality on online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. ; and to find out whether online customer reviews, influencer marketing, and website quality jointly influence the purchasing decisions of students at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research uses quantitative techniques with correlational methods. The sample for this research was OTKP and MPLB students in classes X, XI and XII who had shopped via the Shopee application, totaling 140 students. The results of this research show that: 1) online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (7.935) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) influencer marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (2.206) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. 3) website quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (4.097) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between online customer reviews, influencer marketing, and website quality on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of Fcount (95.480) > Ftable (2.67) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the implementation of differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The research focuses on teachers' understanding of the nature and implementation of differentiated learning, as well as the challenges they face in its implementation. To approach this issue, theoretical references are drawn from previous studies relevant to differentiated learning and diverse approaches for students. Data were collected through classroom observations, documentation of teaching materials, and interviews with the head of the curriculum department and teachers who have implemented differentiated learning. The data were then qualitatively analyzed using interactive descriptive techniques. The findings of this study conclude that the majority of teachers have a good understanding of the nature of differentiated learning and recognize the importance of valuing student diversity. However, teachers face several challenges, including managing classes with diverse levels of abilities, limited resources and technology, and differences in understanding and approaches in implementing differentiated learning. Efforts made to overcome these challenges include teacher training and development, the use of technology and digital resources, collaboration among teachers, and a flexible approach to teaching. Thus, this article provides an overview of the implementation of differentiated learning at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta and recommendations for improving its implementation more effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the meaning of Semanak work culture for employees at the DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency, (2) implementation of Semanak work culture, (3) impact, and (4) efforts to optimize the implementation of Semanak work culture. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data sources are informants, documents, and observation results. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document analysis. The credibility test uses triangulation of sources and techniques, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman interactive analysis. Research results: (1) the meaning of work culture for employees: (a) guide work, (b) encourage work, (c) foster cohesiveness, (d) provide a sense of identify, and (e) generate self-commitment. (2) implementation of work culture: (a) DPMPTSP does not yet have a special work culture team, (b) leadership commitment in the form of full contribution such as installing banners and making marches, (c) tangible forms such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, motivation, cooperation, innovation, creativity, wholehearted service, and non-discrimination (d) monitoring and evaluation of work culture does not yet exist. (3) Impact: (a) increasing employee motivation, (b) creating a good office reputation, (c) meeting good service standards, (d) realizing a conducive work environment. (4) There has been no special effort to optimize the implementation of Semanak's work culture.

Abstract

Research on entrepreneurship has been conducted, but studies linking entrepreneurship in the Merdeka Curriculum of the Merdeka Campus (MBKM) with self-leadership are still limited. Preliminary studies show that the level of self-leadership among students is still low, although this skill is important for success in entrepreneurship as well as in everyday life. This study aims to analyse the impact of MBKM's entrepreneurship programme on increasing students' self-leadership. Using quantitative methods with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this study involved 152 students who participated in the MBKM independent entrepreneurship programme, with a sample of 115 students purposively selected. Data was collected using a questionnaire based on a 1-5 Likert scale. The results of the analysis show that the MBKM Entrepreneurship Programme has a significant effect on increasing students' self-leadership. Gender was not found to be a significant moderating variable, indicating that the programme is inclusive and provides equal benefits to men and women. This study suggests that the MBKM entrepreneurship programme can be an effective tool in developing students' self-leadership. The implication is that universities and study programmes are advised to integrate the MBKM Independent Entrepreneurship Programme into the curriculum to support the development of entrepreneurial potential, which is ultimately expected to enable graduates to create jobs and reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan di kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta,(2) Minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta,(3) efektivitas pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan campuran dengan jenis Sequintial Explanatory Design. Tahap pertama penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan tahap kedua menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan semua siswa kelas XII OTKP dan guru mata pelajaran PKK SMK Batik 2 Surakarta.Teknik pengambilan sampel pada data kuantitatif menggunakan purposive sampling,sedangkan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner,wawancara,observasi,dan studi dokumen. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan untuk data kuantitatif adalah dengan validitas isi dan untuk penelitian kualitatif menggunakan uji kredibility dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik,uji transferbility,uji dependenability,dan uji confirmability. Analisa data kuantitatif menggunakan deskriptif dan data kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Proses pembelajaran PKK di kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta memiliki hasil penilaian yang baik yaitu 77,66. Proses perencanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh waka kurikulum beserta guru mata pelajaran PKK dimana di dalamnya merencanakan media,metode,strategi,dan penilaian di dalam pembelajaran PKK sehingga pembelajaran PKK menjadi lebih terarah. (2) Minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta meningkat 44% setelah mengikuti pembelajaran PKK. Siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka menjadi tertarik dengan pembelajaran PKK karena lebih banyaknya praktik daripada materi sehingga mereka dengan lebih mudah menyerap ilmu kewirausahaan. (3) Keefektivan pembelajaran di kelas XII OTKP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dikatakan efektif menurut persepsi siswa dengan nilai 71,81. Pembelajaran PKK dapat dikatakan efektif menurut persepsi dari siswa karena di dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya memberikan materi kewirausahaan saja,akan tetapi guru juga memberikan pembelajaran pendukung yaitu praktik membuat sebuah produk.
