Abstract

Pesantren becomes an Islamic educational institution that is in demand by many people in hopes of shaping one's character. One of the models of pesantren huts in Indonesia is Salafiyah pesantren. Pesantren Salafiyah is a pesantren that has its own characteristics. Kiai directly taught in front of the students with a focus on the study of classical books or yellow books. The pattern of education has taken root in some people in Indonesia. Character education is strongly instilled through specific specific patterns of messaging. The success of character education is influenced by the example or figurity of a kiai, is implementative in daily activities so as to form a pattern of habituation and attached strongly to the santri self in forming character.

Abstract

Memorizing the holy verses of the Qur'an is a noble practice that brings many benefits and goodness for the perpetrators in this world and the hereafter. But in fact, most Muslims find it heavy and difficult to memorize. The ability of Tahfidz students in memorizing the Qur'an is different, therefore the right method is needed from the many methods of memorizing the Qur'an. Rumah Qur'an Goes To Sarampad Village uses the Talaqqi method in learning Tahfidzul Qur'an. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement the Talaqqi method in learning Tahfidzul Qur'an at the Qur'an House of STAI Al-Azhary KKN Group 12. This type of research is field research and is a type of qualitative research. In this study, the actual situation in the implementation of the Talaqqi method in teaching Tahfidzul Qur'an at the Qur'an House of KKN STAI Al-Azhary Group 12 is described. The data collection methods in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Talaqqi method in Tahfidzul Qur'an learning at the Qur'an House of STAI Al-Azhary Group 12 is carried out with 4 main activities as follows: First, Opening. Second, the core learning activities which include the memorization process, the process of depositing verses, and muraja’ah letters that have been memorized. Third, closing activities. Fourth, evaluation.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the era of globalization is the rapid science of science and technology. Pesantren is one of the Islamic educational institutions that must be able to answer the challenges in the era of globalization. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of pesantren in facing the era of globalization. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Research location at Pondok Pesantren Zad Insaniyah Cianjur Data collection techniques using; observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that pesantren has a role in facing the era of globalization with the development program of Arabic and English as an international language, the combination of the diknas curriculum with the pesantren curriculum, the development of talent and interests of students, the existence of educational work with Saudi Arabia. With the hope of becoming a human being who mastered science either religious science or general science by having a strong character and having a strong character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Friday Sodakoh program in developing empathy and social responsibility among students at SDN Cipeyeum 04 Cianjur. The Friday Sodakoh program is a charitable initiative held every Friday, where students are encouraged to set aside a portion of their pocket money to be donated to those in need. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to illustrate the program's implementation and its impact on students' character development. Data collection techniques include interviews with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, observations, and documentation. The results show that the program received a positive response from students, who demonstrated enthusiasm and high motivation to participate. The program not only helps students develop empathy and social concern but also enhances their communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Additionally, parental involvement plays an important role in supporting the program’s success. However, challenges such as ensuring consistent participation from all students and ensuring that donations are distributed appropriately remain. Overall, the Friday Sodakoh program positively impacts students' character development and supports moral education in schools.
