Abstract

ABSTRACT   Efforts can be made to increase the production of eggplant plants in addition to land expansion and proper cultivation techniques. One effort to increase crop production is by adding nutrients and optimal irrigation. So it is necessary to study the response of eggplant (Solanum melongena L) to abiotic stresses and organic fertilizers with the aim of knowing the response to abiotic stresses, organic fertilizers and the interactions between abiotic stresses and organic fertilizers. The research method used a randomized block design (RBD) with abiotic stress treatment (C) with 4 levels, namely: c0 ; control without any stress, c1; 25% drought stress, c2 ; 50% drought stress and c3 ; 75% drought stress and the use of organic fertilizer (O) with levels namely: o0 ; without organic fertilizer, o1 ; organic fertilizer 200 g/poly bag, o2 ; organic fertilizer 400 g/poly bag and o3 ; organic fertilizer 600 g/polybag. The results of the research on drought stress treatment had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, stem diameter, fruit length, fruit weight and number of fruit plants, the best results were at level c1, but had no significant effect on the initial age of flowering. Organic fertilizer treatment had an effect on stem diameter at 45 and 60 hst at o3 level but had no significant effect on plant height, plant diameter at 15 and 30 hst, early flowering, fruit length, fruit weight and number of fruit planted. There was no interaction in each treatment   Keywords: food, climate. Sustainable ; 25% cekaman kekeringan, c2 ; 50% cekaman kekeringan dan c3 ; 75% cekaman kekeringan dan penggunaan pupuk organik (O) dengan taraf yaitu : o0 ; tanpa pupuk organik, o1 ; pupuk organik 200 g/polybag, o2 ; pupuk organik 400 g/polybag dan o3 ; pupuk organik 600 g/polybag. Hasil penelitian perlakuan cekaman kekeringan bepengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, panjang buah, berat buah pertanaman dan jumlah buah pertanaman hasil yang terbaik yaitu pada taraf c1 bernamun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada umur awal berbunga. Perlakuan pupuk organik berpengaruh pada diameter batang umur 45 hst dan 60 hst pada taraf o3 namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, diameter tanaman umur 15 hst dan 30 hst, umur awal berbunga, panjang buah, berat buah pertanaman dan jumlah buah pertanaman. Tidak terdapat interaksi pada masing-masing perlakuan   Kata kunci : pangan, iklim. berkelanjutan

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dried decanter solid dan pupuk P serta Interaksi kedua perlakuan tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman kedelai (Glycine max. (L) Merill). Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan praktik Fakultas Pertanian Universitas WidyaGama Mahakam Samarinda Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim I, Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara, Kota Samarinda, Provinsi Kalimatan Timur Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan, mulai dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan percobaan faktorial 4 x 3 yang terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Faktor Pertama adalah Pupuk P (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu P0 (tanpa perlakuan), P1 (0,5 gram/tanaman), P2 ( 1 gram/tanman), dan P3 (1,5 gram/tanaman). Faktorkedua adalah dried decanter solid (D) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu D0 (tanpa perlakuan), D2 (115 gram/tanaman) dan D3 (165 gram/tanaman). Hasil penelitian pada perlakuan dried decanter solid dan pupuk P serta Interaksi kedua perlakuan tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman kedelai (Glycine max. (L) Merill) pada parameter tinggi, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong, berat per 100 biji, berat pertanaman dan berat perpetak. Pada perlakuan dried decanter solid berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah cabang produktif. Pada perlakuan pupuk P Interaksi pupuk Urea dan pupuk. Kotoran Sapi berpengaruh nyata pada paremeter tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang umur 105 HSP untuk interaksi keduanya disarankan menggunakan dosis pemupukan N2: 250 gram/L/Polybag dan K1: 200 gram/polybag  Kata Kunci : Elaeis, Nitrogen, Organik

Abstract

This research aims to determine the best dose of Solid Palm Oil Waste and Nitrogen Fertilizer, as well as the interaction of the two treatments on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the Pre-nursery. This research was carried out at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Widya Gama Mahakam University, Samarinda and was carried out for 3 months starting from April 2024 to June 2024. This research was arranged in a Factorial Randomized Group Design (RGD), overall there were 4 x 3 = 12 treatment combinations , and each treatment combination was repeated 3 times so that there were 36 experimental units. The first factor was 4 levels of Nitrogen Fertilizer, namely, N0= no treatment (control), N1= dose 8 g/polybag, N2= dose 10 g/polybag, N3= dose 12 g/polybag. The second factor is Solid Palm Oil Waste fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely S0= without treatment (control), S1= dose of 500 g/ 1 kg of polybag soil, S2= 550 g/ 1 kg of polybag soil. The results of the research on the treatment of solid oil palm waste had a significant effect on the treatment of stem diameter and number of leaves at 9 WAP and 12 WAP, nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on the treatment of plant height at 12 WAP, the interaction of solid oil palm waste fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height at 12 WAP (U3S2), stem diameter 6 WAP (U1S0), 9 WAP (U1S1), 12 WAP (U3S1) and number of leaves at 12 MST (U2S1). Abstract

Kebutuhan inovasi teknologi semakin kuat seiring dengan kondisi perkembangan masyarakat dengan serangkaian masalah yang dihadapi seperti masalah pertumbuhan populasi yang semakin meningkat yang diiringi dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan, lahan dan air. Seiring perkembangan masyarakat terutama pertumbuhan populasi yang semakin meningkat yang diikuti dengan kebutuhan pangan, lahan dan air maka sektor pertanian perlu berinovasi. Salah satu inovasi dari sektor pertanian yaitu sistem hidroponik. Sistem hiroponik merupakan sistem pertanian yang menggunakan media selain tanah. Sistem hidroponik mempunyai beberapa jenis, salah satunya yaitu Nutrient Film Technique merupakan sistem hidroponik yang memerlukan tangki penampung sebagai tempat pencampuran nutrisi dengan air yang dialirkan ke akar tanaman, pemberian nutrisi harus dengan takaran yang tepat yang terdiri dari pencampuran pupuk dengan air. Inovasi Teknologi Nutrient Film Technique merupakan inovasi yang dapat diupayakan guna menyongsong kedaulatan pangan. Kondisi kedaulatan pangan dapat di ukur pada berbagai level mulai dari level individu, rumah tangga, komunitas, wilayah dan nasional. Maka perlu dilakukan bimbingan teknis Inovasi Teknologi Nutrient Film Technique Guna Menyokong Kedaulatan Pangan Di Desa Bentuas. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of sustainability reporting, as measured by the ESG score, on the financial performance of banks in Indonesia and Malaysia, specifically focusing on Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Additionally, macroeconomic variables, including inflation (INF), GDP growth, unemployment rate (UNP), and bank-specific factors such as Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) are considered. Using panel data from 2020 to 2024, the study applies the Random Effects Model (REM) to analyze the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that ESG disclosure does not have a significant on the financial performance of banks in both countries. However, NPM significantly positively both ROA and ROE. Macroeconomic variables show mixed results, with inflation having a positive impact on financial performance, GDP negatively affecting ROE, and UNP having a positive effect on ROE but no significant effect on ROA. The study suggests that macroeconomic stability plays a more substantial role in shaping bank performance compared to sustainability disclosure, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia and Malaysia. Further research could explore the long-term effects of sustainability reporting and consider crisis periods to better understand the dynamics between sustainability and financial performance in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance and the characteristics of the Sharia Supervisory Board on the Maqoshid Sharia Index in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. In this study, corporate governance is proxied by the Board of Directors, Board of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Institutional Ownership. Meanwhile, characteristics of the DPS are proxied by the size of the DPS, Multiple Positions DPS and the DPS meeting. This study uses research data obtained from the annual reports of Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2015-2019. Technical analysis of data using regression with Common Effects Model after being selected using the Lagrange multiplier test. The study results found that the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and Multiple Positions DPS affected the Maqoshid Sharia Index. Meanwhile, the variables of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the size of the DPS, and the DPS meeting have no effect on the Maqoshid Sharia Index in Islamic Banking in Indonesia.Keywords: Corporate governance; Characteristics of the sharia supervisory board; Maqosid Sharia Index; Islamic bank; Indonesia
