Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personnel management information systems on employee performance at Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. The sample used in this study were 31 respondents of the Secretariat of DPRD Ogan Ilir Regency, the data were obtained through 31 questionnaires. The method used in this sampling was Propotionate Sampling technique. The analytical method was quantitative data analysis using Product Moment Correlation. The results of testing hypothesis showed that the variable: management information systems had a positive effect on employee performance by 0.826. This could be seen from the rtest with 31 respondents with an error rate of 5%. Based on rtabel = 0.367 and rcount = 0.826 where rcount was in the correlation coefficient interval 0.80 - 0.100 stated that the correlation was very strong. Then the rcount was greater than rtable (0.862> 0.367) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, this indicated a positive and significant relationship between management information systems and employee performance. This relationship had an influence of 68.22% and the remaining of 31.78% was the influence of other factors. From these results, the researcher hopes that the leadership in Ogan Ilir District DPRD Secretariat will implement a personnel management information system so that it can improve employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Mustika Ratu Cosmetics in Muara Enim. The research used purposive random sampling method. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 137 female respondents in Muara Enim district. The method of data analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising and Product Quality Influenced Purchase Decisions for Mustika Ratu Cosmetics in Muara Enim and the variable Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising was the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions for Mustika Ratu cosmetics in Muara Enim district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on increasing the insurance premium at PT Asuransi Reliance Palembang. The marketing strategy used by the company has not maximized, it can be seen from the insurance premium sales which not reached the sales target. The samples in this study were the insurance customers of PT Asuransi Reliance Palembang as many as 72 respondents. The Method used in taking the sample was simple random sampling by using Slovin formula. The analytical method is descriptive qualitative analysis using simple linear regression formula with SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that variable X (marketing strategy) has an efeect on variable Y (sale), i.e. variable in marketing mix (β) of 0,363 means that every 1 unit increase in marketing mix will increase sales of 0.363 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test indicate that there is a significant influence between marketing mix on increasing sales insurance premium at PT. Reliance Palembang Insurance. Based on the marking mix variable, lack of promotion causes the sales target not achieved thus promotional services to customers must be improved so that insurance products can be more recognized and improve the relationship with the cooperative parties to create better service efforts. Providing higher insurance premium discounts and not detrimental to the company can be done to attract customers so that the expected target company sales can be achieved.

Abstract

Competition requires business people to innovate so that the product do not experience saturation so sales will not decrease. One of effort to overcome competition is to increase promotion. This research aims to examine the influence of internet advertising and sales promotion to purchasing decisions on Shopee for kayuagung. the research was conducted on the Kayuagung. The study population was 64.123 people and 80 people were taken as samples. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing used are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that simultaneous testing (F test) of internet advertising and sales promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Then in the partial test (t test) internet advertising have an significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Partial sales promotion testing (t test) havean significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. Adjudted R Square shows that internet advertising and sales promotion contribute 47% and the remaining 53% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of training and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Lematang Enim. The research design uses the causality method with the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The object of research is the active employees of PDAM Lematang Enim Muara Enim Regency, which number as many as 124 people. The data collection method that the authors use in this study is a questionnaire, which is carried out technically through a Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Training and Organizational Commitment have a Positive and Significant Effect on the Employee Performance of PDAM Lematang Enim. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this study, the variable that has a more dominant influence on performance is employee training. Even though the influence of training is very dominant, in implementing it, employee training at PDAM Lematang Enim must be improved in order to continuously maximize performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPRD Secretariat Ogan Ilir Regency. The research took samples using the Propotionate Sampling technique because employees at The DPRD Secretariat consists of Civil Servants, Non-Permanent Employees who proportionally stratified. The research method is done by testing relationship (associative hypothesis) two variables, namely variable X (Culture Organization) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using Product Moment Correlation. sample that used in this study were Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants fixed as many as 65 respondents by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of Product Moment correlation calculations show that organizational culture greatly influences employee performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat, this can be seen from the r test with 65 respondents and an error rate of 5%. Based on rtable = 0.2441 and rcount = 0.995 where rcount is in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.80 – 0.100 which indicates a very strong correlation. Then the value of rcount is greater than rtable (0.995> 0.2441) so that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This relationship has an influence of 99% and the remaining 1% is the influence of other factors. From these results the researcher hopes that the Leaders at the DPRD Secretariat of Ogan Ilir Regency pay more attention to the organizational culture of employees so that they can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction levels at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch, through indicators of service quality variables.The sample used in this study was the customers of Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch as many as 92 respondents, the data were obtained through a questionnaire. The method used in taking this sample is the probability sampling technique; simple random sampling. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program.The results of testing the hypothesis, from the statistical test results it can be seen that tcount obtained a value of ttable with a value of 9.622> 1.662 and a sig. < 0.05 with a value (0.000 <0.05) thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the service quality variable on the level of customer satisfaction. The X coefficient value is 0.629 indicating that if the value of the independent variable (service quality) is 1, then the customer satisfaction level will increase by 0.629. If it is assumed that if the company uses Service Quality (X), the Customer Satisfaction Level (Y) will increase by 62.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to: find out how the quality of drug service to consumers at Faturrahman Pharmacy and find out how consumer satisfaction in receiving drug services at Faturrahman Pharmacy.The research method used in this study is associative (influence), namely this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Fathurrahman Pharmacy in Kayuagung.Data analysis uses product moment correlation analysis and uses the R formula with the data collection method through questionnaires. The subject of this study was a consumer of Fathurrahman Pharmacy and a sample of 96 respondents was determined. Based on the calculation results using the product moment coefficient formula, the value of r = 0.9993 while the r table for n = 94 (96-2) with an error level of 5% or 0.05 is 0.2006. So, r count is greater than r table (0.9993>0.2006), this means that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of Fathurrahman Pharmacy.Judging from the calculation, the value of the coefficient of determination is 99.86%. This means that the influence of personnel management information systems on employee performance is 99.86% and the remaining 0.14% is influenced by other factors. The results showed that Service Quality (X) has a correlation and affects Fathurrahman Pharmacy Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee placement and job satisfaction on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees (2023). The research design uses the causality method with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The research object was 78 South Sumatra BPR Bank employees. The data collection method that the author uses in this research is by using a questionnaire which is carried out technically via Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Employee Placement and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this research, the variable that has a more dominant influence is the Employee Placement variable, namely 0.512 (Positive) on the Individual Performance variable, while the remaining variable is Job Satisfaction, which is 0.271 (Positive).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company age, company size and management quality on the investment risk of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2023 period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. This research uses quantitative methods. This research uses secondary data. The number of samples used was 60. The data analysis techniques used in this research include: Descriptive statistical analysis, then carrying out classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results obtained from this research are: (1) Company age (X1) has a positive effect on investment risk (Y); (2) Company Size (X2) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (3) Management Quality (X3) has a positive effect on Investment Risk (Y); (4) Company Age (X1), Company Size (X2), and Management Quality (X3) have a positive effect on Company Value (Y)
