Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance at Toko Inti Sari Palembang. The sample in this study was 19 respondents of Toko Inti Sari Palembang, data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The technique used in this sampling is to use the Profortionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis method used is quantitative and uses the product moment correlation formula and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study show that the leadership style variable (X) has a rcalculated (0.489) > rtable (0.468) meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style variable (X) on employee performance (Y), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Toko Inti Sari Palembang. The value of the coefficient of determination was 0.239 or 23.9%, the leadership style variable could affect employee performance variables, while the remaining 76.1% was influenced by other factors not discussed in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. This study used a survey method (questionnaire). population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results of the t test variable Work Discipline (X1) and Supervision (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) obtained t count 5.126 > t table 2.042 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. This means that the variables of work discipline and supervision partially have an influence on the work effectiveness of the employees of the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. So it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test (R), it can be seen that the influence of the work discipline variable on employee work effectiveness is 0.362 or 36.2% while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors, while the magnitude of the influence of the supervisory variable on work effectiveness is 0.417 or 41 .7% while the rest is influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that work discipline and supervision affect the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPRD Secretariat Ogan Ilir Regency. The research took samples using the Propotionate Sampling technique because employees at The DPRD Secretariat consists of Civil Servants, Non-Permanent Employees who proportionally stratified. The research method is done by testing relationship (associative hypothesis) two variables, namely variable X (Culture Organization) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using Product Moment Correlation. sample that used in this study were Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants fixed as many as 65 respondents by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of Product Moment correlation calculations show that organizational culture greatly influences employee performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat, this can be seen from the r test with 65 respondents and an error rate of 5%. Based on rtable = 0.2441 and rcount = 0.995 where rcount is in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.80 – 0.100 which indicates a very strong correlation. Then the value of rcount is greater than rtable (0.995> 0.2441) so that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This relationship has an influence of 99% and the remaining 1% is the influence of other factors. From these results the researcher hopes that the Leaders at the DPRD Secretariat of Ogan Ilir Regency pay more attention to the organizational culture of employees so that they can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects motivation on employee performance of DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were all employees DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province of i.e. 40 employees. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were motivation no significant effect on employee performance of DPD Askonas South Sumatera Province. This shows that the tcount value of the motivation variable is 1.937 while the t-table value is 2.024. In addition, the significance value of 0.060 is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction levels at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch, through indicators of service quality variables.The sample used in this study was the customers of Bank BTPN Syariah Belitang II Branch as many as 92 respondents, the data were obtained through a questionnaire. The method used in taking this sample is the probability sampling technique; simple random sampling. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program.The results of testing the hypothesis, from the statistical test results it can be seen that tcount obtained a value of ttable with a value of 9.622> 1.662 and a sig. < 0.05 with a value (0.000 <0.05) thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the service quality variable on the level of customer satisfaction. The X coefficient value is 0.629 indicating that if the value of the independent variable (service quality) is 1, then the customer satisfaction level will increase by 0.629. If it is assumed that if the company uses Service Quality (X), the Customer Satisfaction Level (Y) will increase by 62.9%.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of promotion, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used by researchers is purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were 96 people. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS model. The conclusion from the research that can be drawn is that there is a simultaneous influence of promotion, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (Service Quality) on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction) is 33.1%, while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by other variables, such as service quality, location and so on.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of work motivation on the performance of train drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew. This study aims to determine the effect work motivation on the performance of train drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew. The population in this study were all machinists in the Lubuk Linggau train crew which were sampled as many as 22 respondents. Sampling is done by saturated or census samples. The technique used is a simple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of train drivers Lubuk Linggau train crew with the value of the t test results obtained the t value of the work motivation variable was 7.452 greater than the t table value of 1.721 and significant t of 0,000 < α (0,05). The work motivation variable regression coefficient of 0.412 indicates that any change or increase in work motivation variable of 1 will result in an increase or affect the train driver’s performance by 41.2%. work motivation variables can be explained or affect the performance variable of drivers UPT Lubuk Linggau train crew while the rest is equal 26.5% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study such as discipline, commitment, organizational culture and other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee placement and job satisfaction on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees (2023). The research design uses the causality method with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The research object was 78 South Sumatra BPR Bank employees. The data collection method that the author uses in this research is by using a questionnaire which is carried out technically via Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Employee Placement and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the individual performance of Bank BPR Sumsel employees. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this research, the variable that has a more dominant influence is the Employee Placement variable, namely 0.512 (Positive) on the Individual Performance variable, while the remaining variable is Job Satisfaction, which is 0.271 (Positive).

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze marketing strategies in increasing visitor satisfaction at the Sumber Rejeki Fishing Pool in Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra as well as the impact of implementing the 7 P marketing mix which includes Products. Price, place, people, promotion, process and physical evidence. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data analysis technique uses an interactive qualitative analysis model. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that by implementing the 7P concept, this fishing pond has succeeded in optimizing the visitor experience and has had a significant impact, especially in increasing the number of visitors and repeat customers. It is hoped that the Sumber Rejeki Fishing Pool will continue to maintain and improve the implementation of the service marketing mix and pay special attention to the priorities expressed by visitors, such as expanding parking lots and increasing human resources. By continuing to maintain and improve the implementation of the service marketing mix, Sumber Rezeki Fishing Pool can strengthen its position as the main destination for fishing and recreation lovers in Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction in the Emergency Room (IGD) at Kayuagung Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the relationship quality of service on patients in the Emergency Room (IGD) at Kayuagung Hospital. The object of this research was carried out in the Emergency installation (IGD) RSUD Kayuagung. The sample in this study was 97 respondents who came from patients who had been treated in the Emergency Room (IGD) RSUD Kayuagung. The research method in this study used data collection techniques through questionnaires, using the simple random sampling technique. And the data collection techniques used validity test, reliability test, t-test statistic (t-test), coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This result was obtained from the calculation of the t-test value > t-table (5.484 > 1.661) and was significantin thein umber (0.000 < 0.05). And from the result of the coefficient of determination obtained was 23.2%.
