Abstract

Desa Namombelin merupakan bagian terkecil dari sistem pemerintahan administratif di Indonesia. Setiap desa memiliki tuntutan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi (TIK) dan sistem informasi dalam mendukung pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa, hal ini tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 86. Permasalahan Desa Namobelin saat ini adalah sistem pelayanan data dan informasi desa masih dilakukan secara konvensional, belum memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM). Hal ini disebabkan karena perangkat desa belum menyadari pentingnya pemanfaatan SIM dalam menyelenggarakan pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat. Akibatnya distribusi informasi kepada masyarakat menjadi lambat, dan belum terwujudnya transparansi kegiatan desa. Meskipun saat ini kantor pelayanan administrasi desa telah dilengkapi dengan perangkat komputer dan infrastruktur jaringan kompute, akan tetapi belum digunakan untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menerapkan Website desa sebagai solusi sistem informasi desa (SID). Empat tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pendampingan dan tahap evaluasi. Luaran kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya penerapan SID desa Namombelin untuk menyajikan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Corn is one of stupple food to support economic growth in North Sumatera. The purpose of this research was to obtain data on the ability of compost derived from coffee husks and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the growth and production of sweet corn plants (Zea mays sccharata Sturt). The method used in this study is a randomized block design (RDB) in factorial, with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) Factor coffee skin and  2) arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (M), each treatment was repeated two (2) times so that there are 40 experimental plots. The parameters observed are plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample crop production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight, bottom wet weight, percentage of pest attack, colonization of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, effectiveness of treatment application to all parameters. The results obtained from this study were: 1) The giving of coffee skin compost did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample plant production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight; 2) The allocation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has no significant effect on the parameters of observing plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample plant production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight; 3) The combination of coffee husks compost and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, length of cob, sample crop production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving Paitan (Tithonia diversifolia) compost, Eggshell Nanoparticles, and a combination of giving Paitan (Tithonia diversifolia) compost and eggshell nanoparticles simultaneously on growth and production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum). This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two research factors, namely giving paitan compost (P0 = without applying fertilizer; P1 = 0. 5 kg / plot; P2 = 1 kg / plot; P3 = 1. 5 kg / plot) and giving egg shell nanoparticles (N0 = without giving nanoparticles; N1= 1 g / plot; N2 = 1. 5 g / plot; N3 = 2 g / plot), repeated 2 times.  eggshell nanoparticles had a very significant effect on plant height at the age of 2. 4 and 5 WAP, on the number of leaves at 3 WAP, and had a significant effect on plant height at 3 and 6 WAP, on the number of leaves 2 and 4 WAP but not significant effect on plant height 7 and 8 WAP, on the number of leaves at 5 to 8 WAP, and other parameters. The combination effectiveness of paitan compost and eggshell nanoparticles had a very significant effect on the number of leaves at 2 and 3 WAP, and had a significant effect on the number of leaves at 4 WAP but had no significant effect on plant height at 2 to 8 WAP, for the number of leaves at 5 to 8 MST and on other parameters

Abstract

Banana cultivation will not be separated from pest problems. One of the main pests that attack banana plants is the banana leaf rolling caterpillar Erionota thrax L. The research was carried out in the Unified Community Farmer Group of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in March-May 2020. The research method used was descriptive analysis method using random sample (random sampling). The observation parameters consisted of population density, level of pest attack, egg parasitoid, larval parasitoid, pupa parasitoid, parasitoid identification, species diversity index, species evenness index, and relative abundance. There are 4 types of parasitoids, namely Braconidae sp 1 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), Tachinidae sp 1 (Diptera: Tachinidae), Xanthopimpla gampsura (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) and Brachymeria lasus Walker (Hymenoptera: Chalcididae). Erionota thrax L. parasitoid diversity index 0.7929 in low diversity levels, and the highest relative abundance of Brachymeria lasus Walker 98%, Erionota thrax attack rates on Barangan bananas reached 36.51%, Erionota thrax attack rates on Kepok bananas reached 45.13% , the attack rate of Erionota trax on Roti bananas was 50.72%, while the attack rate of Erionota thrax on FHIA-17 bananas     was 42.46%.

Abstract

The constraints in the cultivation of banana plants is the high number of pests that damage plants in vegetative vases. The study was conducted in the Farmers' Land Group of the United Society of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in May-July 2019. The research method used was descriptive analysis method using (random sampling). Observation parameters consisted of population density, pest attack rate, egg parasitoids, larva parasitoids, pupa parasitoids, parasitoids identification, species diversity index, species evenness index, and relative abundance. There are 4 types of parasitoids namely Braconidae sp 1 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), Tachinidae sp 1 (Diptera: Tachinidae), Xanthopimpla gampsura (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) and Brachymeria lasus Walker (Hymenoptera: Chalcididae). Erionota thrax L. parasitoids diversity index was 0.661369 in the low diversity level, and the highest relative abundance of Brachymeria lasus Walker was 86.87%, the attack rate of Erionota thrax on Barangan bananas reached 46%, the level of Erionota thrax on Kepok banana reached 32%.

Abstract

Integrated control Hypothenemus hampei in  Saurdot farmer group, Motung Village, Ajibata District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. The purpose of the activity was to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers about H.hampei and their management measures by improving cultivation techniques. The socialization of coffee borer pest management has been carried out by improving crop cultivation through spacing, crop pruning, chemical control and planting refugia plants. Partner problems are overcome by a number of technological solutions, which are carried out using technology transfer methods through education, training, demonstration plots, and mentoring. Socialization activities can increase farmers' knowledge about coffee berry borer (CBB) pests and its environmentally friendly control. The prototype of healthy coffee cultivation is very beneficial in increasing the knowledge and skills of Saurdot farmer group members in coffee cultivation. There is an increase in both knowledge and skills in the application of plant cultivation techniques. coffee specifically about the spacing of coffee seedlings increased by 15.38%, the distance of the shading trees around 50%, the selection of protective trees only about 50%, pruning coffee plants around 54%, pruning of shading trees around 25%, applying basic fertilizer and supplementary fertilizers around 50% in addition, there was also an increase in the group in the introduction of plant pests and control methods. There was an increase in the knowledge of partner groups about the type of pest of coffee plants by 11.11%, CBB pest  by 51.11%, about CBB pest control by 50% and knowledge about the types of pesticides in controlling CBB by 50%

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal sebagai kawasan pusat asal usul pisang. Negara ini juga punya varietas pisang yang lebih banyak dari pada negara lain. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara (sensus), Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditetapkan sebanyak 30 petani yang menjadi responden Di Kecamatan Biru-biru, Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah Regresi linier sederhana, Regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu perangkat lunak SPSS 21, dan analisis kelayakan usaha menggunakan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian ini : (1)Secara parsial variabel produksi (X1) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan petani. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi maka diperoleh hasil R2 sebesar 0,582 yaitu arti nya 58,2 % variasi variabel jumlah permintaan pisang barangan telah dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel harga pisang barangan, selera, jumlah tanggungan, dan harga pisang ambon. Sisanya sebesar 41,8% di jelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.(3)Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha tani pisang barangan di Kecamatan biru-biru Kabupaten Deli serdang di peroleh R/C=1,797>1 maka secara ekonomi usaha tani pisang barangan layak untuk di usahakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the index of diversity and abundance of insects in red chili with refugia flower kotokan (Tagetes erecta L.) The method used in this study was descriptive analysis using ordinal sampling using a non-factorial randomized block design. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University, from April to June 2021. The insect traps used were yellow sticky traps, pitfall traps, and sweep nets. The results showed an abundance of 2,972 insects consisting of 11 insect orders, 34 insect families and 39 species. Insects from the family Tettigoniidae had the highest value of 10.53%. While the value of predatory insects is 5.15%. from the family Formicidae. The value of the diversity index in the red chili plant area with Tagetes erecta L was (H') 3.3045 (height). The value of the evenness index of insect species (E') in the area of red chili with refugia was 0.902 (quite abundant).

Abstract

Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is one of the main vegetable in Indonesia and has many benefits. However, the production of shallots has not been stable in the past few years due to crop failures. Tree Caured by attacks by plant-disturbing that can reduce yields by 50%-75%. Banana waste has not been widely used for compost, while the potential for banana waste contains important. Manure compost is a provider of nutrients that are gradually renewed and available to plants. Soil fertilized with cow manure for a long time can still give good results. This research method used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors, namely 1). Banana Waste Compost FHIA-17 (P) consists of 4 levels, P0 = Control, P1 = 5 tons/ha, P2 = 10 tons/ha, P3 = 15 tons/ha. 2) Cowshed Compost (K) which consists of 4 levels, namely K0 = Control, K1 = 5 tons/ha, K2 = 10 tons/ha, K3 = 15 tons/ha. The results of this study showed that the application of FHIA-17 banana waste compost did not show a significant effect on the growth and production of shallot plants, and the application of cow manure compost did not show a significant effect on the growth and production of shallots.

Abstract

Tanaman padi merupakan tanaman sumber karbohidrat utama dimana produksi padi dunia menempati urutan ketiga dari semua serelia setelah jagung dan gandum. Upaya, untuk meningkatkan produksi padi perlu diimbangi dengan penggunaan pupuk yang tepat. Salah satu pupuk organik yang dapat meningkatkan hasil tanaman adalah pupuk organik cair (POC) Ratu Biogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POC Ratu Biogen dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi berbagai varietas tanaman padi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : varietas tanaman dan POC Ratu biogen. Varietas tanaman terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: V1= Varietas IR-64, V2= Varietas Ciherang, V3= Vareitas Inpari Sidenuk, dan V4= Varietas Mekongga. Sedangkan POC Ratu Biogen terdiri dari 7 taraf, yaitu: P0= pupuk standart rekomendasi, P1= POC Ratu Biogen 2,5 cc/l air, P2= POC Ratu Biogen 5 cc/l air P3= POC Ratu Biogen 7,5 cc/l air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varietas tanaman padi menunjukkan hasil yang sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 7, 8, 9 MST, jumlah malai, produksi tanaman per sampel, produksi tanaman per plot. POC Ratu Biogen menunjukkan hasil yang tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter perlakuan
