Discipline is very important for organizational growth, used primarily to motivate employees to be able to discipline themselves in carrying out work both individually and in groups. Besides that, the discipline is beneficial to educate employees to comply with and enjoy the rules, procedures, and policies that exist, so that they can produce good performance.The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out whether organizational culture and employees intrapreneurship have a partial effect on work discipline of employees in Brangkal Offset Mojokerto 2) To find out whether intrapreneurship organizational culture and employees simultaneously influence the work discipline of employees in Brangkal Offset Mojokerto. The population in this study were 35 people, this study used population research. In sampling from 35 employees, 100% were taken as subjects or respondents.Based on the results of the regression analysis it was found that first that: 1) There is a partial influence between intrapreneurship organizational culture and employees on employee discipline in Brangkal Offset Mojokerto. 2) There is a simultaneous influence between intrapreneurship organizational culture and employees on work discipline of employees in Brangkal Offset Mojokerto.

Research that aims to study examined the direct and indirect effect of job involvement on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This study was designed as an explanator research which aims to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and aims to obtain appropriate testing in drawing causal conclusions. The sample of this study was 65Â responden Fajar Printing employees using the saturated sample technique. This study uses analysis technique the PLS (Partial Least Squares regression) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program to find that job involvement has no significant direct effect on job performance. Meanwhile, indirectly, job involvement has an effect on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This shows that organizational citizenship behavior is able to bridge the influence of job involvement on job performance, which can be interpreted that job involvement can have a good effect on job performance when accompanied by organizational citizenship behavior owned by company employees. The results of this study are expected to add new knowledge that will enrich the theory of human resource management, especially those related to job performance. In addition, it is hoped that these findings will help future research in paying attention to factors that can affect job performance

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran online untuk memperoleh ruang lingkup pemasaran yang lebih luas. Saat ini media sosial sudah sangat mudah diakses dan sangat digemari oleh siapapun diseluruh dunia, oleh sebab itu para pebisnis UMKM dianjurkan untuk menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk berbagi informasi tentang produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan meyakinkan para pebisnis UMKM di Desa Kintelan tentang betapa bermanfaatnya media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan ruang lingkup pemasaran mereka. Dengan adanya penelitian mengenai strategi peningkatan pemasaran melalui media sosial, dapat diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan manfaat media sosial terhadap pengembangan pemasaran UMKM di Desa Kintelan Kabupaten Mojokerto Jawa Timur.

In this era of uncertainty and environmental change accompanied by an increasingly fierce level of competition, it is very necessary for human resources who have innovative behavior so that an organization can survive. Organizational progress will also be achieved if human resources have good performance. The reason for this study was to clarify the job of innovative behavior and organizational commitment to intercede the impact of organizational culture on job performance. Populace of this study are graphic design employee of Offset Printing Companies (OPC) in East Java. The sample utilized upwards of 160 individuals with the cluster sampling technique. The analytical procedure used is Path Analysis using the SmartPLS version 3. The aftereffects of this study are relied upon to assist future exploration in focusing on the elements that with canning influence the exhibition of visual computerization representatives. The consequences of this study are likewise expected to add new information that will enhance the hypothesis of human asset the board and organizational behavior theory, especially those related to the job performance of employees of OPC.Di era ketidakpastian dan perubahan lingkungan yang disertai dengan tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat, sangat diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki perilaku inovatif agar suatu organisasi dapat bertahan. Kemajuan organisasi juga akan tercapai jika sumber daya manusia memiliki kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pekerjaan perilaku inovatif dan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan desain grafis Percetakan Offset di Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 orang dengan teknik cluster sampling. Prosedur analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah informasi baru yang akan memperkuat hipotesis perilaku inovatif dan komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan OPC

Human resources in organizations play a very important role because the company's success in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the role of its employees. Organizational progress will also be achieved if human resources have good performance. The reason for this study was to clarify the effect of direct and indirect self efficacy against job performance through innovative work behavior.This review was planned as explanatory research that intends to give a clarification of the causal connection between variables through theory testing and expects to acquire proper testing in making causal determinations. The example of this review was 96 respondents from the workers of Digital Printing Mojokerto East Java, using a saturated sampling technique.This review utilizes fractional least squares relapse with the Smartpls adaptation 3.0 program. It observes that self-viability straightforwardly has no critical impact on work execution. Be that as it may, self adequacy by implication significantly affects work execution. This shows that creative work conduct can intervene the impact of self adequacy on work execution of organization representatives.

Perusahaan yang maju umumnya berkembang dari perusahaan yang menganggap HRD sebagai alat bagi pekerja, kini berubah menjadi penghargaan bagi sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Tren saat ini adalah pekerja yang memiliki pengetahuan baru sesuai dengan dinamika perubahan yang sedang berlangsung. Modal manusia yang mengacu pada pengetahuan, pendidikan, pelatihan, keahlian, keahlian tenaga kerja perusahaan sangat penting, dibandingkan dengan masa lalu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Percetakan Fajar. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 65 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin tinggi faktor pendidikan maka kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya pelatihan yang tinggi akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product differentiation on customer satisfaction, to test and analyze the effect of product differentiation on customer loyalty, to test and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and to test and analyze the indirect effect of product differentiation on customers loyalty through customer satisfaction at Balekambang Mojokerto District, East Java. The sample in this study is 110 tourists sampling used in this study is to use the accidental sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows version 24. Based on the results of regression analysis, it was found that first product differentiation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, product differentiation has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Fourth, product differentiation indirectly has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Education is crucial for nation-building and enhancing community welfare. Hence, every country strives to design strategic educational policies. This underscores the importance of collaboration to boost productivity and reduce unemployment among vocational school graduates. The outreach team conducted an initial survey at the Sunan Ampel Vocational Islamic High School Plus Skills (MAPK) in Kertosono and identified the need for entrepreneurship training programs for students. The aim is to assist them in acquiring the understanding, knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to become successful entrepreneurs. This program aims to encourage MAPK Sunan Ampel, Kertosono students to prepare themselves as successful entrepreneurs post-graduation, with hopes of benefiting themselves and the surrounding community. The training method to be used is integrated guidance through information dissemination, discussion, demonstration, and guided practice. Through this training, students will be guided to develop their business ideas into practical business plans using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results of this outreach indicate that participants expressed that this method provided a deeper understanding of business aspects and helped them plan their businesses more structuredly. The use of BMC assists them in designing businesses more structuredly and practically.

Purpose – This study investigates the impact of service quality and corporate image on customer experience and loyalty within health institutions.Methodology – Utilizing a correlation research design, data were collected from 80 hospital patients using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression analysis in SPSS version 25.Findings – The findings reveal that Service quality and corporate image significantly enhance customer experience. Moreover, while service quality directly influences loyalty, the impact of corporate image on loyalty is mediated by customer experience.Implications – The study suggests Hospitals should focus on improving service efficiency, communication, and patient satisfaction in order to strengthen patient loyalty. Additionally, cultivating a positive corporate image through patient interactions can further enhance the customer experience, leading to increased loyalty. Originality – This study introduces a novel conceptual model that integrates customer experience as a mediating variable to explain loyalty dynamics in health institutions. This study's contributions are particularly relevant for hospital management, although the relatively small sample size may limit the broader applicability of the results.

Purpose – This study examined the moderating effect of work experience on the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at an Islamic hospital in East Java. It explores how varying levels of experience influence the impact of motivation on performance, providing insights into improving workforce effectiveness.Methodology – An explanatory design was used with a sample of 150 Islamic hospital employees selected using proportional sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Multiple and interaction regression analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 to assess the relationships between work motivation, work experience, and employee performance as well as the moderating role of experience.Findings – The results show a significant positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance, with motivated employees consistently achieving higher performance levels. Work experience significantly moderated this relationship, amplifying the positive effect of motivation on performance. Employees with more experience experienced greater performance improvements when motivated, highlighting the critical role of experience.Implications – These findings provide practical insights for hospital management, suggesting that motivational strategies should consider different levels of experience. Customized training programs, experience-based development, and rewards aligned with work experience can enhance motivation and performance, and improve retention and organizational outcomes.Originality – This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the moderating effect of work experience on the motivation-performance relationship in the healthcare sector, offering practical recommendations for experience-based employee management development strategies.
