Abstract

The object of research is the engine maintenance system that is on the CV. Fajar Offset. The production process is often disrupted by the high amount of damage, which results in maintenance costs. Machines that often experience damage affect the printed product to be produced. The amount of downtime will affect the profits that will have an effect on the swollen maintenance costs of the budget that has been prepared. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost of machine maintenance with corrective method and preventive method against increase production result. The results showed that machine maintenance was done by corrective method and preventive method proven to have an effect on increase production result.

Abstract

Research that aims to study examined the direct and indirect effect of job involvement on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This study was designed as an explanator research which aims to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and aims to obtain appropriate testing in drawing causal conclusions. The sample of this study was 65 responden Fajar Printing employees using the saturated sample technique. This study uses analysis technique the PLS (Partial Least Squares regression) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program to find that job involvement has no significant direct effect on job performance. Meanwhile, indirectly, job involvement has an effect on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This shows that organizational citizenship behavior is able to bridge the influence of job involvement on job performance, which can be interpreted that job involvement can have a good effect on job performance when accompanied by organizational citizenship behavior owned by company employees. The results of this study are expected to add new knowledge that will enrich the theory of human resource management, especially those related to job performance. In addition, it is hoped that these findings will help future research in paying attention to factors that can affect job performance

Abstract

This study aim to finding the correlation between emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, and entrepreneurship intention vocational school students. The data were analyzed using the SEM Smart PLS technique. The study revealed that there is a cause and effect correlation between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude toward entrepreneurship intention on vocational students in Mojokerto regency as described below: 1) empirically, emotional intelligence was proven to have no direct influence on entrepreneurship intention. However, it has a direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 2) entrepreneurship self-efficacy has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy also has indirect influence on the entrepreneurship intention through entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 3) entrepreneurship behavioral attitude has direct and strong influence toward entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence andoccupational health either partially or simultaneously on the employee's performance.This type of research is correlational. The population of this study are employees CV.Fajar Offset Mojokerto, with a population of about 80 employees. Data was collectedby using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The dataanalysis used regression analysis with SPSS version 23. Based on the results of theregression analysis, it was found that emotional intelligence and occupational healthsimultaneously affect the performance of employees and also it was found thatoccupational health and emotional intelligence partial effect on employee performance.In this regard then, the company needs to provide additional training, especially for theself-development of emotional intelligence and maintain employees' health in order toimprove employee performance and build productivityKeywords: Emotional Intelligence, Occupational Health, Employee performance.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran online untuk memperoleh ruang lingkup pemasaran yang lebih luas. Saat ini media sosial sudah sangat mudah diakses dan sangat digemari oleh siapapun diseluruh dunia, oleh sebab itu para pebisnis UMKM dianjurkan untuk menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk berbagi informasi tentang produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan meyakinkan para pebisnis UMKM di Desa Kintelan tentang betapa bermanfaatnya media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan ruang lingkup pemasaran mereka. Dengan adanya penelitian mengenai strategi peningkatan pemasaran melalui media sosial, dapat diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan manfaat media sosial terhadap pengembangan pemasaran UMKM di Desa Kintelan Kabupaten Mojokerto Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Human resources is a very valuable asset in achieving the goals of a company. It is inevitable that the human factor has a very important role in the run, therefore attention to the job characteristics and employees competence is necessary to improve employee performance or achievement of objectives. The purpose of this study to determine whether job characteristics affect the employees performance and to determine whether the employee's competence affect the employees performance of with a population of about 80 employees at CV. Percetakan Fajar Mojokerto. Data was collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used regression analysis with SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that: First, there are positive significant effect between job characteristics on employee performance. Secondly, there are positive significant effect between the employee competence on employee performance. Third, there are positive significant effect between job characteristics and employee competencies on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perbedaan kepuasan konsumen Indomaret dan Alfamart di kota Mojokerto.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 370 konsumen yang terdiri dari 185 konsumen Indomaret dan 185 konsumen Alfamaret. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive proporsional sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis menggunakan t-test dengan  alat bantu program SPSS versi 24 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test, ditemukan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi lokasi pada Indomaret dan Alfamart. Kedua, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi promosi pada Indomaret dan Alfamart. Ketiga, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi harga pada Indomaret dan Alfamart. Keempat tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi kenyamanan berbelanja pada Indomaret dan Alfamart. Kelima, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi kelengkapan produk pada Indomaret dan Alfamart, Keenam, terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi pelayanan pada Indomaret dan Alfamart dan Ketujuh, Penilaian responden secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi promosi, harga dan kelengkapan produk Indomaret lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Alfamart, namun jika dilihat dari dimensi lokasi, kenyamanan dan pelayanan lebih baik Indomaret dibandingkan dengan Alfamart

Abstract

Human resources in organizations play a very important role because the company's success in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the role of its employees. Organizational progress will also be achieved if human resources have good performance. The reason for this study was to clarify the effect of direct and indirect self efficacy against job performance through innovative work behavior.This review was planned as explanatory research that intends to give a clarification of the causal connection between variables through theory testing and expects to acquire proper testing in making causal determinations. The example of this review was 96 respondents from the workers of Digital Printing Mojokerto East Java, using a saturated sampling technique.This review utilizes fractional least squares relapse with the Smartpls adaptation 3.0 program. It observes that self-viability straightforwardly has no critical impact on work execution. Be that as it may, self adequacy by implication significantly affects work execution. This shows that creative work conduct can intervene the impact of self adequacy on work execution of organization representatives.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang maju umumnya berkembang dari perusahaan yang menganggap HRD sebagai alat bagi pekerja, kini berubah menjadi penghargaan bagi sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Tren saat ini adalah pekerja yang memiliki pengetahuan baru sesuai dengan dinamika perubahan yang sedang berlangsung. Modal manusia yang mengacu pada pengetahuan, pendidikan, pelatihan, keahlian, keahlian tenaga kerja perusahaan sangat penting, dibandingkan dengan masa lalu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Percetakan Fajar. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 65 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin tinggi faktor pendidikan maka kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya pelatihan yang tinggi akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
