Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi penyewaan kost berbasis website merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kekurangan pada proses bisnis tradisional, seperti informasi yang kurang update dan pembayaran manual. Studi ini didasarkan pada wawancara dengan pemilik Hunian Mahmudah, sebuah tempat kost dan kontrakan di Sidoarjo, serta penelitian terdahulu tentang marketplace kos dan digitalisasi pembayaran. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, operasi, dan pemeliharaan. Untuk meningkatkan keamanan fitur pembayaran, sistem ini diintegrasikan dengan Midtrans, platform pembayaran online yang menyediakan beragam metode pembayaran di Indonesia. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat efisiensi dalam memberikan informasi kepada calon penyewa, serta mempermudah transaksi antara pemilik dan penyewa secara efisien dan aman. Implementasi unit testing dan black box testing dilakukan untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Evaluasi sistem menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam mengelola proses pembayaran, aduan, dan permohonan penyewa, serta pengelolaan keuangan oleh pemilik.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas hidup suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan daerah-daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur berdasarkan indikator kesejahteraan menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Teknik Principal Component Analysis (PCA) digunakan untuk mereduksi dimensi variabel kesejahteraan sebelum dilakukan klasterisasi. Penelitian ini mengikuti tahapan dalam proses data mining dengan model CRISP-DM yang terdiri dari enam tahapan di antaranya business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, dan deployment. Dalam tahap modeling, algoritma K-Means diterapkan untuk menemukan karakteristik atau informasi dalam mengelompokkan daerah dengan tingkat kesejahteraan di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Visualisasi hasil cluster dilakukan dalam bentuk peta interaktif menggunakan library Geopandas dan Folium pada Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 terbentuk 2 cluster dimana cluser 2 adalah cluster sejahtera dan cluster 1 tidak sejahtera, sementara pada tahun 2022 terbentuk 6 cluster dengan karakteristik masing-masing dimana

Abstract

XYZ is an education technology startup providing IT bootcamps through a Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The platform faces a primary challenge: users' lack of understanding of features such as reminders and history, as well as the need for monitoring learning progress features. User satisfaction testing yielded low results. This study aims to redesign the XYZ LMS website with a focus on UI/UX to enhance accessibility and learning satisfaction, utilizing User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology and usability testing. The research resulted in a prototype UI/UX design for the LMS, with significant improvement observed in the System Usability Scale (SUS) score, which increased to 91.42, and user performance reaching 93.01% in usability testing. These outcomes indicate the success of the new design implementation

Abstract

AbstrakJelajah Kampus Virtual (Jejakatua) adalah aplikasi virtual tour kampus UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur (UPNVJ) yang hadir sebagai media digital untuk memberikan layanan kampus yang baik dan prima. Aplikasi Jejakatua bisa diakses di website UPN “Veteran” Jatim melalui koneksi internet di mana saja dan kapan saja sehingga perlu adanya identitas visual untuk mempromosikan aplikasi Jejakatua kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkannya. Melalui perancangan logo, aplikasi Jejakatua diharapkan bisa dikenal masyarakat dan berfungsi sebagai tanda jaminan kualitas, mencegah peniruan atau pembajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap penciptaan. Tahap persiapan meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis 5w+1H, dan sintesis. Tahap penciptaan meliputi pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Logo aplikasi Jejakatua dirancang sesuai aspek pembuatan logo yang meliputi efektivitas, teknik, warna, dan regulasi. Sehingga dapat tercipta sesuai kaidah desain dan memiliki kebaruan dan desain kekinian yang berbeda dengan logo lainnya dan mampu mencitrakan dirinya sebagai aplikasi virtual tour di lingkungan UPNVJ. Logo diimplementasikan di aplikasi Jejakatua dan media promosi seperti stationary dan merchandise. Media promosi tersebut dipublikasikan di laman resmi www.upnjatim.ac.id dan Instagram. Kata kunci:  aplikasi, jejakatua, logo, UPN, virtual tour AbstractJejakatua is a virtual tour application for UPN "Veteran" East Java (UPNVJ) campus as digital media to provide excellent campus services. Jejakatua application can be accessed on the UPNVJ website through an internet connection, anywhere and anytime, so that there is a need for a visual identity to promote the Jejakatua application to the people who need it. By designing the logo of Jejakatua, it can be known to the public and serves as a sign of quality assurance, preventing imitation or piracy. This study uses two methods: The preparation phase includes data collection, analysis of 5w + 1H, and synthesis. The creation phase covers pre-production, production, and post-production. Jejakatua application logo is designed according to the aspects of making a logo which includes effectiveness, technique, color, and regulation so that it can be created according to design rules and has a novelty and contemporary design that is different from other logos and can image itself as a virtual tour application in the UPNVJ environment. The logo is implemented in the Jejakatua application and promotional media such as stationery and merchandise. Abstract

Player management issues at the Putra Mangun Jaya (PMJ) football club prompted a team from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur to conduct a socialisation of the use of smartwatches synchronised with the Forza App. This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the management and players' understanding of the benefits of this technology in training and performance. Through socialisation and training, the management team's understanding of the use of smartwatches increased from 40% to 85%, this is because they now understand other functions of smartwatches, apart from being a time marker smartwatch can be used to monitor the performance of football players through synchronisation with the Forza App. This socialisation had a positive impact on management and players, showing that technology integration provides real benefits for football clubs and productive society, especially in the football activist community.

Abstract

Football is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia. The love of Indonesians for football can be seen from the many soccer clubs throughout Indonesia, ranging from clubs at the national level to clubs at the local level in every city and village, one of which is the Putra Mangun Jaya Football Club. Putra Mangun Jaya Football Club is a football team located in Kediri Regency, East Java, led by Mr. Suharyoko as the Main Director. This article summarizes the authors' activities in conducting market research on data needs for the Putra Mangun Jaya amateur football club and describes how Putra Mangun Jaya collaborated with the authors to become one of the regional amateur clubs that has data analysis as a basis for player development and policy making. The author has developed the Mangunjaya Watch digital application, which is a watch technology that can be used by football players at Putra Mangun Jaya to detect the players' physical endurance or what is called a performance record player. This technology also has the potential to make Putra Mangun Jaya branded as the only regional amateur club with digital data-based analysis. It is hoped that this will provide encouragement to Putra Mangun Jaya to develop further.

Abstract

Wear application is one of the most widely used technologies by society. One of them that is widely used by the digital community today is the Smartwatch. Smartwatches are popular with the public because they provide various benefits, ranging from health, and body fitness, to fashion. The benefits of smartwatches do not stop at daily needs but can also be used in sports. In this study, this study aims to measure the motivation of soccer players in using smartwatches to record their performance on the field and daily. This quantitative study uses the conceptual model of TAM and UTAUT which is adapted to a case study of soccer players. The results of this study are Ease of Use, Enjoyment, Attitude Relative Advantage, and Social Influence are conditions that affect soccer players using smartwatches.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered many sectors of life. But accelerating the coming of the future with the increasing use of IT in all sectors. One of the technologies adopted by SIMVONI in the midst of a pandemic is virtual tour technology which is implemented in museums which allows people to travel to museums virtually. The use of virtual tour technology is very useful during a pandemic or even after a pandemic because the reach of museum tourists is wider. This study uses the UTAUT model with several variables, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention to Use, Gender, and Age. The purpose of this analysis is to find out what factors are the user's interest in using SIMVONI as well as. In addition, the results of this research can be the basis for further development by the developer. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 126 SIMVONI users and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of the SEM analysis show that several variables are factors that significantly affect the use of SIMVONI.

Abstract

Thanks to the digital transformation that we often encounter today, many things that were previously unthinkable to do are now becoming a reality. Virtual tours allow users to come to a place and see their surroundings without having to come there. Various images to videos that are combined to produce a 360° panorama can be used through devices such as computers to smartphones. This advantage was used by Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. as a step in branding its campus so that it could show the location of the campus without having to come directly there, especially during this pandemic which does not allow everyone to gather in one place directly. Because the UPN Vtour is an important asset for the campus to be able to introduce it to prospective students and their parents, it must be ensured that users get a good user experience. For this reason, a study was conducted to evaluate user experience in using UPN Vtour based on the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which was distributed to 72 students of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Information System and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The results show that reliability and simulation are the main attractions, while others need to be developed again.

Abstract

The ornamental fish market is growing rapidly due to the great interest in the hobby of keeping ornamental fish which is supported by technological advances.  Unfortunately, these technological advances also include problems that are still experienced by sellers and buyers, such as a lack of understanding of how to send fish and a lack of information about trustworthy sellers.  This research aims to formulate user needs and create an ornamental fish marketplace application interface using the Design Thinking method with good usability values.  This research discusses creating application interface designs using the Design Thinking method which focuses on users to overcome the problems above.  This research produces interface designs for 21 features with the main feature being a community that makes it easier for sellers to interact and displays ratings on stores to make it easier to find trustworthy sellers.  This research was carried out in two iterations, with the final test results in the second iteration being 92.85% (Learnability value) and 91.15% (Efficiency value) for five sellers.  Test results for five hobbyists / potential buyers obtained a Learnability score of 97.14% and Efficiency of 92.72%.  Meanwhile, Satisfaction (SUS) for both got a score of 83.5%.  The test results produced a good usability design.
