Abstract

The growth of digital banking services in Indonesia has heightened the need to understand factors influencing users' application continuance intention. However, prior studies remain limited to single-label classification and general sentiment analysis, lacking the ability to capture the complexity of information in Indonesian-language user reviews in a structured manner. This study aims to perform multi-label classification based on four Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) factors—Confirmation, Perceived Usefulness, E-satisfaction, and Perceived Security—and to extract six Named Entity Recognition (NER) entities from Blu by BCA Digital application reviews using IndoBERT. The dataset was collected from Google Play Store and Apple App Store covering January to December 2025, yielding 3,389 Indonesian-language reviews after filtering. The study employs a single-task approach, applying oversampling and Focal Loss for multi-label classification, and token augmentation with Conditional Random Field (CRF) for NER. Annotation validation using Krippendorff's Alpha yielded average values of 0.856 for intent labels and 0.919 for NER entities. Results show that the best classification model achieved an F1-Score of 0.798 with a Hamming Loss of 0.131, while the best NER model achieved an F1-Score of 0.812. This study demonstrates that IndoBERT is effective for analyzing digital banking application reviews in identifying ECM factors and extracting domain-specific entities, thereby offering potential support for developers in automatically understanding user needs.

Abstract

This study examines semantic text clustering using all-MiniLM-L6-v2 sentence embeddings and K-Means on a Dewi Durga question-answering corpus from Indian, Javanese, and Balinese cultural contexts. The dataset contains 1,620 Context-Question-Answer entries extracted from Chapters 1-22. Text preprocessing included structural checking, missing-value inspection, duplicate detection, case folding, non-alphanumeric character removal, and whitespace normalization. Each context was transformed into a 384-dimensional dense embedding vector. The optimal cluster number was evaluated using Auto K across K values from 2 to 10 with Silhouette Score, Davies-Bouldin Index, and Calinski-Harabasz Index, while Manual K = 5 was used as a comparative setting for more detailed thematic interpretation. Six embedding transformation scenarios were tested in both modes. The results show that Auto_K_S5, combining normalization and PCA with 50 components, achieved the strongest internal validation performance with a Silhouette Score of 0.098899, Davies-Bouldin Index of 2.912914, and Calinski-Harabasz Index of 186.476974. Manual_K5_S3 produced more granular themes related to ritual, mythology, history, archaeology, and religious narrative.

Abstract

The manual management of boarding houses often causes various problems, such as inaccurate recording of transactions and tenant data, lack of information for prospective tenants, and unstructured booking and payment processes. This research aims to design and build a web-based Boarding House Management Information System (SIMKO) using the Laravel framework and the Agile development method. Data is collected through literature studies, interviews with boarding house owners, and direct observation of boarding houses in the Sedati area. The result of this research is an integrated information system with main features such as boarding house search, filing complaints, recording tenant and transaction data, booking rooms, financial reports, and digital payment support through Xendit. The development process is iterative and flexible to adjust to user needs. This system is expected to increase transparency, as well as the overall quality of boarding business management services.

Abstract

This study focused on the design and development of a web-based e-commerce information system for PT. Muda Jaya Export by employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The company had been experiencing inefficiencies in handling transactions, inventory, and order management due to the reliance on manual tools such as Microsoft Excel and communication via WhatsApp. These outdated methods often led to data inconsistencies and delays in processing operations. To address these challenges, the new system was built to streamline and centralize various business functions, including sales transactions, pre-order handling, safety stock monitoring, and reorder point calculation. The platform featured capabilities such as online product ordering, real-time pre-order tracking, automated safety stock and reorder point computations, and secure payment integration through Midtrans. The system was implemented using modern web technologies, including React.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL for the database. To ensure functionality and user satisfaction, the system underwent testing through the Blackbox Testing technique as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The testing outcomes demonstrated that the newly developed system significantly enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s sales and inventory operations. With this integrated solution, PT. Muda Jaya Export was better equipped to manage its business processes, reducing operational errors and delays. Furthermore, the system contributed to improved data reliability and provided valuable support for making informed decisions related to inventory levels and customer orders.

Abstract

The management of the internship program at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Sidoarjo Regency is currently conducted manually. This conventional approach faces significant challenges regarding information transparency, the ease of monitoring daily activities, and the administration of program completion, necessitating a digital transformation to enhance service quality. This research aims to design and develop a web-based internship information system to automate the entire administrative process at Diskominfo Sidoarjo. The system development utilized the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, encompassing the requirements phase, a planning phase that resulted in 28 user stories, as well as design, implementation, and system testing. Technically, the website was built using the Express.js framework and the React.js library. The result is a functional information system that provides features for internship data management, daily activity monitoring, and program completion administration. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, which demonstrated that all functionalities met the functional requirements of the users. Overall, the web-based internship information system at the Department of Communication and Informatics of Sidoarjo Regency was successfully developed using the Personal Extreme Programming approach.

Abstract

Website rekrutmen merupakan platform digital yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses seleksi dan penerimaan karyawan secara digital. Untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik, dibutuhkan proses pengujian perangkat lunak guna menjamin bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Black Box Testing dengan menggunakan automation testing tools yaitu Katalon Studio untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan berdasarkan tahapan Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) yang mencakup Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Environment Setup, Test Case Execution dan Test Cycle Closure. Selama pengujian, skenario uji disusun berdasarkan fungsi-fungsi utama yang terdapat dalam website rekrutmen. Proses eksekusi test case dilakukan secara otomatis untuk meminimalisir kesalahan manusia serta mempercepat waktu pengujian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada website rekrutmen Fast Print Indonesia telah berjalan sesuai dengan skenario uji yang telah disusun, tanpa ditemukan adanya bug atau kesalahan sistem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji fungsionalitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Magang (SIMM) yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya menggunakan pendekatan Black Box Testing dan otomatisasi pengujian melalui Katalon Studio. Pengujian dilakukan berdasarkan dokumen Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) dan disusun dalam bentuk 219 test case yang mewakili seluruh modul sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjalankan fungsi-fungsi utama secara baik, nilai efektivitas keseluruhan sebesar 95,8%. Berdasarkan standar Litbang Depdikbud tahun 1991, nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa sistem berada dalam kategori sangat efektif. Satu test case pada fitur presensi dinyatakan pending karena keterbatasan perangkat pengujian dalam mendeteksi lokasi secara akurat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SIMM layak digunakan sebagai sistem digital magang dengan rekomendasi perbaikan minor pada aspek teknis. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan automation testing tools seperti Katalon Studio dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, konsistensi, dan akurasi dalam pengujian perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Siropen merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah di Surabaya yang dikenal sebagai produsen sirup legendaris, namun dalam praktik bisnisnya masih menghadapi kendala karena proses penjualan dan interaksi dengan pelanggan dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada keterbatasan perusahaan dalam mengelola data transaksi serta dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis website yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data serta memperkuat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Personal Extreme Programming (PXP), yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan secara adaptif, bertahap, dan terstruktur. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta framework Laravel untuk mendukung pengelolaan data pelanggan, pencatatan transaksi, dan analisis penjualan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatisasi proses penjualan, menyediakan informasi yang relevan secara cepat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data penjualan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi penjualan ini, Siropen dapat mengambil keputusan bisnis berbasis data secara lebih akurat dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

CV. Bukit Zaitun merupakan distributor makanan dan minuman ringan yang hingga kini masih mencatat transaksi secara manual di buku besar. Cara tersebut menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan input, risiko hilangnya data, dan keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Berdasarkan catatan operasional, perusahaan memasarkan sekitar 800 produk dengan penjualan harian rata-rata 300–400 item, atau kurang lebih 2.800 produk setiap minggu. Tingginya frekuensi transaksi ini menunjukkan perlunya sistem pengelolaan yang lebih sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga penerapan. Sistem diuji menggunakan pendekatan Black Box Testing. Hasil uji menunjukkan semua fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Produk akhir penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dilengkapi fitur registrasi, pengelolaan produk, pembelian ke supplier, pemesanan, checkout, unggah bukti pembayaran, verifikasi admin, serta laporan penjualan dan pembelian.

Abstract

The Online and Integrated Personnel Information System (SIKOI) was developed by the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) to manage the administrative data of approximately 3,200 employees in the City of Blitar. As the system is still under development, this study aims to evaluate the quality of the SIKOI application using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which covers both functional and non-functional aspects. The research methods include direct observation and literature review regarding software quality standards. The evaluation was conducted across seven key characteristics: functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, and portability. The results of this study provide insights into the system’s quality and assist system managers in formulating appropriate improvement measures. SIKOI is considered sufficiently feasible to support personnel management in Blitar City; however, several aspects still require improvement in order to fully optimize its overall performance.
