Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas program bantuan pemerintah pada Poklahsar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Poklahsar yang berjumlah 88 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukkan, (1) efektivitas program bantuan pemerintah pada Poklahsar ditinjau dari dimensi context sebesar 87,36% dengan kategori cukup efektif, (2) efektivitas program bantuan pemerintah pada Poklahsar dari dimensi input sebesar 86,7% dengan kategori cukup efektif, (3) efektivitas program bantuan pemerintah pada Poklahsar dari dimensi process sebesar 87,2% dengan kategori cukup efektif, (4) efektivitas program bantuan pemerintah pada Poklahsar dari dimensi product sebesar 91,86% dengan kategori efektif. Dari keempat dimensi yang digunakan menunjukkan hasil secara keseluruhan sebesar 88,09% dengan kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of achievement motives and self efficacy on the achievement of sales targets for Tiens Bali distributors partially and simultaneously. This research design using a type of causal research. The population of this study were all distributors registered at Tiens Authorized Store 618 are 4.169 people. The sample of this study amounted to 371 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis showed that there was a partially positive and significant effect on the achievemnt motive towards achieving the sale target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=13.491 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Self efficacy, partially has a positive and significant effect on achieving the sales target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=12.915 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Achievement motives and self efficacy have a simultaneous positive effect on achieving sales targets of Tiens Bali distributors, shown by the value of F=323.925 and a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist’s perceptions about Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population of the study is tourists visiting Tenganan Pegringsingan with an infinite number and 100 respondents were taken using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that tourists' perceptions of Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction in terms of the dimensions of attractions, amenities and accessibility were very amenable. That means Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction has a unique nature, tradition and culture. The existence of a tracking tour, a friendly community, a safe tourist attraction environment, no entrance fee (there are donations that can contribute voluntarily), supporting facilities are available and have an easy access to Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the “Sampat Sehe Kedas” Waste Bank in Selat Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation methods. The determination of informants was done purposively. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by producing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the Management of the Sampat Sehe Kedas Waste Bank in Selat Village show that planning is going well in terms of goal setting, namely wanting to help the community in managing waste by forming an organization, providing a financial budget, fulfilling equipment and equipment, identifying problems, and developing plans by deliberation. Organizing goes well in terms of the formation of the organizational structure. The briefing went well, seen from the coordination between the chairman and officers before carrying out activities and giving each other motivation. Supervision runs well, seen from the standard of implementation, the management and officers have worked according to the agreed day and the waste that customers save is non-organic waste at a price of Rp. 500.00/ kg

Abstract

This study is different from the problems in the twelfth category C OTKP (Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran) SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, whose student learning activities are still relatively low. In order to overcome these problems, the application in type matching of cooperative learning models is studied. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in learning activities of middle school students in the XII C OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja category by applying cooperative learning model type matching to the second basic ability of entrepreneurship subjects. This study used the "Classroom Action Research" design. Use observation methods and documents to collect data, and analyze the data through simple percentage statistical analysis. The results show that the average learning integrity obtained by the students in the first cycle of learning activities is 64.05%, and the average learning integrity obtained in the second cycle is 84.08%.Research results prove that learning activity can increase after applying Cooperative Learning Model Type Make A Match in class XII C OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.

Abstract

This research uses collective learning approaches and Team Games Tournaments to look at students' learning achievements. The study is now underway in SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja's grade VIII, including two classrooms. Tests are used to acquire data. Statistics and hypothesis tests are used to analyze the results. This study revealed that the experimental and control groups had substantial disparities in student learning outcomes. The experimental group that used TGT got significantly better results than the control group that used collaborative form learning. Students who used cooperative learning strategies received an average score of 72.38, while those who used the TGT learning model received an average score of 83.6.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which is aims to analyze how tourism development in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treats). This research shows that the strength of the tourism object in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village has the potential for a panoramic view of the village which is still beautiful, the availability of interesting events, cleanliness, good facilities and infrastructure and community friendliness. The weaknesses of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the lack of clean water available in the toilets, the lack of a security and supervision system, and low human resources. Opportunities for the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, cultural preservation of the surrounding community, opening jobs, government policies, availability of information on tourism objects on the internet and social media. The threat of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the number of competitors and the development of competitor tourism facilities. From the SWOT diagram, it can be seen that the research results show that the intersection point (2.38: 2.37) is in diagram I. So, the right strategy to be applied in the tourism development strategy of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village is to support the policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to describe teachers' perceptions of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. This study uses all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan as the population and the sample used is 54 teachers. In this study, the data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the cognitive aspect obtained a score of 1,665 so that it was in the good category. The teacher's perception of the affective aspect obtained a score of 1,669 so that it was in the good category. The teacher's perception of the conative aspect obtained a score of 1.764 and was in the good category. So it can be concluded that the teacher's perception of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan are in good category

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the use of learning videos on learning outcomes. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample of 71 students. The data collection method in this study uses test instruments. Data analysis techniques using T test. The results of this study showed that the utilization of learning videos has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. The completion value of the learning outcomes in the control class was 19.44% and the completion value of the learning outcomes in the experimental class was 77.14%. There are significant differences in learning outcomes taught by utilizing learning video media and without utilizing learning video media with a significance value of 0.000.
