Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of designing and developing a QR Code–based ordering system integrated with a mobile cashier application at Warung Kopi Rumah Seduh. The previously manual process created several issues, including long queues, delayed service, and frequent transaction recording errors that disrupted operational efficiency. To address these challenges, a digital system was introduced that allows customers to place orders independently by scanning a QR Code, with the orders being automatically recorded in the cashier system. The mobile cashier application supports real-time order processing, transaction management, and structured sales data storage. The system was developed using a prototyping approach, beginning with requirements analysis through field observations and user interviews. The implementation results demonstrate that this solution improves service efficiency, accelerates the ordering process, reduces input errors, and enhances the organization of sales data. Ultimately, this study is expected to provide practical contributions for MSMEs in adapting to the challenges of service digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of a student monitoring system in Islamic boarding schools using functional testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The system is designed to facilitate the management of student data, including violations, achievements, permissions, and health, while providing real-time access for parents. The research employs the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Functional testing ensures that all features operate according to specifications, while usability evaluation using SUS was conducted with 30 parent respondents. The functional testing results indicate that all main system features function correctly and meet user requirements. Meanwhile, the average SUS score of 80 falls within the Good–Excellent category, demonstrating that the system is easy to use, quickly understandable, and supports effective student management activities. The study concludes that the developed student monitoring system not only fulfills operational functions but also offers high usability, making it an effective tool for improving the efficiency of boarding school management.

Abstract

Communication is one of the obstacles that often occurs to foreign tourists visiting Indonesia, this is caused by language differences between local people and tourists. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a conversation application is developed that is designed to make it easier for foreign tourists to communicate with local people. With the aim of utilizing Google Translate API technology in developing conversation applications that can be used by foreign tourists visiting Indonesia. The research method uses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall which is carried out by approaching systematically which has a flow of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of the study obtained results in the form of a conversation application for foreign tourists visiting Indonesia that is more user friendly than Google Translate, by facilitating direct conversation without having to search on the application, and providing several additional features such as recommendations for tourist attractions, so that foreign tourists visiting Indonesia can enjoy the tourist attractions in Indonesia more. The results of the application trial that have been carried out show that the application has good performance and function through black box testing, and in subjective testing carried out using a questionnaire via Google Form with 5 respondents, the total score obtained was 180 out of 225, from the results obtained a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to gain deeper insight into the potential of using a digital learning platform to improve collaboration between junior high school mathematics teachers, professional development, and student learning outcomes in the context of mathematics education in junior high schools. The method used in this study was through the development and implementation of a digital learning platform that can be used collaboratively or jointly between mathematics teachers and junior high school students in Sungailiat. On the digital learning platform, teachers exchange resources and teaching activities, while students can access these resources and teaching activities. At the end of the implementation, researchers collected questionnaires to obtain information regarding the effectiveness and usefulness of the developed platform for mathematics learning in junior high schools. The measurement results on the questionnaire instrument based on the Likert scale distributed to students obtained a score of 79.37%. Meanwhile, the measurement on the teacher questionnaire obtained a score of 87.75%. Based on Sugiyono and Riduwan's interpretation categories, the range of 81% - 100% is included in the very high category and the range of 61% - 80% is included in the high category. This value shows that students and mathematics teachers have a positive view of the use of collaborative digital learning platforms in mathematics subjects for grade 7 junior high school.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak besar terhadap inovasi di dunia pendidikan, salah satunya dalam penyediaan layanan perpustakaan. Di Polman Babel, penggunaan sistem perpustakaan digital masih menghadapi kendala karena belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh dan belum mendukung pengelolaan informasi secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem perpustakaan digital menggunakan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan melibatkan partisipasi pengguna pada setiap fase. Berdasarkan hasil black box testing, seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai rancangan, sedangkan hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dari 31 responden menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan sebesar 88,4%. Dengan hasil tersebut, sistem perpustakaan digital ini dinyatakan layak digunakan serta berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dan akses layanan informasi di Polman Babel.

Abstract

Kemampuan dasar seperti membaca, menulis, dan berhitung (Calistung) sangat penting bagi perkembangan pendidikan anak usia dini. Namun, masih banyak anak yang mengalami hambatan dalam menguasai keterampilan ini, terutama jika pembelajaran disampaikan secara monoton dan kurang menarik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan aplikasi digital pembelajaran calistung dengan menggunakan metode prototype, yang dirancang agar menjadi sarana belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami oleh anak. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan tutor, observasi keterlibatan anak selama menggunakan aplikasi, penyebaran kuesioner kepada ahli materi, serta pelaksanaan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur kemampuan anak sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode normalized gain, diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 0,8 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan calistung anak, adanya desain visual yang menarik, animasi yang mendukung pemahaman, serta pendekatan bermain sambil belajar yang meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan anak selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based data request management system with automatic notifications at the BPS Bangka Belitung Province to overcome manual system constraints that cause response delays and difficulties in status monitoring. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), comprising four stages: requirements planning, system design using UML, implementation using Laravel 11 and MySQL, and deployment. The system involves four actors: Admin, PST Officer, Data Processor, and Customer, with an integrated workflow from submission to output delivery, accompanied by automatic email notifications. User Acceptance Testing results from 13 respondents indicated an excellent acceptance rate of 90.6%, demonstrating that the system can improve service efficiency and the transparency of data request processes. The system successfully addresses documentation challenges, facilitates internal coordination between officers, and enables customers to track request status independently.

Abstract

Bengkel Mekanik Polman Negeri Babel adalah tempat para mahasiswa melakukan praktek mesin. Di Bengkel Mekanik, mahasiswa dan dosen dapat meminjam mesin untuk keperluannya. Di dalam Bengkel Mekanik, terdapat banyak mesin dengan tipe yang berbeda, contohnya ada mesin Bubut, mesin Frais serta mesin yang lainnya. Proses peminjaman mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Polman Negeri Babel masih dilakukan secara manual, yakni dengan melakukan pencatatan peminjaman menggunakan kertas. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses peminjaman menjadi tidak efektif dan proses pelaporan peminjaman menjadi lebih sulit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses peminjaman mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Polman Negeri Babel melalui pengembangan Sistem Peminjaman Mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Berbasis Web. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan model waterfall di mana pengembangan sistem diawali dengan proses analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian berupa Sistem Peminjaman Mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Berbasis Web. Sistem yang dikembangkan diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan kesesuaian sistem dengan user requirement diujikan ke user untuk mendapatkan user accaptance. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kesesuaian sistem terhadap masing-masing user.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently used in various fields of science to make work easier. Because of the many features available, it is hoped that this application can be used to display machine maintenance schedules up to complexcity value of 30. By using this application, you can computerize the entire planning calculation process and avoid mistakes in making maintenance plans and damage due to forgetting to do routine maintenance. The application you are building uses the PHP programming language to help developers develop additional applications. It also uses the Codeigniter framework to make the programming process easier for developers. Supported by the waterfall method. This application can also monitor machine maintenance in the basic machinery laboratory of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic mechanic workshop

Abstract

In the era of globalization, technological developments have increased rapidly, this has a positive impact in various fields, especially education. The utilization of technology, information, and communication is used to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the teaching and learning process. Less varied mathematics learning will complicate the development of students' skill of thingking. In the learning process, interactive learning media are needed for students which can easily get bored while receiving learning material from teacher. Applications are made using the Research and Development (R&D) method, namely research conducted to test the effectiveness and efficiency of certain products (Sugiyono 2010). As for the development model, implementing the ADDIE development model is a development model consisting of 5 phase, which containing by Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluating of application. The outcome of the research will be implemented into an Android-Based Educational Game Application and Mathematics Teaching Materials for Junior Middle School. The material presented in the application is validated first by material experts and media experts. The application that is run is by the current curriculum and the application can run according to the prototype design.
