Abstract

The aim of the research is to find analysis and influence between training, motivation, work environment and performance and can be used as a reference for further research. The chosen method is multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of the entire work is 49 people. The results of the study simultaneously all variables affect employee performance. Partially, training and environmental variables have an effect on employee performance, while motivational variables have no effect on employee performance. Motivational training and work environment each have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive industry requires companies to manage human resources in order to drive business growth and compete to win market share. This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect, competence and career development on employee performance through work motivation employees through work motivation. Population in this study is Yamaha JG Motor Bogor employees consisting of 49 people. Sampling of 49 respondents was carried out by saturated sampling saturated. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale metric data with the method of successive interval. Data analysis using verification analysis, path analysis and sobel test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that competence has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, while career development has no effect on work motivation. Competence has a direct positive significant on employee performance, and work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has no effect on employee performance. Competence has an indirect effect directly on employee performance through work motivation, while career development has no indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Konveksi PI Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Disiplin kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) merupakan tiga variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan kinerja karyawan (Y) merupakan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Konveksi Pi Bogor. Selanjutnya, hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Konklusinya menegaskan bahwa disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berperan vital dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perlunya upaya sistematis dan menyeluh untuk menguatkan budaya organisasi dan peningkatan motivasi karyawan melalui berbagai insentif, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir. Disamping itu, perlu juga dilakukan upaya meningkatkan disiplin kerja dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara totalitas pada Konveksi PI Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge and income on financial management behavior through locus of control. The population consists of 150 individuals, with a sample size of 110 people, selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaire completion, and observation. Data analysis employs path analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25.00. The results show that financial knowledge and income have a positive and significant effect on locus of control. Financial knowledge, income, and locus of control positively and significantly affect financial management behavior. Financial knowledge and income also have a positive and significant impact on financial management behavior through locus of control.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the discourse on religion as an instrument of peace. The basic idea behind this is the emergence of various discriminatory and violent treatments in the name of religion. This reality contradicts the essence and purpose of religion as a source of inspiration, spiritual, ethical, and moral foundation for the formation of a peaceful global community. After exploring the various views on religion, violence and peace itself, my opinion is that in an effort to become an instrument of peace, religions must abandon their dogmatism and institutional arrogance and even their superiority over other religions. Redefining the essence and purpose of religion, mutual acceptance and recognition of existence are the best paths to authentic peace in Indonesian.

Abstract

In facing an increasingly strong and tight competitive environment, every company is required to be able to optimize its economic resources in order to increase the competitiveness of its products in the market, and to be able to carry out a series of effective marketing strategies and always develop these marketing strategies continuously and sustainably. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in the city of Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are all consumers who have purchased Hori Lamp products in Bogor City, and the objects of this research are product quality, price, promotions and purchasing decisions. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research results show that product quality has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Price has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Promotions have a direct and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Product quality has a positive relationship with price. Price has a positive relationship with promotion. Product quality has a positive relationship with promotion.

Abstract

Quality control is an activity to rise of quality is expected, through feedback on product characteristics and implementation of improvements if there are deviation. Quality control is used by companies that produce product (manufacturing) as a tool to minimize defective products so they can satisfied the quality is set by the company and satisfy consumers. However, the reality in the field is not expected and many defective products are found that are not in accordance with the standards. This study purposes to determine how the implementation of quality control uses seven tools in an effort to control defective product in the Pacific Harvest company. Droop defects has the greatest contribution in product defects to sardine production, which is a human and machine factor. The factors that caused of product defects are human, machine, material, method and environment. The results of the analysis using the control chart p there are 1 of 16 points above UCL is data 13. Then revisions and recalculated there are found 1 of 15 points above UCL is data 14. Then revisions and improvements of data are carried out until all points are within the boundary control. Problem solving using causal diagrams (fishbone diagram) to identify causes of defects and then provide solutions.

Abstract

Desa Kertaraharja, Kecamatan Cikembar, Kabupaten Sukabumi, memiliki potensi besar di bidang produk olahan, khususnya di bidang makanan ringan tradisional yang dikenal sebagai brondong. Sebagai salah satu cemilan khas Indonesia, brondong memiliki potensi untuk ditransformasikan menjadi produk premium yang mampu bersaing secara efektif dalam pasar yang kompetitif. Meskipun demikian, banyak UMKM yang terletak di daerah ini terus menghadapi hambatan yang berkaitan dengan packaging, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era globalisasi kontemporer. Penerapan packaging yang menarik dan fungsional dapat menghasilkan pengalaman khas bagi konsumen dan menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan yang bertahan lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM mengenai inovasi dalam packaging produk, sehingga memastikan bahwa barang-barang manufaktur mencapai permintaan konsumen yang signifikan. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Kertaraharja adalah wawancara tatap muka serta pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam melakukan pengembangan packaging dan pelabelan pada produk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and location on customer service satisfaction at Yamaha Bahana Sukabumi. The sample in this study was 100 people using a purposive sampling method. The data tested used classical validity, reliability, and assumption test methods. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, f test, and t test. The results of this research show that service quality and location simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), pengawasan kerja, dan budaya keselamatan kerja terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tanggapan karyawan terhadap variabel K3, pengawasan kerja, dan budaya keselamatan kerja berada dalam kategori baik, sementara tingkat kecelakaan kerja tergolong tinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa K3 dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap budaya keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, K3, pengawasan kerja, dan budaya keselamatan kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh langsung dan negatif terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa K3 dan pengawasan kerja juga berpengaruh tidak langsung dan negatif terhadap kecelakaan kerja melalui budaya keselamatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan K3 dan pengawasan kerja yang efektif dalam membangun budaya keselamatan kerja guna menekan tingkat kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan perusahaan.
