Abstract

Digital transformation impacts all aspects, including online marketing. Students in a community service initiative have identified economic challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sentul Village, Bogor Regency, related to their limited understanding of digital marketing. To address this, the students propose a program that focuses on enhancing the MSMEs' digital marketing competence, aiming to improve sales efficiency, increase revenue, and expand market reach. The implementation method is descriptive, and the participating MSMEs, Adok Furniture and Tahu Babakan, will receive tailored training and support in digital marketing.

Abstract

In Bojong Koneng Village, District. Babakan Madang, Djuanda University Bogor held outreach to MSME players. MSMEs in Bojong Koneng Village often experience the same problems: financial management, promotional tools and digital marketing. Therefore, training is needed in financial management and digital marketing as well as training to expand the product market with banners. By implementing and developing digital marketing, Bojong Koneng Village MSMEs will benefit. It is hoped that Bojong Koneng Village MSMEs will understand and apply the results of this training, especially regarding financial management, which will teach them accounting process skills. They will also be able to apply digital marketing practices in their daily business, so they can develop their business and increase income.

Abstract

Motivasi, disiplin serta kepuasan kerja bisa berpengaruhi kinerja karyawan di industri, bila motivas,disiplin serta kepuasan kerja karyawan baik hingga efesiensi karyawan hendak bertambah serta produktifitas industri pula hendak bertambah. Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat mengenali pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bavarian Culinary Haus. Ilustri riset ini berjumlah 53 orang dengan memakai tata cara purposive sampling. Tata cara analisis yang digunakan merupakan tata cara deskriptif serta verifikatif. Pengumpulan informasi lewat angket,observasi, wawancara serta kajian pustaka. Analisis informasi yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji-F serta uji-t. Hasil pengujian merumuskan kalau variabel motivasi, disiplin serta kepuasan kerja secara simultan serta parsial mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa pada PT. Bavarian Culinary Haus.

Abstract

The success of a company or organization is highly dependent on the activities and creativity of the resources within the company or organization. Human resources are one of the most important factors in a company to achieve company goals because the success or failure of the company in achieving its goals depends heavily on the ability of human resources or employee performance in completing their duties. Therefore, employee performance has an important role for the company to achieve its goals because good employee performance will produce good quality. This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. The subjects of this study were 46 employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor as sample member. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with the sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The form of this research is descriptive and verification. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result that a person achieves in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given to him based on skills, experience and perseverance and time at work. Given the influence of training, work motivation provided by the company and work discipline carried out by employees, so that employee performance can increase in an effort to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The total sample size was 43 people. The results in this study indicate that training, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while partially each variable of training, work motivation and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze that cultural factors, social, personal and psychological berpengaru the decision of buying bottled water brand in the city of Bogor viro either simultaneously or partially. Analysis method used is descriptive ananlisis method, the method comprising the analysis statistical multiple linear regression analysis, significant testing and testing singnifikan simultaneous partial and determination coefficient testing and statistical test (F test and t test). From vaildtas and reliability test results showed that all the questions declared valid and reliable. Based on the results of the research results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.9%, which means that the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychological on purchasing decisions bottled water brand viro in Bogor. While the remaining 43.1% is explained in another variable models. Simultaneously cultural, social, personal, and psychological influence on purchase decisions inum water in viro brand packaging. Furthermore, the partial showed that culture, personal and psychological significant effect on the purchase decision inum water in viro brand packaging.Keywords: Cultural, social, personal and psychological, purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of products made by PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia which includes design, technology development and product performance Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI and to determine the influence of changes in design, technology development and performance simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction users Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. The population in this study is the Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI users belonging to the community Kawasaki Ninja. The sampling of 100 respondents was conducted by using probability sampling. This study was descriptive and verification. The collection of data through questionnaires and interview. Analisys data this research include multiple regression analysis, based on the results of multiple regression analysis of the F-test states that simultaneous factors design changes, technological development and performance motor influence on user satisfaction Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. Abstract

PT. Unilever, Tbk with a product “Citra” is a company that engaged in cosmetics. By using attraction message and celebrity endorser in selling their products, Citra has aims to increase the number of consumers buying interest. Survey research methods, forms of descriptive research and verification. There are 100 respondents as the object of the research. The secondary data obtains from the central statistical agency of Bogor and official website of Citra. The tests are conducted by validity, reliability, classic assumption, and likert scale for multiple linear regressions. The result shows that all indicators are valid and reliable, simultaniously attraction message (X1) and celebrity endorser (X2) affect on consumer buying interest of “Citra Wakame Japan”handand body lotion (Y). Furthermore, based on partial variables show that attraction message (X1) was not affect consumer buying interest of hand and body lotion “Citra Wakame Japan” (Y), while celebritry endorser (X2) has significant and positive impact on consumer buying interest on the “Citra Wakame Japan” hand and body lotion (Y).Keyword: Attraction message, Celebrity Endorser, Buying Interest

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of application food safety management system ISO 22000:2005 to food quality in noodle production departement PT. Jakarana Tama Food Industry (Factory) Bogor. Questioner distributed 100 respondents. Analysis method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The questioner validity and reliability testing and test the classic assumption. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regressions. In order to know the effect of four free variable that is used for dependent variable. Based on the result all indicators expressed validity and reliability, simultaneously with interactive communication (X1), system management (X2), prerequisite programmes (X3) and HACCP principles (X4) have an influence to food quality in noodle production departement PT. Jakarana Tama Food Industry (Factory) Bogor (Y). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen dan pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian  produk percetakan pada  PT. Balebat Bogor, baik simultan ataupun parsial. Objek penelitian melibatkan masyarakat yang pernah melakukan pembelian sejumlah 100 responden untuk dijadikan sampel. Jenis penelitian menggunakan bentuk veritifikatif. Analisis data mencakup regresi berganda, uji determinasi dan uji signifikan secara simultan dan parsial.Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1) tanggapan konsumen pada keputusan pembelian tertinggi adalah kualitas produk; 2) nilai korelasi ganda R sebesar 0,844 artinya hubungan bauran pemasaran memberi pengaruh yang sangat kuat; 3) besarnya koefisien determinasi nilai R Square didapatkan 0,712 yang artinya keputusan pembelian masyarakat 71,2% dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, penetapan harga ,strategi promosi, saluran distribusi dan 28,8% dipengaruhi oleh unsur-unsur lain yang tidak diteliti penulis ;4) hasil penelitian secara parsial maupun simultan diketahui bahwa bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif juga signifikan pada keputusan pembelian.              Kata kunci : Produk,  Promosi, Harga, Distribusi, Keputusan Pembelian
