Abstract

Keberhasilan atau keberlanjutan suatu usaha pembuatan tahu atau tempe dapat dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor yang kompleks. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan atau keberlanjutan usaha produksi tahu dan tempe, diantaranya adalah kualitas kedelai atau bahan baku memiliki dampak langsung terhadap hasil akhir tempe atau dan tahu. Ketidakmampuan bersaing dengan harga, kualitas, atau inovasi dapat membuat usaha sulit bertahan di pasar yang kompetitif. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1). Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha tahu tempe dan, 2). Merumuskan strategi dan solusi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha tahu tempe. Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan tekhnik analisa datanya menggunakan metode interaktif dimana merupakan pengumpulan data terus menerus dan berlanjut. Metode ini akan memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam pengalaman para perajin tahu tempe di Primkopti Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri pengrajin tempe dan tahu di Jawa Tengah memiliki keberlanjutan yang cukup baik dalam menjaga tradisi dan kelangsungan usaha. Meskipun dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan, seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan adopsi teknologi baru, namun industri ini tetap mampu bertahan dan berkembang dengan strategi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar dan lingkungan sekitar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture and additional income allowances on employees' performance in the Education Department in Salatiga, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research approach uses a quantitative method. The census technique was used to collect data from the respondents. The number of employees appointed as samples is 85 subjects, while the data collection technique used questionnaire techniques with 5 option Likert scale measurements. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and path analysis to determine the independent variable's direct and indirect influence on the dependent variable. The study obtained the following results: there is a positive influence of organizational culture and additional income allowance on employees' performance, and work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and additional benefits on employees' performance in the Education Department in Salatiga.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Salatiga dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sensus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Jumlah pegawai yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 85 subjek, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dengan 5 pilihan pengukuran skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Salatiga.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, education and training on performance. analyze and explain whether education and training mediate work discipline and motivation on the performance of Salatiga City Education Office employees. The approach in the research here is a quantitative inferential type approach. The sampling technique used was the census technique, meaning that all members of the population were taken as samples, while the total sample was taken as many as 89 subjects, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of 5 options, while data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis, as well as testing mediation/path analysis is used to determine the direct or indirect effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results obtained the following results: 1. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on education and training. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on education and training. 3. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, 4. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance 5. There is a positive and significant influence of education and training on employee performance. 6. Education and training do not mediate work discipline on employee performance. 7. Education and training do not mediate work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan kinerja dimana dilakukan oleh guru didalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepada kinerja guru di SMA swasta di Semarang (2) kepuasan kerja kepada kinerja guru di SMA swasta di Semarang (3) motivasi kerja kepada kinerja guru di SMA swasta di Semarang (4) kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, kepada kinerja guru di SMA swasta di Semarang. Metode penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif, jenis penelitiann yang digunakan adalah asosiatif research, populasi atau sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA swasta di Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan probability sampling dan teknik random sampling. Menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi sebanyak 61 responden dengan analisis menggunaka bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian kepemimpinan transformasional, peuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja guru SMA swasta di Semarang. Sedangkan pengaruh secara simultan diperoleh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepeuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja guru SMA swasta di Semarang

Abstract

The increasingly rapid growth of garment companies on a household scale, such as today, is causing employee dissatisfaction with the work they do. This shows that there are problems that occur, namely the system of alternating employee work holidays, less attention to occupational safety and health for employees, the number of employees is relatively small resulting in the workload received by each employee relatively increasing. This study aims to determine how the balance between work life balance, occupational safety and health and workload influences employee job satisfaction in household-scale clothing companies. This research was conducted quantitatively through surveys, data collection methods using questionnaires processed using the SPSS program, The saturated sample consisted of ninety respondents. The study results show that the work life balance variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction; occupational safety and health variables have an influence on employee job satisfaction; and the workload variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, the work-life balance variable, occupational safety and health and workload variables simultaneously have an influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

In an effort to understand how Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) affect employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediator in higher education institutions, quantitative methods were chosen for use in this study. A total of 72 employees were selected as a sample in the study conducted. Questionnaires are selected as data collection methods, and tested and analyzed with multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. Regression analysis shows that OCB plays a role as an intervinning variable on relationship between EQ and SQ to employee performance. So that to improve employee performance, that is necessary to increase EQ, SQ and OCB
