Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru dan budaya kerja serta komitmen organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru di SMA 1 Salatiga. Penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cencus yaitu penelitian dengan mengambil objek penelitian secara keseluruhan dari populasi yang ada dimana responden adalah guru SMA Negeri 1 Salatiga sebanyak 85 responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, (2) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional tetapi tidak siqnifiqant, (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (4) The komitmen organisasional bukan mediasi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (5) Komitmen organisasi bukanlah mediasi budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Potensi Kota Salatiga sebagai rintisan daerah wisata mulai digaungkan belakangan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan salatiga terletak pada jalur transportasi regional utama Jawa Tengah yaitu antara Kota Semarang dan Kota Surakarta, dimana daerah tersebut sedang berkembang, terutama Kota Semarang yang menjadi kawasan andalan bagi daerah sekitarnya. Potensi keunggulan daya tarik, ekonomi kreatif dan juga potensi SDM dalam pengemasan diperlukannya beberapa tahapan pendampingan untuk mencapai pengembangan pariwisata bersinergi dengan beberapa stakeholder untuk pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This study design is a descriptive study employed by quantitative analysis using SPSS version 17.0 for the Windows application. This study investigates the relationships between three independent effects — compensation (X1), facilities (X2), and work environment (X3) — and one dependent variable — job satisfaction (Y) with Approximately 114 Kendal Regency Environmental employees asministrated by the questionnaire to the respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees. The work environment is the variable that most dominantly influences the increase in job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees because it has the highest beta value.

Abstract

Community service activities for MPPO-UMKM Kendal aim to provide motivation and knowledge so that members of the community become stronger in the future by helping to identify self-quality, seize opportunities, manage, improve business skills, and similar aspects that allow for the reduction or resolution of common problems faced by MPPO-UMKM Kendal. And increasing awareness of MPPO-UMKM Kendal members about the development of their business so that it has a more important meaning as the main actor in the business world. The activity method is in the form of counseling using a lecture model and interactive discussion with MPPO-UMKM Kendal members. The results of the activity are in the form of increasing participant understanding of the importance of motivation to upgrade themselves through knowledge about digitalization and the need for proper communication in marketing their products. This will be followed up with the next activity because this community service is the first part of a series of community service activities for the MPPO-UMKM Kendal community.

Abstract

In an effort to understand how Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) affect employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediator in higher education institutions, quantitative methods were chosen for use in this study. A total of 72 employees were selected as a sample in the study conducted. Questionnaires are selected as data collection methods, and tested and analyzed with multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. Regression analysis shows that OCB plays a role as an intervinning variable on relationship between EQ and SQ to employee performance. So that to improve employee performance, that is necessary to increase EQ, SQ and OCB

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di Desa Rembul, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal, dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan desa wisata secara lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis Focus Group Discussion (FGD), yang mencakup aspek manajemen destinasi wisata, pemasaran digital, pelayanan wisata, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pemasaran digital berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, sementara peningkatan standar pelayanan wisata berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Selain itu, penerapan sistem pencatatan keuangan yang lebih baik membantu Pokdarwis dalam mengelola keuangan secara lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan berbasis komunitas dengan metode partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan desa wisata. Keberlanjutan program ini membutuhkan pendampingan lebih lanjut serta kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan pengelolaan desa wisata yang lebih profesional dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Setelah masa pandemi COVID-19, tingkat hunian hotel di Indonesia mulai mengalami peningkatan, memberikan peluang optimis bagi para pelaku industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 153 pengunjung Hotel Fovere Bandara Semarang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear ganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dibandingkan dengan kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang juga memberikan kontribusi positif, namun dengan pengaruh yang lebih rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penentuan harga yang kompetitif menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen di hotel tersebut. Selain itu, kualitas produk dan layanan tetap menjadi aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen hotel untuk lebih memprioritaskan pengelolaan harga sekaligus menjaga kualitas produk dan pelayanan demi meningkatkan kepuasan dan daya saing di industri perhotelan yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of organizational and social environmental factors on Generation Z's work-life balance (WLB) preferences in Semarang City, with work arrangements as a moderating variable. Methodology: Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from Generation Z employees in the creative, technology, and public service sectors through stratified purposive sampling. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) was employed to test the hypotheses. Results: The research results indicate that organizational factors exert a positive influence on Generation Z's work-life balance preferences. Furthermore, the social environment is also shown to have a positive effect on these preferences. Additionally, work arrangements significantly moderate the relationship between organizational factors and work-life balance preferences, as well as the relationship between the social environment and work-life balance preferences. Conclusion: The study highlights the critical role of work arrangements in shaping Generation Z’s WLB preferences. Organizations should develop adaptive HR policies and flexible work options to better align with their expectations. Limitations: The study is limited to Semarang City and specific sectors, which may affect generalizability. Self-reported data could also introduce bias. Contribution: This research extends WLB literature by integrating Social Exchange Theory and Boundary Theory while offering practical insights for organizations to enhance workforce strategies for Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the government’s strategies in addressing stunting in North Aceh Regency and examine how policy implementation is understood and practiced within the region’s socio-cultural context. Stunting remains a critical public health issue in North Aceh, with prevalence rates exceeding the national average, highlighting the need for more contextualized and participatory approaches. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews involving 25 key informants, participant observation in community nutrition and health programs, and document analysis of local policy reports and official records. Informants were selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques, including health cadres, public health officers, local government officials, community leaders, and mothers of under-five children. Thematic analysis based on Miles and Huberman’s interactive model was used to analyze the data. Four major themes emerged: (1) cultural perceptions linking rice as the primary indicator of nutritional adequacy, (2) limited human resource capacity and sectoral coordination, (3) a gap between nutrition education and actual consumption practices, and (4) weak monitoring systems and case follow-up mechanisms. These findings underscore the importance of aligning policy implementation with local values and social structures. This study contributes to the development of policy implementation and social-ecological theories in public health contexts. Practical implications include the need for culturally adaptive nutrition programs and stronger community-based monitoring systems. Future research is recommended to adopt participatory approaches for developing more responsive interventions tailored to local community needs.
