Abstract

Intensi membaca siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Batang, SMK Negeri 1 Batang, dan MA Negeri Batang masih rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data pengunjung dan peminjam siswa di perpustakaan sekolanya. Jumlah pengunjung dan peminjam setiap bulan mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan secara tidak seimbang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi membaca siswa-siswi sekolah menengah atas sederajat se-Kabupaten Batang.   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batang, SMK Negeri 1 Batang, dan MA Negeri Batang sebanyak 1900 siswa. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 330 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proporsional Random Sampling. Responden ditentukan dengan cara Random (Acak). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan  analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis deskriptif presentase. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda sebagai berikut :  Y= 19,514+ 0,288 X1 + 0,283 X2 +0,483 X3 + e . Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi membaca siswa sebesar 40,80%, lingkungan keluarga sebesar 40,40%, dan efikasi diri sebesar 46,65%. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa intensi membaca siswa dalam kategori tinggi, kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan dalam kategori sangat tinggi, lingkungan keluarga dalam kategori sangat baik, dan efikasi diri dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi membaca siswa. Saran dari peneliti yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan pelayanan kepada pegawai perpustakaan, melakukan sambung rasa kepada orang tua hendaknya memperhatikan manajemen waktu, kondisi rumah, melakukan sambung rasa dan melibatkan orang tua pentingnya dalam mengelola waktu bermain dan belajar, bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan jumlah objek sebagai responden penelitian dan mengembangkan variabel independent lainnya yang mempengaruhi intensi membaca.

Abstract

This community service article discusses efforts to empower students at the Al Asror Islamic Boarding School in Semarang City through the agropreneurship program as a strategy to improve food security. The background of this activity is based on the importance of equipping students with practical skills that are relevant to local potential, while contributing to strengthening food independence in the Islamic boarding school environment and the surrounding community. The purpose of this program is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in agriculture among students, provide knowledge and technical skills in plant cultivation, and create a sustainable Islamic boarding school-based food security model. The implementation method includes a series of activities such as training, mentoring, direct practice, and facilitation of access to resources and markets. The expected results of this program include increasing the knowledge and skills of students in agropreneurship, the emergence of agricultural business units managed by students, and increasing the availability and access to safe and nutritious food in the Islamic boarding school environment. This empowerment program is expected to be a model for other Islamic boarding schools in developing agropreneurship potential to support national food security.

Abstract

There are two main aspects of the problems faced by MGMP MPLB teachers in Semarang City that urgently need to be resolved, namely; (1) low conceptual and practical knowledge of teachers related to integrated differentiated learning design for Social Emotional Competence (KSE); and (2) minimal teacher literacy in utilizing digital tools in creating interactive learning websites and Artificial Intelligence as a tool in compiling interactive learning media. The solutions offered to solve these problems are (1) Socialization of the concept of integrated differentiated learning design for KSE; (2) Training in compiling integrated differentiated learning teaching modules for KSE; (3) Training in creating interactive learning websites using Google Sites; (4) Training in creating assignments and educational games along with evaluation instruments using eduaide.ai; (5) Training in creating learning podcasts using Google NotebookLM; (6) Training in creating learning videos using pictory.ai; (7) Training in creating learning comics using comicai.ai. The implementation methods used in this community service program are in the form of socialization, training, and mentoring and evaluation. The main achievements of this program are reflected in the substantial increase in teacher knowledge and skills. The evaluation results showed that there was a significant increase in the average teacher knowledge score from pre-test to post-test, indicating the effectiveness of the comprehensive training method.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren are increasingly paying attention to environmental issues, sustainability, and the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as striving to provide life skills for students (Santri) through training and self-development activities. This article explains the impact of utilizing a mini greenhouse to improve students’ agricultural skills through a community service program at Pondok Pesantren Al Asror Semarang, targeting 15 students. The activities were carried out over five months (May to September 2025) in the form of training and assistance in using the mini greenhouse. The training introduced the mini greenhouse and its benefits, after which the students worked together to prepare and build it within the pondok pesantren environment. The next activities included plant cultivation, starting from seed sowing, planting, and caring for the plants until harvest time, under the guidance and supervision of the community service team. The students were highly enthusiastic and motivated to make use of the mini greenhouse, and they received support from the pondok pesantren leaders to enhance their life skills. The students then continued using the mini greenhouse for organic vegetable cultivation, starting from sowing to harvest time.
