Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction in Ndalem Gawanda Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test the hypothesis after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results showed that Service Quality, Price and Location have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The better the quality of service provided, the more competitive the price offered, and the more strategic the location of Ndalem Gawanda, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the teacher's perception of students' learning difficulties in Indonesian subjects in grade II of SDN 005 Palembang. This study uses a qualitative approach with the research subject of grade II teachers. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that there were 8 students in class II A and 7 students in class II B who had learning difficulties. The forms of learning difficulties experienced by students include difficulties in reading, writing, and understanding the material. The factors that cause learning difficulties are categorized into internal and external factors. Internal factors include a lack of interest in learning and the presence of special needs in some students. Meanwhile, external factors consist of family conditions, economy, and school environment. Family factors are the dominant cause, especially in students who come from broken homes and lack parental support. Economic factors also affect through limited learning facilities. In addition, the condition of the narrow and noisy school environment is also an obstacle in the student learning process. Based on these findings, special attention and strategies are needed from teachers and schools to address students' learning difficulties holistically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 2 Semarang, Jalan Dokter Cipto No.121A, Karangturi, Kec. Semarang Tim., Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah 50124, dengan tujuan mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman mendalam tentang karakteristik peserta didik di jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga serta ketidaksesuaian antara strategi pembelajaran yang ada dengan kebutuhan dan potensi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, survei kuesioner, wawancara opsional, dan analisis data untuk mengumpulkan informasi mendetail tentang siswa kelas X AKL 1. Manfaat pelaksanaan penelitian ini bagi siswa meliputi pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang diri sendiri, dukungan dalam persiapan kuliah dan pengembangan karir, serta pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan dan efektif. Bagi sekolah, hasil ini membantu dalam merancang program pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Secara umum, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien di Indonesia. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa 76% siswa berencana kuliah setelah lulus, dengan cita-cita pekerjaan yang bervariasi seperti bekerja di BUMN, menjadi akuntan, atau berkarir di bea cukai dan pemerintahan. Pilihan universitas mayoritas adalah UNDIP, diikuti oleh UGM dan universitas lainnya. Suasana belajar di kelas dirasakan santai dan menyenangkan oleh 97% siswa, dan 88% merasa memiliki status sosial ekonomi yang setara dengan teman sekelasnya. Minat mata pelajaran terbanyak adalah matematika (41%), dan gaya belajar yang paling dominan adalah kinestetik (44%). Motivasi belajar terutama untuk mempersiapkan masa depan (47%), dan mayoritas siswa (79%) mampu mengelola emosi dengan baik. Interaksi sosial mayoritas dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan (62%), dan nilai moral serta spiritual yang dianut adalah menghargai orang lain dan bertindak benar. Perkembangan motorik mayoritas siswa dinilai baik (82%).

Abstract

This research describes the ethnic Chinese culture displayed in a legendary coffee shop that has been established since 1927, namely Kopi Es Tak Kie. The purpose of this study was to examine the history of the development of Kopi Es Tak Kie business in the Glodok area, and the cultural identity displayed in the coffee shop from 1927-1998. This article was written using historical research methods with the results of research showing how Kopi Es Tak Kie as a legendary coffee shop still preserves Chinese cultural identity. This cultural identity can be seen through the naming of the stalls, and typical Chinese food. Meanwhile, in maintaining its business, it applies business ethics according to Confucianism, and the practice of traditional Chinese values, namely hopeng, hongshui, and hokki. Penelitian ini menggambarkan budaya etnis Tionghoa yang ditampilkan dalam sebuah kedai kopi legendaris yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1927 yakni kedai Kopi Es Tak Kie. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang sejarah perkembangan usaha kedai Kopi Es Tak Kie yang ada di wilayah Glodok, dan identitas budaya yang ditampilkan dalam kedai dengan rentang waktu 1927-1998. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bagaimana kedai Kopi Es Tak Kie sebagai kedai kopi legendaris tetap melestraikan identitas budaya Tionghoa. Identitas budaya tersebut dapat dilihat melalui penamaan kedai, dan makanan khas Tionghoa. Sementara dalam mempertahankan usahanya diterapkan etika bisnis menurut Konfusianisme, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai tradisional Tionghoa yakni hopeng, hongshui, dan hokki.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) The influence of principal leadership on the quality of education in Public Elementary Schools in Gandus District, Palembang City (2) the influence of the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of education in Public Elementary Schools in Gandus District, Palembang City. (3). the influence of principal leadership and implementation of strategic planning on improving the quality of education in Public Elementary Schools in Gandus District, Palembang City. This study is a descriptive method study with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted at Public Elementary Schools in Gandus District, Palembang City, with a sample in this study of 107 teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Gandus District, Palembang City. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The validity test used construct validity, while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The prerequisite analysis test used the normality test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques, correlation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership has an effect on the quality of education at the Gandus District Public Elementary School, Palembang City. (2) The implementation of strategic planning has an effect on improving the quality of education at the Gandus District Public Elementary School, Palembang City. (3). The principal's leadership and the implementation of strategic planning simultaneously have an effect on improving the quality of education at the Gandus District Public Elementary School, Palembang City.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool used by teachers to deliver learning materials to students, either in the form of tools, resources, or devices that facilitate the learning process. One of the educational learning tools for snakes and ladders games is games. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the snakes and ladders educational game on cultural diversity material on the science learning achievement of grade IV students of SDN 06 Palembang. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with the Pre-Test and Post-Test with Non-Equivalent Control-Group Design design type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which consisted of two classes, namely class IV. B and IV. C totaling 50 students. The posttest results obtained an average posttest score for class IV. B of 64 and IV. C of 57.2. Hypothesis testing of research data using independent sample t-test with the criteria that Ha is accepted if t count > t table. Obtained with a value of (t count) 2.034 > (t table) 1.677 and sig. (2 tailed) = 0.047 < 0.05, then from the calculation it shows that Ha is accepted, meaning there is an effectiveness of the educational game of snakes and ladders on cultural diversity material on the science learning achievement of grade IV students of SDN 06 Palembang.

Abstract

Writing ability is one aspect of language skills that must be mastered by students, yet there are still several issues that make it difficult for students to write short stories, one of which is the limitation of the teaching methods used. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the Estafet Writing method on the writing ability of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 78 Palembang for the academic year 2024/2025. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sample of this study consists of 40 students (20 experimental class students and 20 control class students). Data collection techniques in this study include documentation and tests. The test results data were analyzed using prerequisite tests, followed by hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on the learning outcome test, it is known that the average score of students in the experimental class is higher, namely 80.95 (good), compared to students in the control class, which is 70.05 (satisfactory), There is an influence of the Estafet Writing method on the short story writing skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 78 Palembang. This is evident from the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test, where after analysis, it was obtained that (thitung) 4.309 > (table) 1.685, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Therefore, there is an influence of the Estafet Writing method on the short story writing skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 78 Palembang.

Abstract

Cultural diversity is a national wealth that needs to be introduced to elementary school students early on so that they can appreciate and preserve cultural heritage. The delivery of cultural material is often less interesting if only delivered through conventional methods, so innovation in media is needed, namely by developing smart box media. This study aims to develop smart box media for Indonesian Cultural Diversity material for grade IV elementary school students that is valid, practical, and effective. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The subjects of the study were grade IV students of SDN 1 Keman. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests, while data analysis techniques included analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results showed that the smart box media was declared very valid with a percentage of three validator assessments of 89.96%. The practicality of the media displayed from the student response questionnaire, namely 85.3% stage (one-on-one) and 85.8% stage (small group). The results of the study also showed that the smart box media was effectively used as seen from the increase in learning outcomes before and after using the media, namely the pretest score of 52.38%, while the posttest score increased to 85.71%. Thus, it can be concluded that the smart box media on the material of Indonesian cultural diversity is categorized as valid, practical, and effective.
