Abstract

Currently Koperasi Warga POLBAN (kwp) has carried out increased preparation activities for the transition from conventional USP to Sharia. This community service activity is a continuation of community service 2023. The reviewer's suggestion for community service 2024 is that there is continuity in creating web-based Sharia service applications. Making Sharia service applications must follow the Sharia service SOP, while KWP does not yet have a Sharia service SOP. The purpose of this community service is to produce the design and creation of Sharia service applications using digital web applications in accordance with the Syariah-based Service Operational Procedure Standard (SOP). The design of the SOP digital application is aligned with the aspects contained in the AD and annual members meeting which are applied to the KWP. The method used is an appropriate technology program in collaboration with KWP. In this program, KWP provides the data needed for preparing SOPs. In order to collect the necessary data, observations and interviews were carried out to observe the routine activities of service units in KWP, interviews with administrators and managers regarding the real conditions faced, surveys with KWP members to find out members' opinions regarding the content of Sharia service SOPs before they were input into the digital application. The result is a digital application web for sharia services based on SOPs that have been tested on representatives of members, administrators, supervisors and KWP managers. The trial showed that the sharia service web can be operated well and easily according to their expectations.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the business management quality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cigugurgirang Village by applying appropriate technology, specifically digitalization of business planning. The problems identified include the ineffective use of technology in business management, both for marketing, product, and process innovation, human resource competency, and limited access to capital as well as suboptimal management of the cost of goods sold. The solution to these problems by the Community Service team was carried out by designing a business planning guide using the design thinking approach, including survey activities, workshops, manual template preparation, training, digitalization, and trials. The manual template is accompanied by a guide to filling out business plans. From business ideas and marketing, human resource management, operations and production, to finance, training was provided. Business planning from manual templates was transformed into digital templates using Google Workspace devices, whose documents were stored in the cloud and accessed via Google Drive, utilizing QR codes for MSME users. The digitalization of business planning is expected to further assist MSMEs in increasing the effectiveness of technology use and enhancing business innovation capabilities

Abstract

Local food consumption in tourism represents a cognitive and affective process through which visitors interpret cultural meaning and evaluate quality. This study develops and tests an integrative model linking cultural value, knowledge appreciation, and product quality to branding, perceived economic value, and consumption satisfaction. Data from 319 domestic and international tourists who experienced Indonesian gastronomy were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Results show that cultural value and local identity strongly enhance knowledge and cultural appreciation, which in turn increase perceived product quality and support for local communities. These cognitive–ethical factors exert the greatest influence on emotional satisfaction, while branding alone shows no significant direct effect. Perceived quality and community alignment, rather than aesthetic branding, drive tourists' emotional engagement and satisfaction. Theoretically, this study introduces the concept of cognitive–ethical authenticity to explain how knowledge and moral resonance jointly produce satisfaction in gastronomic tourism. Managerially, the findings highlight that effective destination strategies should prioritise interpretive learning, transparent sourcing, and community-based experience design over symbolic branding. Overall, the research clarifies the cultural–cognitive pathway that underpins satisfaction in gastronomic experiences and advances a framework for authenticity-centred tourism development.
