Abstract

Pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid 19 mengharuskan guru memiliki kemampuan dalam teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Pembelajaran model ini menjadi new normal dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, calon guru harus memiliki kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan calon guru IPA dalam mengintergasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan microteaching semster ganjil 2021/2022 sebanyak 6 orang. Pofil kemampuan  calon guru IPA dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi diperoleh dari observasi pembelajaran yang disimulasikan. Tingkatan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dikelompokan menggunakan SAMR. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa calon guru IPA dalam mengintegrasikan pembelajaran masih berada pada tingkat subtitution. Pada tingkat ini, teknologi digunakan pada pembelajaran hanya sebatas pengganti dan tidak ada peningkatan fungsional teknologi di pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan argumentasi calon guru IPA pada materi energi alternatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah calon guru IPA yang mengikuti perkuliahan materi dan energi  sebanyak 27 orang. Kemampuan argumentasi diperoleh dari jawaban tugas mengenai energi alternatif. Argumentasi yang diperoleh di analisis komponennya menurut Toulmins Argumentation Pattern (TAP). Hasilnya  kemampuan argumentasi calon guru IPA pada materi energi alternatif berada pada level 2, yaitu sudah mampu membuat claim, data, dan atau warrant. Calon guru IPA yang memiliki kemampuan lebih tinggi memperoleh level argumentasi lebih tinggi. Dan koherensi antar komponen argumen dominan pada limited coherency, yaitu penjelasan yang dibuat kurang relevan dengan claim yang dibuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran yang berbasis multirepresentasi dan berorientasi pada keterampilan argumentasi pada topik kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D terdiri dari tahap define, tahap design, dan tahap develop terbatas yaitu pengujian kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VII SMP sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi bahan ajar diisi oleh dosen ahli dan guru IPA. Hasil pengisian lembar validasi tersebut dianalisis dengan menghitung presentase kelayakan lalu dikategorikan dalam rentang presentase kelayakan bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui uji kelayakan aspek materi, penyajian, dan bahasa dalam tahap develop terbatas menunjukan bahwa pengembangan modul berbasis multirepresentasi keterampilan argumentasi pada topic kalor memiliki kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berupa modul yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkelanjutan mengenai energi memiliki peran penting dalam membangun pemahaman siswa terhadap lingkungan. Dengan pendekatan interdisipliner dan pemikiran kritis, pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan (ESD) mendukung visi UNESCO dan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan PBB. ESD juga melibatkan literasi lingkungan yang mendorong pemahaman tentang isu-isu sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan dalam konteks keseimbangan antara kebutuhan manusia dan lingkungan. Integrasi metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dengan ESD, khususnya dalam konteks energi, berpotensi meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa, dengan melibatkan mereka dalam pemecahan masalah nyata dan memberi mereka peran aktif dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan ESD dan literasi lingkungan melalui pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran, serta untuk mengukur efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa pada topik energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental Desain. Sampel terdiri dari 27 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta observasi untuk mengukur keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PBL yang terintegrasi dengan ESD. Hasil N-gain literasi lingkungan sebesar 0,61 menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PBL yang terintegrasi dengan ESD memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan literasi lingkungan siswa. Dengan integrasi ESD dan literasi lingkungan melalui PBL, siswa dapat lebih memahami isu-isu berkelanjutan dan mengembangkan sikap yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan ini dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dan merangsang perubahan perilaku siswa menuju lingkungan yang lebih baik

Abstract

Analysis of Students’ Reasoning Levels in Physics Learning Based on Peer Instruction Guided Inquiry. This study aims to analyze the level of student reasoning in peer instruction guided inquiry (PIGI) based physics learning. This learning design is used to encourage students' active participation and develop reasoning skills through peer discussion, and guided inquiry. This research is a descriptive study with a sample of 30 high school students in Bandung. Students’ reasoning levels were assessed based on their responses to Concept Test I and Concept Test II, conducted before and after the guided inquiry sessions. The test instrument used was a ranking task exercise. Students’ answers were analyzed and categorized using a reasoning level rubric. The findings indicate that the majority of students demonstrated reasoning at Level 2 (subfunctional) and Level 3 (near-functional). At these levels, students were able to identify relevant variables influencing the given phenomena, but their explanations revealed limited conceptual understanding, leading to difficulties in applying knowledge to different contexts. A general improvement in reasoning level was observed, with most students showing progress from Concept Test I to Concept Test II. These results suggest that the PIGI approach holds potential for enhancing students’ scientific reasoning. However, complementary instructional strategies are needed to support students in analyzing and drawing conclusions from experimental data, enabling them to construct deeper conceptual understanding.

Abstract

This paper explores the emergence of the Jaringan Intelektual Muda Muhammadiyah (JIMM: Muhammadiyah Young Intellectual Network) as a response to the perceived stagnation of Islamic thought within Muhammadiyah. The discussion encompasses the historical challenges faced by Muhammadiyah, including the dominance of Western-oriented modernism, organizational routine, and resistance to change within the institution. The analysis delves into the controversies surrounding JIMM, as it faced resistance from various circles within Muhammadiyah, often labeled as “liberal” and accused of affiliating with the Liberal Islamic Network (JIL). The paper details the resistance encountered by JIMM, both institutionally and ideologically, including attempts to disband the network during the 46th Congress of Muhammadiyah in 2005. The paper also examines the shift in Muhammadiyah’s stance towards JIMM over time, from initial resistance to eventual accommodation within the organization’s structure and thought processes. The narrative concludes by highlighting Muhammadiyah’s evolving perspective on JIMM as a potential catalyst for intellectual regeneration within the Islamic organization.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on the field of education. The use of technology in the field of education, one of which is an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. Elementary school teachers' understanding of technology is integrated with TPACK capabilities. TPACK skills are important for an elementary school teacher to have in the process of delivering learning. In conveying learning, media is needed, in this case the media used is technology-based learning media, namely augmented reality. This research aims to analyze the TPACK abilities of elementary school teachers in using technology-based learning media, namely augmented reality, as well as as a reference for carrying out further research related to developing augmented reality as a learning medium. The research was conducted qualitatively by involving ten elementary school teachers. Next, the ten teachers were used as research subjects who in this study are called participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to ten participants using Google Form and then analyzed using coding. The results of the research show that the TPACK abilities of ten artists have reached their maximum but their use in augmented reality is still very minimal. Thus, it can be concluded that TPACK's ability to use augmented reality as a learning medium for the ten participants is still very minimal and the next step is to develop augmented reality as a learning medium in elementary schools.

Abstract

E-LKPD is an electronic learning tool that contains material, assignments and steps in learning activities to solve problems in certain learning. E-LKPD is often combined with learning models to achieve the expected goals. The use of E-LKPD in learning will be better if it is combined with relevant learning models. The purpose of writing this article is to convey the results of analysis from a literature review regarding the implementation of E-LKPD based on learning models in science in schools. Literature review analysis was carried out on 20 articles published from 2021-2024, by carrying out 5 literature review steps, namely selecting the topic to be reviewed, searching for articles on Google Scholar, selecting articles according to the specified criteria and focus of the study, conducting analysis and synthesis of the articles reviewed, and organizing the writing. The results of the literature review and analysis show that: 1) In science learning a number of learning models have been combined with E-LKPD, and have their own characteristics, several learning models that have been combined with E-LKPD include: PBL-based E-LKPD, E-LKPD PjBL based LKPD, STEM based E-LKPD, guided inquiry based E-LKPD, discovery learning based E-LKPD, open ended problem model based E-LKPD, 5E learning cycle model based E-LKPD, contextual based E-LKPD, E- RADEC based LKPD, ARCS based E-LKPD, SSC type PBL based E-LKPD, guided discovery learning model based E-LKPD. 2) The impact of implementing E-LKPD has various impacts, namely increasing several student abilities such as critical thinking, creative thinking, scientific literacy and science process skills, apart from increasing learning motivation and student learning outcomes in science learning.

Abstract

Sukarno as a figure nationalist-secular and Isa Anshary as a figure nationalist-Islamic political orientations has created political ideological debates in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze both figures’ thoughts based on recorded ideological debates in historical events and their compromise under ideology of communism. This historical issue was analyzed using intellectual history and political approach and was grounded in ideology and state theories. This historical research was conducted through several stages: heuristic, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The findings indicate that the ideological debates between Sukarno and Isa Anshary arose due to intellectual influences that led to differences in their perspectives, particularly concerning the ideology of communism. Sukarno's thoughts about communism were interpreted as a philosophy of materialism used to fight imperialism and colonialism, then his thoughts about nationalism in the form of national equality to escape the grip of colonialists, and he articulated democracy as a state concept. Meanwhile, Isa Anshary, he believes that communism is an anti-God ideology that degrades the Islamic faith, then according to him nationalism is the concept of nationalism as integration (berjamaah), and voicing Islamic ideology in the concept of the state. Furthermore, the views of Sukarno and Isa Anshary on communism also had implications for their differing stances on nationalism, the state, and political attitudes during the period leading up to the 1955 elections. In addition, the ideological debate between the two had an impact on Indonesian politics, such as political polarization and conflict in Indonesian society until the end of the Old Order.
