Abstract

The gig economy in Masaran District, Sragen Regency, is growing rapidly, driven by the rise of app-based jobs and freelance services, which offer flexibility to workers. However, these opportunities pose challenges related to job satisfaction, such as income uncertainty, work environment conditions, and the need for trust. This is crucial to research because job satisfaction influences motivation and job sustainability. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing the determinants of job satisfaction among workers in the gig economy in the region. Data collection methods included questionnaires and documentation.. This study was conducted in Masaran Subdistrict, Sragen Regency. The population consisted of workers working in the gig economy sector. A purposive random sampling method was used, with 96 respondents participating. The study found a significant positive effect of flexibility, income, work environment, and trust on job satisfaction among gig economy workers in Masaran District, Sragen. 91.40% of job satisfaction among gig economy workers in Masaran Subdistrict can be explained by the variables flexibility, income, work environment, and trust. The remainder is explained by factors outside this research model.

Abstract

The Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) curriculum plays a key role in shaping students' moral character (akhlaqul karimah) at SDIT Ulul Albaab Weleri, Kendal. This study explores the strategies, processes, and impacts of the BPI curriculum in fostering Islamic values and noble character. Using qualitative methods, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show effective integration of the BPI curriculum in daily activities, extracurricular programs, and school culture. Religious practices like tahfidzul Qur'an, dhuha prayers, and moral guidance significantly influence students' behavior, instilling Islamic values as the basis of character development.

Abstract

Industri Madina Bakery Cake Pastry ini merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan yang memproduksi roti dan kueh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efisiensi pengendalian biaya persediaan bahan baku pada industri Madina Bakery Cake Pastry di Banjarsari Surakarta dengan menggunakan metode yang selama ini dilakukan telah efisien dan menganalisis efisiensi pengendalian biaya persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Just In Time dibandingkan dengan metode yang selama ini digunakan oleh industri Madina Bakery Cake Pastry di Banjarsari Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Just In Time, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik data primer yang langsung diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Just In Time. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa industri Madina Bakery Cake Pastry belum dapat mengefisienkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada pembelian dan pemakaian bahan baku tepung terigu, telur, dan gula pasir pada tahun 2024. Dapat diketahui biaya persediaan bahan baku menurut kebijakan Madina Bakery Cake Pastry untuk bahan baku tepung terigu sebesar Rp1.638.835, sebesar Rp1.996.360 untuk bahan baku telur, dan sebesar Rp1.505.255 untuk biaya bahan baku gula pasir. lebih besar dibanding menggunakan metode Just In Time (JIT) sebesar Rp 669.051,58 untuk bahan baku tepung terigu, sebesar Rp 815.010,55 untuk bahan baku telur, dan bahan baku gula pasir sebesar Rp 614.517,78. Dengan demikian Hipotesis 1 yang menyatakan bahwa “pengendalian biaya persediaan bahan baku pada Madina Bakery Cake Pastry di Banjarsari Surakarta belum efisien”, terbukti kebenarannya. Hipotesis 2 menyatakan bahwa “pengendalian persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Just In Time dapat mengefisienkan biaya persediaan bahan baku pada Madina Bakery Cake Pastry di Banjarsari Surakarta”, terbukti kebenarannya.

Abstract

Abstract. SMK graduates face challenges in work culture alignment. 5R implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom is not yet internalized sustainably. This study aims to develop a religious-based 5R work culture guidebook. The method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model involving 85 teachers and employees, and validation by ten experts. Results show current 5R conditions are at the habituation stage but depend on external supervision. Strategic religious values like amanah and discipline are integrated into 5R elements. The product was declared feasible in the "Good" category (score 3.60) by experts. Field trials showed the product was practical (3.48), effective (3.48), and well-accepted (3.56) by 90.5% of users. Religious value integration changed 5R perception from administrative burden to worship, increasing intrinsic motivation. It is concluded that the guidebook is feasible for adoption as a permanent institutional guide to build sustainable work culture through balancing technical, pedagogical, and spiritual dimensions. Penerapan 5R di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom belum terinternalisasi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku panduan budaya kerja 5R berbasis nilai religius. Metode menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE melibatkan 85 guru dan karyawan, serta validasi sepuluh ahli. Hasil menunjukkan kondisi 5R saat ini berada pada tahap pembiasaan namun bergantung pada pengawasan eksternal. Nilai religius strategis seperti amanah dan disiplin diintegrasikan ke dalam elemen 5R. Produk dinyatakan layak kategori "Baik" (skor 3,60) oleh ahli. Uji lapangan menunjukkan produk praktis (3,48), efektif (3,48), dan diterima baik (3,56) oleh 90,5% pengguna. Integrasi nilai religius mengubah persepsi 5R dari beban administratif menjadi ibadah, meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik. Disimpulkan buku panduan layak diadopsi sebagai panduan institusional permanen untuk membangun budaya kerja berkelanjutan melalui keseimbangan dimensi teknis, pedagogis, dan spiritual. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a community-based approach in managing student demonstrations that experienced limited escalation in Yogyakarta and to evaluate its effectiveness in reducing the potential for conflict. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design focused on the demonstration that took place in front of the Yogyakarta Regional Police Headquarters in February 2026. Data were collected through media documentation, digital observation, and literature review, and were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model. The results indicate that the community-based approach was implemented through non-repressive strategies, such as the avoidance of excessive force and the selective handling of three students who were handed over to university authorities. This approach proved capable of keeping the situation under control without triggering a broader escalation of conflict. Furthermore, community involvement through the local practice of neighborhood watch played a crucial role in promoting de-escalation of the situation through community-based social control mechanisms. Theoretically, these findings reinforce the concepts of community policing and crisis communication by emphasizing the importance of collaboration, trust, and adaptive communication. The novelty of this research lies in the identification of neighborhood watch as a local form of the community approach, demonstrating that conflict management must be contextualized within the social and cultural practices of the community.
