Abstract

Educational activities on the governance of the syar'i slaughter of sacrificial animals are carried out at the At-Tauhid mosque which is the location of the Bujana Drum thematic village which is the assisted village/village of the Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University. There were 12 participants in the activity consisting of lecturers, students, heads of DKM/mosque administrators and the community. The activity begins with a request, implementation of activities, and preparation of the final report by the implementing team. The objectives of the activity include educating DKM management and the community in managing and slaughtering sacrificial animals in accordance with the sunnah. Governance that must be carried out by the DKM management and the community in slaughtering and distributing the appropriate sacrificial animals so that the DKM administrators and the community both understand correctly about the management of sacrificial animals, the qurban contract and the procedures for slaughtering, distribution of qurban meat

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology is currently causing a revolution digital and the era of technological disruption or known as industry 4.0. with the presence of this 4.0 industry occurred computer growth and record-keeping automation all fields. This allows every human job to be replaced by robots, causing changes in the trading system that was done directly can now be done online or also known as Marketplace. With trade conducted through the internet, the transaction process is carried out on a traditional or directly, is now turning to the digital transaction process through Internet. The transaction process carried out digitally requires accuracy, security, and good trust between seller and buyer. Management Customer Relations or better known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one model that can be used in maintaining the relationship between the customer and the company. Blockchain technology is technology that is able to maintain the transaction process, to maintain management efficiency identity, tracking system implementation, identifying product authenticity, and synchronization recording data to all parties, is expected to increase trust and the relationship between the customer and the seller.

Abstract

There are still many MSMEs in Tangerang Regency who do not have business legality which has an impact on aid, grants, taxes and various banking-related matters. The aim of the outreach is to provide understanding and socialization regarding business legality for MSME actors. There were 200 participants in the activity including MSMEs, lecturers and students. As a result of the socialization, it is hoped that MSME actors in Tangerang Regency will make business legality a general requirement and will be useful and profitable for business owners. The results of monitoring and evaluation using interviews with several participants stated that everyone was satisfied and happy with this education. The hope is that after this socialization and education activity, MSME players will be able to manage and have business legality

Abstract

Business actors who still carry out many conventional financial transactions that have the risk of being lost and inviting criminals. The purpose of this socialization is to provide understanding and education to MSME actors to use and manage finances digitally. The method used is through lectures and interactive discussions. The results of the socialization can provide awareness to business actors to use digital finance in all financial transactions. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out by asking several participants directly about the socialization activities from the beginning to the end of the event. Abstract

Many schools still use manual recording in borrowing and returning and there is no automation of library reports resulting in many lost books that cannot be traced. In addition, manual recording also risks not recording library materials because of the many borrowers who come. Library digitization training using the SliM application for 6 vocational schools where 4 vocational schools are in Tangerang district, 1 vocational school is in Karawang and 1 vocational school is in Malingping. The six vocational schools until the day of the training had not used the library application and were still using a conventional system by recording borrowing and returning books through a ledger although 3 schools had recorded books in Microsoft Excel but for borrowing and returning they still used manual. So it is necessary to conduct training in the use of the library application so that library materials owned by the school can be traced easily and databased and make it easier to print reports. The training was conducted at the Saba Karya Insan Pembangunan Auditorium with competent speakers, namely guided directly by librarians and Insan Pembangunan University itself has long implemented the SLiM application. Participants from 6 vocational schools were very enthusiastic in participating in this training and communication media was provided for participants if they still experienced problems using the application

Abstract

This study aims to examine strategies to improve Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) collection in the city of Batam in the era of digital technology development. Given Batam's rapid growth and the huge potential of an industrial workforce that largely uses digital technology, this study identifies opportunities and challenges in ZIS collection. Descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews and literature study. The research findings show that although Baznas Kota Batam has strengths in terms of management and excellent programs, there are still weaknesses in optimizing the potential of ZIS collection. Recommended strategies include strengthening digitalization efforts, improving zakat literacy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to expand the reach of ZIS collection. This research aims to contribute to the development of more effective zakat collection strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Usaha rumahan yang dijalankan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Banyu Asih banyak yang belum dikelola dengan baik sehingga usaha yang dijalankan sering sekali mengalami kerugian atau berakhir dengan kebangkutan. Pengelolaan usaha harus dilakukan dengan baik agar usaha dapat berlangsung terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Pengelolaan tidak hanya dari bahan mentah dan penjualan tetapi harus dilakukan dari mulai perencanaan, proses, keuangan sampai dengan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan ceramah secara langsung dengan para pelaku usaha dan masyarakat Banyu Asih yang dipandu dengan seorang pembawa acara sekaligus moderator. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 80 orang peserta baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Kegiatan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan pelaku usaha dan masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan usaha agar usaha dapat dilaksanakan secara kontinyu. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan setelah kegiatan berakhir dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada sebagian peserta dan semua menjawab bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bagus dan bermanfaat sekali untuk memajukan usaha. Beberapa saran dari peserta agar kegiatan kampus ke depannya membahas mengenai sosiaslisasi mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana untuk para pelaku UMKM sehingga uang pribadi dan uang usaha tidak tercampur yang sering menyebabkan usaha menjadi berhenti karena keuangan yang tidak jelas. Saran tersebut ditampung dan akan diakomodir di kegiatan PkM semester berikutnya.

Abstract

This study examines the comparative role of local governments in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 14 (SDG 14) concerning Marine Geoparks in the Riau Islands and West Papua. The primary focus is on analyzing regulatory hierarchy gaps to demonstrate the importance of local government involvement in achieving sustainable development goals and the need for regulatory improvements to support effective marine resource management. This research employs a normative analysis method and a statutory approach to compare regulations and local government roles in the Riau Islands and West Papua. The study utilizes secondary data obtained through library research and processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The data consists of secondary sources, including primary legal sources and relevant literature. The findings indicate that sustainable development implementation under SDG 14 in the Raja Ampat Marine Geopark is more effective and well-organized, supported by Raja Ampat Regional Regulation No. 27 of 2008 and No. 8 of 2016. In contrast, the Natuna Marine Geopark faces several challenges, such as the lack of specific Geopark regulations, limited accessibility, and minimal utilization of digital technology for promotion and monitoring. Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan peran pemerintah daerah dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan tujuan 14 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) atau yang disebut pembangunan berkelanjutan terkait Marine Geopark di Kepulauan Riau dan Papua Barat. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kekosongan hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dan perlunya perbaikan dalam hierarki peraturan untuk mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya laut secara efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu analisis normatif dan jenis pendekatan penelitian peraturan perundang-undangan (Statue Approach) untuk mengkaji pemahaman melalui perbandingan regulasi dan peran pemerintah daerah di Kepulauan Riau dan Papua Barat. Jenis data yang dikaji adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan teknik studi kepustakaan (library research) yang diolah menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data sekunder, mencakup sumber hukum primer, serta literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengelolaan pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan tujuan 14 SDGs yang diterapkan terhadap Marine Geopark Raja Ampat jauh lebih efektif dan teroganisir dengan didukung oleh Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Raja Ampat Nomor 27 Tahun 2008 dan Perda Nomor 8 Tahun 2016. Sebaliknya, Marine Geopark Natuna masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan regulasi yang spesifik untuk Geopark, aksesibilitas yang terbatas, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk promosi dan monitoring kawasan.

Abstract

Sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai regulasi Bank Indonesia perlu dilakukan untuk memberi pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terutama di wilayah Tangerang. Banyaknya masyarakat yang masih belum memahami reulasi Bank Indonesia terutama dalam pembayaran digital dan perlindungan konsumen. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah secara langsung dan dipandu oleh seorang moderator yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh salah satu dosen. Kegiatan diikuti 250 peserta dan bertempat di auditorium Saba Karya Insan Pembangunan. Kegiatan dibuka langsung oleh Rektor dan dihadiri oleh semua unsur structural. Sosialisasi dan edukasi ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk implementasi kerjasama antara Bank Indonesia Wilayah Banten dan kampus. Kegiatan berlangsugn dengan lancar dan peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan secara langsung setelah kegiatan ini selesai dilaksanakan dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaaan kepada peserta mengenai kegiatan ini. Harapan kedepannya kegiatan serupa terus dilakukan dengan tema-tema yang lain
