Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of Randegan Village into a Smart Village through the integration of digital technology and community empowerment. The main objective of this research is the implementation of e-government in Randegan Village through the design of an IT Master Plan to achieve a smart village. The research design involved a comprehensive analysis of the Smart Village model and literature review by citing insights from the Smart City concept and successful implementation case studies from past research. To help achieve a smart village in Randegan Village, the research team aims to carry out sensing, understanding, controlling, in Randegan Village so that an IT master plan can be created which then has the potential to become a Smart Village Development Master Plan in Randegan Village. The result is that there is a need for cooperation between educational institutions and the community to increase technological literacy. Technology education programs are suggested to overcome challenges of technology adoption. Community involvement is considered very important in developing technology applications, to encourage their acceptance and benefits. The allocation of resources for technology infrastructure is considered important, and it is also important to work with government to ensure financial support and technical assistance. The results of this study are expected to help Randegan Village in determining policies and programs for developing village information systems so that later they can improve the quality of service to villagers, increasing economic growth, and quality of life in randegan village.

Abstract

In the era of technological advances and financial deregulation policies, competition between banks is getting tougher. M-Banking is a provider of various facilities to make it easier for customers to carry out online transactions. Nonetheless, some concerns still exist regarding the security and feasibility of the features provided by each bank. In this study, Signaling Theory is used to explore the level of customer satisfaction in utilizing m-banking services. The purpose of this study is to compare the feasibility of features, ease of access, and security of Mobile Banking transactions at three leading banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BCA and BRI, from the point of view of customer preference. This research will use quantitative methods by collecting data through a survey using a questionnaire. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a picture of preferences for customers in each bank, so that it can be taken into consideration in improving work systems and services to customers compared to other banks. The variables to be examined are the characteristics of each bank such as service, feasibility of features, interface design, and convenience for customers to access M-Banking.

Abstract

In this journal article, the authors evaluate the effectiveness of the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAMIK) at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. The main objective of this study is to assess how SIAMIK contributes to enhancing academic processes and improving overall institutional performance. The research approach employed is quantitative, employing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The respondents for this study were selected through stratified random sampling, utilizing the Slovin formula. The target population consisted of students using SIAMIK at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur, with a total sample size of 117 students. The study employed SEM analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4 tools for data management. Out of the seven hypotheses tested, five hypotheses met the quality criteria. The findings of this research are expected to offer valuable insights and recommendations for the development of academic information systems not only at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur but also in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are performance measurement tools that evaluate how well an organization achieves its stated goals. In hospitals, KPIs can be used to improve the quality of health services. This literature review aims to determine the role of KPIs in improving the quality of hospital services by identifying factors that influence the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of KPIs. The method used is to collect and analyze scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic. The literature review results show that KPIs can benefit hospitals in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. This literature review is expected to provide insights and references for hospitals that want to develop and implement KPIs as a performance measurement tool and improve service quality.

Abstract

A Balanced Scorecard (BSC) can be used to measure how the learning process of students or the improvement of employee abilities or competencies. To know where the location needs to be improved. In addition, it is easier to set the goals of education itself. Some educational institutions, such as formal and non-formal schools and universities, have implemented the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). System Literature Review (SLR) is an independent academic method. It aims to identify and evaluate all relevant literature to reach conclusions about the questions the author asks or wants to know. The results explain that the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) measurement is very beneficial in evaluating education in financial, internal business, customer, and learning aspects.

Abstract

To effectively implement information technology governance in educational institutions and achieve desired outcomes, the COBIT 5 framework presents itself as a valuable tool. COBIT 5 offers comprehensive services for managing resources and overseeing information technology governance processes. In this study, the author employs the Systematic Literature Review method to gather a diverse array of data pertaining to the COBIT 5 framework's application within educational contexts. The research findings delve into several key areas, including the utilization of COBIT 5 to enhance and bolster human resources within the education sector, its efficacy in educational settings, and its impact on educational quality standards. This study contributes novel insights by examining the multifaceted role of the COBIT 5 framework specifically within the realm of educational institutions. By exploring its application in enhancing human resources, effectiveness, and educational quality, this research offers valuable perspectives for educators and IT governance professionals seeking to leverage COBIT 5 for optimized educational outcomes.

Abstract

This research evaluates the user experience of KLAMPID New Generation, which is a digital service managed by DISPENDUKCAPIL Surabaya City. Evaluation is carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire method to measure the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty of the application. The analysis result show that this application has a good value and shows positive evaluation on all scales, on the perspicuity scale it has a mean value of 1.69 and benchmark is “above average”, the efficiency scale has a mean value of 1.68 and the benchmark is “good”, the attractiveness scale has a mean values of 1.63 and the benchmark is “good”, the dependability scale has a mean value of 1.50 and the benchmark is “good”, the stimulation scale has a mean value of 1.48 and the benchmark is “good”, and the novelty scale has a mean value of 1.24 and the benchmark is good. This evaluation show that KLAMPID New Generation has been successful in meeting needs and providing a positive user experience. The implication of this research is to sustain strengths and enhance features, ensuring the service remains innovative, user-friendly, and supportive of improved public service delivery.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0, teknologi informasi telah mendorong rumah sakit untuk beralih dari sistem konvensional ke digital guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna akan akses informasi yang mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesuksesan penerapan sistem informasi website Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya dengan mengadopsi model ISSM Delone & McLean. Menggunakan data dari 155 pengguna dan analisis SmartPLS 4, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan website. Kualitas informasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sebaliknya, kualitas layanan berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan, dan kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Model ISSM menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna berkontribusi positif terhadap manfaat bersih, dengan penggunaan sebagai faktor paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Booking Bromo website using the Modified WebQual 4.0 method. The website is used by tourists to book entrance tickets to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS); however, there have been complaints about service quality, such as frequent server inaccessibility, a monotonous website design, and a lack of community interaction features. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 338 respondents who were users of the Booking Bromo website. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring variables such as Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, and User Satisfaction. The results show that Usability Quality and Information Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, while Service Interaction Quality requires improvement, particularly in transaction security and user communication features. This study provides recommendations to enhance website service quality and features to improve user satisfaction, such as improving server stability, providing clearer information, and adding more interactive community communication features.

Abstract

Vsualproject is a business unit of Visi Prima Group which is located in Gresik, a business engaged in software development. In working on the project, the Vsualproject is required to complete the task on time as well as under the customers' requirement. Current management processes were still done manually which consist of recording in the Whatsapp application chat group. In a software development project, it is also necessary to develop the desired interests to find out whether it is under the organization' demands and needs. Keeping notes in the WhatsApp chat group makes notes frequently disappeared and the search process was more complicated about who requests the development process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can help Vsualproject to manage projects and provide services to their customers with the project monitoring feature. The system was developed using the Scrum pattern Agile development method which was carried out during the four-cycle sprints. The results of the development of the system were tested by the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system meets the user's requirements. The result of this study produced a project management system that can be used by internal users of Vsualproject management projects includes managing the stages, payment, and project’s works. The system can also be used by customers to monitor projects through a web profile without asking for special access rights.
