Abstract

Technological advances drive development and change in various sectors of life, including the government sector. In this case, the government sector began intensively developing ICT to replace traditional public service delivery systems with digital public service delivery systems or government electronic systems (e-government). The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Gianyar Regency has implemented an e-government service system to improve service quality so people get better service satisfaction. One of the solutions carried out by the Gianyar Regency Government providing satisfaction with non-business and non-licensing services is by utilizing the SICANTIK application which has guaranteed security because it is managed directly by the Ministry of Communication Information and integrated Online Single Submission. SICANTIK application can access nine types of permits including, a midwife practice license, nurse practice license, medical laboratory technology practice license, dental nurse license, physiotherapy license, nutrition staff license, anesthesiologist license, pharmacist license, and pharmaceutical technical personnel license. In measuring the effectiveness of performance an application in this study uses the effectiveness of application consisting of interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. The effectiveness measures have been carried out by the Gianyar Regency Government have been quite effective because they’ve carried out by applicable Standard Operating Procedures to increase community service satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of closed-system farming presents promising solution enhance agricultural productivity, animal welfare, and food security in rural areas. This study aims to analyze the challenges, potentials, and strategies for developing closed-system farming in the Sangeh Region, Badung Regency, Bali. The research method involved conducting in-depth interviews with farm owners, managers, and farmers in one of the closed-system farms in the region. The interview results indicate that closed-system farming faces challenges such as resource availability, limited infrastructure, and inadequate understanding of technology. However, closed-system farming also holds significant potential for improving resource efficiency, product quality, and agricultural sustainability. Based on these findings, it is recommended that local government, agricultural industries, research institutions, and local communities collaborate to provide the necessary financial, technical, and educational support to develop closed-system farming in the region. Thus, the implementation of closed-system farming in Badung Regency enhance farmer welfare, food security, and environmental protection.

Abstract

The business sector has been significantly impacted by the swift progress of information and communication technology, which has dramatically altered many facets of human existence. Instagram and other social media platforms have grown to be indispensable resources for businesses looking for creative ways to interact with their clientele. This service was designed to help PT BPR Mas Giri Wangi market their banking services on Instagram by enhancing their visual and interactive content. The main objectives of the campaign were to improve customer relationships, boost interactivity and reach, and produce engaging content. Descriptive qualitative research was used in this project, which was perfect for examining the subtleties of user involvement and content development. The first step of the procedure involved gathering a lot of data via interviews and observation, then evaluating Instagram activity, likes, comments, and content kinds. Deeper insights into current plans and difficulties were obtained through interviews with the marketing staff. After gathering data, the group created a thorough content strategy that included choosing a theme, planning posts in advance, and making use of Instagram's interactive features, such as reels and stories. Creating visually beautiful and captivating content for the bank's target demographic was part of the content production process. In the last stage, Instagram Insights was used to track and assess the results, revealing a notable rise in interaction and content reach. These improvements demonstrated the value of a smart social media approach in today's business environment by helping PT BPR Mas Giri Wangi draw in new potential clients and fortify current ones.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Warung Pondok Bawang Attack. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis partial least squares structural equality modeling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM merupakan model persamaan struktural untuk mengembangkan atau memprediksi suatu teori yang sudah ada. Model persamaan yang dianalisis adalah outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan software PLS-SEM versi 3.0 diperoleh hasil bahwa promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Warung Pondok Bawang Attack. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dan baik penerapan strategi pemasaran berupa promosi dan pemberian harga produk yang kompetitif maka hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. dan semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan maka akan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to increase student's knowledge about environmentally friendly practices and sustainability in the SDN 6 Padangsambian Klod schoolyard. Therefore, major issues were the limited awareness and understanding of environmentally friendly product use and sustainable practices. In handling this, the program employed a participatory and educative approach, hence the combination of workshops with discussions and practical activities such as waste sorting and handicrafts made from recycled materials. It was designed to develop theoretically founded knowledge of ecologically competent practices and their practical implementation in the student's everyday life. Preliminary results reveal that there has been a greater awareness among the students, with 85% showing better understanding and 90% actively engaged in waste sorting and recycling. Another interesting aspect was the commitment expected from the children towards environmental protection, with written pledges made on the "My Promise for the Environment" tree. These initial findings suggest that the intervention program successfully raised environmental awareness while positively impacting students' behavior about sustainability.

Abstract

Introduction: TOGA medicinal plants have been utilized for a long time as a traditional remedy for health in traditional communities. Their utilization has declined due to ignorance and expertise in cultivation. In South Denpasar, the majority of residents are unaware of the benefits and proper method of cultivation of TOGA. This community program seeks to introduce and promote the cultivation of TOGA as part of life. Objective: The objective of this program is to enhance community education and competency in cultivating and harvesting TOGA and, thereby, encourage greater participation in preserving traditional medicinal plants. Method: This activity was done by practice and socialization. The activities included an educational class on TOGA benefits and agricultural practice, followed by planting demonstration by facilitators and mass planting by participants. The activity lasted one day with involvement of local people, farmer associations, and academic facilitators. Result: The results showed an improvement in knowledge and ability among participants to cultivate and use TOGA. Initially, families were not familiar with TOGA and did not possess medicinal plants within their homes. After the program, the majority of participants initiated cultivating TOGA in their households and were also more responsive to its health benefits. The project also contributed towards environmental sustainability due to the initiation of green patches. Conclusion This community outreach program was able to enhance public knowledge and expertise in TOGA cultivation and use as a natural health option

Abstract

Introduction: Inadequate water consumption and sewage disposal are prevalent in the urban environment, leading to flooding and pollution. Biopore infiltration pits are an excellent solution, but low public awareness and acceptance. Objective: The project aims at educating the population of South Denpasar on the benefits of biopore technology, providing practical training for its installation, and encouraging self-installation towards environmental sustainability. Method: The program was carried out on a single day, consisting of four phases: (1) education and socialization, (2) in-site training for biopore installation, (3) independent biopore installation by participants, and (4) monitoring and evaluation. Both theoretical descriptions and practical demonstrations were used to make participation easier for the community. Outcome: The program was successful in raising awareness and knowledge at the community level. Initially, the participants were not familiar with biopore technology. Towards the end of the exercise, they showed increased awareness and a desire to install biopores. Reduction in surface water collection and improvement in organic waste disposal was observed. Conclusion: The program succeeded in spreading environmental awareness and biopore adoption. Education and involvement are needed for sustainability over time.

Abstract

This Community Service Program seeks to improve students' caring attitudes towards the environment at SDN 6 Padang Sambian Klod through the application of the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) concept. The main problem in focus is the student’s low level of knowledge and participation in appropriate waste disposal activities which results in pollution of the environment. This problem is solved through direct observation, counseling, discussions, and practical work including waste sorting and recycling workshops. The students’ improved awareness and behavior is profound. More than eighty percent of students have shown improvement in waste management understanding, practiced waste segregation, and recycling. Teachers and parents also noted that students were actively participating in cleanliness activities at school and at home. Even so, there are still problems such as a greater proportion of these facilities need to be provided and sustained waste management practices need to be more deeply entrenched. The conclusions drawn are that further education and better facilities would help children develop better environmental attitudes.

Abstract

Kemiskinan masih menjadi masalah utama bagi ekonomi negara berkembang, terutama di daerah dimana usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian. Saat ini, kemajuan teknologi, khususnya digitalisasi bisnis, meningkatkan produktivitas dan memperluas akses pasar, memberikan alternatif yang bermanfaat dalam mengurangi kemiskinan. Namun, banyak UKM gagal mengadopsi teknologi ini karena keterbatasan dalam manajemen, infrastruktur, dan tenaga kerja terampil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana inovasi teknologi di UKM berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan dengan mempertimbangkan peran kapasitas manajerial sebagai faktor moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap UKM di beberapa sektor industri, serta analisis regresi untuk menguji hubungan antara adopsi teknologi, kapasitas manajerial, dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi memiliki dampak positif terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan melalui peningkatan pendapatan dan akses pasar. Namun, dampak ini lebih signifikan ketika UKM memiliki kapasitas manajerial yang kuat. Selain itu, peningkatan keterampilan manajerial terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam memaksimalkan manfaat inovasi teknologi. Penelitian lebih lanjut sebaiknya difokuskan pada eksplorasi dampak kapasitas manajerial terhadap adopsi teknologi di berbagai sektor dan lokasi geografis serta strategi pengembangan keterampilan manajerial untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The We Love Bali program is a program created by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy with the aim of inviting travel business actors in the Province of Bali to grow and develop in the midst of adapting to new habits while still paying attention to health protocols. This activity is supported by programs that can make tourists interested in the state of tourist destinations in Bali. It is hoped that this program will be something that can make tourism and the Bali economy recover which in the future can make people return to normal activities in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. What we use to measure the level of implementation of this program is by means of literature studies which we strengthen with qualitative methods ( interview). By referring to the qualitative descriptive results which emphasize interviews with tourism actors and are supported by data from tourists visiting Bali. These results indicate that the We Love Bali program is able to restore the economic situation of the Balinese people to a better state. And also the We Love Bali program is one of the programs implemented to help tourism and creative economy businesses including hotels, travel businesses, transport businesses, tour guides, restaurants, tourist destinations, MSMEs, and others
