Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has not been followed by equal digital literacy among elementary school students, especially in areas with limited access. This community service activity focused on increasing students' literacy skills through digital literacy understanding at SD Satu Atap Kelurahan Layana Indah, Mantikulore Sub-District. The objective was to enhance students' ability to access, analyze, and utilize digital information responsibly. The strategy used was participatory learning through socialization, workshops, and direct practice involving both students and teachers. This activity was carried out through classroom action and mentoring. The results show that students gained a better understanding of how to use digital platforms for learning purposes, and teachers improved their ability to integrate technology into their teaching. This program successfully increased students’ enthusiasm and skills in digital learning environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh latihan rubber dan dumbbell terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Metode eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian dengan pola “two groups pretest posttest design”. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 pemain teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Tes yang dilakukan adalah pretest dan posttest push up. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh latihan rubber terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan t-hitung 18,735 > t-tabel 1,943 (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan dumbbell terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan t-hitung 9,168 > t-tabel 1,943 (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan rubber dan dumbbell. Hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh t-hitung 0,075 > t-tabel 1,782 dengan nilai sig 0,941> 0,05 pada uji independent sample test. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan push up dan tricep dips terdapat peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan namun tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan antara kedua latihan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basic motor skills of fifth-grade students in five elementary schools in the Nusa Indah Cluster, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of basic motor skills tests covering various indicators, such as sprinting, shuttle runs, ball throwing and catching, and stand positional strokes. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students are in the “Moderate” category (41.94%), while a small number of students are in the “Very Good” (5.65%) and “Very Poor” (6.45%) categories. The variation in results between schools is due to several factors, such as the quality of school facilities, field conditions, and student motivation levels. Schools with better facilities, such as SD N Mranggen 2 and SD N Mranggen 4, showed higher student performance. However, SD N Mranggen 1 and SD N Mranggen 3 faced challenges in the form of a lack of student enthusiasm and inadequate fields. Based on these results, the study recommends improving sports facilities, student motivation programs, and the involvement of female students in physical activities. With the right interventions, it is hoped that the basic motor skills of students in these schools will improve and develop optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the physical condition profile of male volleyball athletes participating in the Magelang Regency Pre-PORPROV. The physical condition components analyzed include arm muscle strength, back muscle strength, leg muscle power, and cardiorespiratory endurance. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research subjects consisted of 14 male volleyball athletes from the Magelang Regency Pre-PORPROV team. The measurement instruments used were push-ups, back-ups, vertical jumps, and beep tests. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive approach with normative categorization. The results showed that the overall physical condition profile of the male volleyball athletes of the Magelang Regency Pre-PORPROV team was in the moderate category (42.86%). Component analysis showed that arm muscle strength was in the good category (50%), back muscle strength was in the moderate category (42.86%), leg muscle power was in the moderate category (57.14%), and cardiorespiratory endurance was in the moderate category (35.71%). This study recommends a more structured training program with an emphasis on improving cardiorespiratory endurance and leg muscle power to maximize the athletes' performance in facing the PORPROV competition.

Abstract

Physical education in elementary schools plays an important role in developing students' cognitive aspects. Volleyball learning with the simulation method is expected to improve students' cognitive abilities through the development of basic movements. This study aims to determine the effect of volleyball learning with the simulation method on improving the cognitive skills of elementary school students in the aspects of locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative movements. The research used an experimental method with a pre-test post-test control group design. The subjects of the study were 32 students (14 boys and 18 girls) from grade 5 of SDN 1 Saban, Gubug District. The instrument used was a validated cognitive test of basic movements. The data were analyzed using paired t-test and independent t-test. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in the cognitive abilities of students in the experimental group, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The highest improvement occurred in the manipulative movement aspect (32.5%), followed by locomotor movement (28.7%), and non-locomotor movement (25.3%). Volleyball learning using the simulation method is effective in improving the cognitive abilities of elementary school students in all aspects of basic movement studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of squat jump and knee tuck jump exercises on leg muscle explosive power in male volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 3 Pati. The research employed a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test experimental design. The sample consisted of 14 male students selected using total sampling technique. The subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group I received squat jump training, while the experimental group II received knee tuck jump training. Each group underwent 14 training sessions. The instrument used to measure leg muscle explosive power was the vertical jump test. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were conducted, followed by hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the average pre-test and post-test scores in experimental group I were 236.57 and 286.00, respectively, while in experimental group II they were 244.71 and 289.14, respectively. The t-test results indicated that the calculated t-value of 0.733 was lower than the t-table value of 2.179 with a significance value (p) of 0.478 (p > 0.05), thus the null hypothesis (H₀) was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the improvement of vertical jump performance between students who underwent squat jump training and those who underwent knee tuck jump training.

Abstract

Pusat masalah pada Klub Futsal Divisi I & II AFK di Kota Semarang yaitu kiper yang melakukan aktivitas olahraga secara tidak optimal seperti lemparan yang tidak tepat, keterampilan tersebut merupakan aktivitas yang sering digunakan seorang kiper sebagai distribusi bola dalam strategi menyerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Tetapi hanya menggambarkan kondisi dari variabel tertentu. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode survei dan teknik tes serta pengukuran.  Penilaian diambil dengan nilai tertinggi setelah melakukan tes pengukuran. Dengan jumlah sampel 35 orang kiper di Kota Semarang. Dengan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase, tes ketepatan diperoleh hasil sebanyak 24 orang dari 35 orang (59%) masuk dalam kategori sedang dan kurang. Kemampuan fisik kekuatan jari diperoleh hasil sebanyak 35 orang (100%) masuk dalam kategori sedang, kurang, dan kurang sekali. Kemudian kekuatan lengan, diperoleh tes push sebanyak 35 orang (100%) masuk ke dalam kategori sedang, kurang, dan kurang sekali. Tes pull sebanyak 35 orang (100%) masuk ke dalam kategori sedang, kurang, dan kurang sekali. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek kekuatan jari dan lengan masih banyak di kategori kurang dan kurang sekali, maka peneliti mengajukan saran sebagai berikut: atlet dan pelatih harus memiliki program latihan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan jari dan kekuatan lengan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peraturan permainan bola voli pada atlet voli amatir putra di Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet-atlet bola voli yang masih aktif bermain tarkam (pertandingan antar kampung). Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini telah dihitung dan dianalisis menggunakan program aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini mrnunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peraturan permainan bola voli pada atlet voli amatir putra di Kabupaten Purworejo termasuk dalam kategori ”Sedang” dengan frekuensi 49 orang (43,8%), ”Sangat Tinggi” dengan frekuensi 5 orang (4,5%), ”Tinggi” dengan frekuensi 32 orang (28,6%), ”Rendah” dengan frekuensi 15 orang (13,4%), dan ”Sangat Rendah” dengan frekunsi 11 orang (9,8%). Simpulan tingkat pemahaman peraturan permainan bola voli pada atlet voli amatir putra di Kabupaten Purworejo termasuk dalam kategori ”Sedang” dengan frekuensi 49 orang (43,8%). Jadi tingkat pemahaman peraturan permainan bola voli pada atlet voli amatir putra di Kabupaten Purworejo bisa dikatakan cukup baik. Sehingga saran kepada setiap atlet, tim, pelatih untuk bisa meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai peraturan permainan bola voli agar dapat tercapainya pertandingan yang sportif.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi peserta didik potensi fisik, potensi kreatif, rasa, dan karsa. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, pendidikan jasmani adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas jasmani secara metodis untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan jasmani, mengembangkan kecerdasan. dan karakter salah satunya dalam materi bola voli. dalam pembelajaran bola voli kebanyak siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran bola voli. Oleh karena itu, Melalui Pendidikan jasmani diperlukan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan, salah satunya dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rencana dan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa  kelas V SDN Sarirejo 2 berjumlah 19 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 19 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa pre test dan post test. Analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji prasyarat (uji validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda, dan kesukaran), dan uji syarat (uji normalitas dan uji t) menggunakan bantuan Exel dan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian memperoleh data awal dengan rata-rata 24,26 dan data akhir memperoleh rata-rata 29,47. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 23 menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan dari uji t menghasilkan perhitungan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli siswa. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2 Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Melalui hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi dalam proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce kasdrum games for elementary schools and test theeffectiveness of this model. This research method is development research. Data collectionwas carried out by interviews, document analysis and questionnaires obtained from expertevaluations and the results of filling out questionnaires by 19 class V students. The dataanalysis techniques used were qualitative data analysis techniques of interview transcriptsand document analysis results, quantitative data analysis techniques, participant needsanalysis questionnaires. education, and quantitative data analysis techniques, product designvalidation questionnaires and product validation. From the test results of material expertsand supporting teachers, analysis results were obtained at 3.4 with very good criteria, resultsfrom material experts, design experts and supporting teachers obtained product analysisresults at 3.5 with very good criteria. Meanwhile, from the student response test from 19students, data of 93.53% was obtained with very interesting criteria. Based on these results,it can be concluded that the "kasdrum" game development model can be used in PhysicalEducation learning for fifth grade students at SDN Sengi 01. Suggestions for PhysicalEducation teachers are that the poison ball development game can be used as an alternativeeducational learning model that is effective and fun and can be used in elementary schools
