Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian explanation. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada petani bawang merah di Desa Putren Kecamatan Sukomoro dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi bawang merah di Desa Putren Kecamatan Sukomoro Kabupaten Nganjuk yang dilakukan pada petani bawang merah. Berdasarkan penjelasan pengujian statistik, dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0.929 yang berarti 92,9%  produksi bawang merah dapat dijelaskan oleh seluruh faktor dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji Fhitung, dapat diketahui bahwa variabel bebas (luas lahan, bibit, tenaga kerja, pupuk, pestisida cair, dan pestisida padat) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara serempak atau bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat (produksi bawang merah) di desa Putren. Dari hasil uji t,hanya ada 1 faktor yang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap produksi bawang merah pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Faktor tersebut adalah luas lahan .Sedangkan faktor lainnya yaitu bibit, tenaga kerja, pupuk, pestisida cair serta pestisida padat kurang berpengaruh nyata.

Abstract

Kampanye "Wonderful Indonesia" meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan fokus pada kekayaan alam dan budaya. Untuk destinasi wisata Kediri, diperlukan pendekatan holistik dalam pengelolaan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pelestarian lingkungan serta budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik destinasi terhadap fasilitas penginapan dan keberlanjutan wisata menggunakan metode mediasi Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan mediasi dan alat Smart PLS untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara Daya Tarik Destinasi (X), Fasilitas Penginapan (Z), dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Fokusnya adalah pada dampak langsung dan mediasi dari variabel-variabel ini, dengan analisis menggunakan uji konvergensi, uji signifikansi jalur, dan validitas serta reliabilitas konstruk untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme pengaruh. Sampel terdiri dari 115 responden yang mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kediri. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Daya Tarik Destinasi (X) berhubungan signifikan dengan Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y), sementara Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Jalur mediasi juga tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya fokus pada pengembangan daya tarik destinasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan wisata, dengan rekomendasi untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan dan pendekatan yang lebih mendalam dalam penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

Pentingnya edukasi literasi keuangan di sekolah dapat menjadi kunci utama dalam membantu remaja membuat keputusan finansial yang bijak. Kondisi saat ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak remaja yang menggunakan pinjaman online tanpa memahami sepenuhnya konsekuensi jangka panjangnya, termasuk bunga dan kemungkinan terjerat dalam utang yang tidak terkelola. Akses terhadap layanan keuangan digital, termasuk pinjaman online, semakin mudah diakses oleh berbagai kalangan, termasuk siswa sekolah menengah. Kemudahan akses ini membawa dampak signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, terutama di kalangan remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memiliki literasi keuangan yang memadai. Riset ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan regulator untuk mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam menyediakan pendidikan literasi keuangan kepada siswa, sehingga mereka dapat membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The development of the global banking sector, particularly in the face of digitalization challenges, provides an overview of significant changes in bank operations. Based on data on the number of bank branches from 2020 to 2022, there has been a decline in the number of branches in several banks, such as Conventional Commercial Banks - State-Owned Banks. This decline reflects a shift in focus toward digitalization, requiring banks to pay attention to technology in order to enhance operational efficiency. This study aims to examine the impact of fintech innovation on customer decisions, both directly and through customer experience as a mediator. Focusing on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Malang Kepanjen, this research investigates how fintech innovations, such as mobile banking applications, influence customers' decisions in choosing digital banking services. In addition, this study explores the impact of customer experience on their decisions and how a positive experience can enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty to digital services. The findings suggest that fintech innovations implemented by BSI can improve customer experience, which in turn affects customers' decisions to continue using these services. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of more effective digital banking strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen BSI's position in the digital banking industry in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance in Correctional Institutions (Prisons), as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results show that leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance (O = 0.193, T = 1.506, P = 0.133) but has a positive effect on organizational commitment (O = 0.633, T = 9.985, P = 0.000). Organizational commitment does not significantly influence employee performance (O = 0.022, T = 0.162, P = 0.872), while the work environment significantly influences employee performance (O = -0.349, T = 4.107, P = 0.000) but not organizational commitment (O = 0.063, T = 0.718, P = 0.473). Additionally, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between leadership and work environment on employee performance (O = 0.014, T = 0.158, P = 0.874; O = 0.001, T = 0.088, P = 0.930). The implications of these findings indicate that improving employee performance in prisons is not sufficient solely by enhancing leadership aspects or organizational commitment; instead, there is a need for a more conducive work environment and more effective managerial strategies. Recommendations for prison management include improving leadership competencies, enhancing workplace facilities, and implementing employee welfare programs. This study is expected to serve as a reference for academics and practitioners in the development of human resource management within correctional institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction in Ndalem Gawanda Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test the hypothesis after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results showed that Service Quality, Price and Location have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The better the quality of service provided, the more competitive the price offered, and the more strategic the location of Ndalem Gawanda, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the development of digital banking technology on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo Regency. Digital services such as mobile banking, QRIS, and online loans are considered capable of supporting MSMEs in running business operations more efficiently. This study applies a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME players who have utilized digital banking services and were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results indicate that digital banking technology has a positive but insignificant effect on MSME development, with a significance value of 0.387 (> 0.05) and an R² of 0.008. This implies that the adoption of banking technology has not yet had a substantial impact on the growth of MSMEs in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Fish contains high nutrients that can be consumed by most humans. Fish also has nutritional content in animal and vegetable proteins that are low in cholesterol so it is safe for consumption. The availability of abundant fish but not balanced with good management makes public consumption interest in fish less able to maximize the availability of abundant raw materials, there is no diversification of processed products, packaging used by partners to wrap products is less attractive, and less able to maximize the development of technology and information is the main focus of problems in this service. The method in this service is Focus Group Discussion with several stages. As a result of this dedication, partners can diversify products and do online marketing.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, yet many face challenges such as limited capital, inadequate financial literacy, and restricted access to financial services, which hinder their growth and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on MSME performance in Kediri City, focusing on entrepreneurs who received government capital assistance in 2024. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 MSME owners through purposive sampling, with questionnaires as the primary instrument. Statistical analyses, including multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and classical assumption tests, were conducted using SPSS 24. The results reveal that both financial literacy and financial inclusion have positive and significant effects on MSME performance, with the two variables jointly explaining 71% of performance variation. These findings indicate that improving financial knowledge and expanding access to financial services can substantially enhance MSME productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability. The study highlights the importance of targeted financial education and inclusive financial policies to strengthen the resilience and long-term growth of MSMEs in regional economies
