This study aims to analyze sharia fintech on the implementation of investing in technology-based lending and borrowing services. How is the sharia fintech mechanism for the acceptance of potential investors as lenders in the company by applying the principle of recognizing customers as regulated by the Financial Services Authority Regulation, the principle of recognizing customers that is applied in sharia fintech is the same as other financial service providers who do not run their services with the help of digital technology. The process, which is easy, fast and only through communication means, requires sharia fintech to apply the principle of prudence in accepting customers, including identifying potential investors who will buy investment products. This aims to prevent all kinds of financial crimes that could be committed by investors. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa fintech syariah terhadap pelaksanaan berinvestor dalam layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi. Bagaimana mekanisme fintech syariah terhadap penerimaan calon investor sebagai pendana dalam perusahaannya dengan menerapkan prinsip mengenali nasabah yang diatur Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, prinsip mengenali nasabah yang diterapkan dalam fintech syariah sama terhadap penyedia jasa keuangan lainnya yang tidak menjalankan pealayanannya dengan bantuan teknologi digital. Prosesnya yang mudah, cepat dan hanya melalui alat komunikasi, mewajibkan fintech syariah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam menerima nasabah termasuk juga mengenali calon investor yang akan membeli produk investasi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindarkan segala macam kejahatan keuangan yang bisa saja dilakukan oleh investor.

Purpose of the study :Describe the comparison of Online Prostitution Law in Indonesia and Egypt Methodology :Research methodology is qualilative approach with normative legal research. Therefore, in this study, it is preferable to secondary data collected by literature studies. Data that has been processed for further qualitative analysis Results:The results of this study found that the comparison of the two countries has similarities, namely the lack of legislation on online prostitution and the existence of a police specialty that investigates cases of prostitution in Egypt namely "Good Moral Police" while in Indonesia there is such police available. Novelty/ Originality of this study:The novelty value of this study is the comparison of the law with the specificity of the police who are in the case of prostitution in Egypt.

Abstract This research aims to describe the efforts made by the Strategic Development Security (PPS) in the prevention of corruption which is based on a qualitative doctrinal approach. Therefore in this study prioritizes secondary data collected by literature study. The data that has been processed is then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it was found that the efforts made by the Strategic Development Security Program (PPS) could be done by providing legal information; hold a discussion or discussion together; provide legal information and legal counseling and the Attorney General's Office can also involve other agencies or parties that have the capacity, competence and relevance to legal information materials. Abstract Research with the formulation of the problem of how the optimization of the integrated assessment team in the aspect of prosecution tindak pidana narcotics which aims to describe the optimization of the integrated assessment team in the aspect of prosecution of narcotics crimes based on qualitative doctrinal approach methods. Therefore, in this study, it is preferable to secondary data collected by literature studies. The data that has been processed for further analysis is qualitatively analyzed. Based on result of research found that narcotics abusers who undergo legal proceedings at the stage of investigation or prosecution can undergo medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation after going through the assessment process. The assessment process is carried out by an Integrated Assessment Team consisting of a Legal Team and a Team of Doctors. Through the Integrated Assessment Team will be determined whether a suspect or accused drug abuser as a dealer or narcotics addict and through the Medical Team will be tested for the content and severity of narcotics users. If based on the examination of the Integrated Assessment Team is decided to undergo medical rehabilitation, then the suspect or accused drug abuser will be handed over to the rehabilitation institution. Coordination between investigators or public prosecutors and medical rehabilitation institutions can be seen from the beginning of submission, implementation, to the handover to the investigator or public prosecutor. Especially for rehabilitation carried out by outpatient, the authority to present suspects or defendants who are rehabilitated is in the institution that submits (investigators or prosecutors). Abstract The Information and Electronic Transactions Act (ITE Law) has been enacted since 2008 and has been implemented since 2010, but there are still many people who do not fully understand, that communicating using social media can also be entangled in the law. This devotion aims to provide assistance to raise awareness of PKK Mother Wangen Village, Polanharjo Subdistrict, Klaten Regency by memanfaatkan social media as a means of promotionand supporting various other activities effectively based on the ITE Law that applies by basing on qualitative non-doctrinal approach methods. Therefore, in this study, it is preferable to primary data collected by direct observation and supported by secondary data collected with literature studies. The data that has been processed for further analysis is qualitatively analyzed. Based on hasil research found that kegiatan the diharapkan tidakberakhir padakegiatan pengabdian,tetapi can beformed kerjasama and means of promotion dalampenyebaran informasi tentangpemahaman use of social media based onLaw ITE especially in Wangen Village, Polanharjo Subdistrict, Klaten Regency. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan guna meningkatkan kesadaran Ibu PKK Desa Wangen, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Kabupaten Klaten dengan cara memanfaatkan social media sebagai sarana promosi dan penunjang berbagai aktivitas lainnya secara efektif berdasarkan UU ITE yang berlaku dengan mendasarkan pada metode pendekatan non-doktrinal kualitatif. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini lebih mengutamakan pada data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi secara langsung serta didukung data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan studi kepustakaan. Data yang sudah diolah untuk selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kegiatan tersebut diharapkan tidak berakhir pada kegiatan pengabdian, tetapi bisa dibentuk kerjasama dan sarana promosi dalam penyebaran informasi tentang pemahaman penggunaan sosial media berdasarkan UU ITE khususnya di Desa Wangen, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Kabupaten Klaten. The technological revolution is now entering the fourth wave called the industrial revolution 4.0. Industry 4.0 is a technological revolution that gave birth to digital technology. The business world is undergoing a major transformation where most of the production processes shift from conventional technology to digital technology. Industry 4.0 transformation also provides benefits for industrial companies by increasing efficiency, improving machine and equipment performance, increasing the speed of production operations and product quality. The acceleration of digital transformation is a must to improve the manufacturing industry sector. Efforts to accelerate the transformation of industry 4.0 are to increase awareness and assist the industry in transforming. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how to develop Human Resources for innovation, in order to achieve organizational performance to meet the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the legal field? Fintech companies that have recently grown rapidly in Indonesia, besides bringing various conveniences for their users, also have risks that need to be understood. One of the risks that can occur is default. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how to resolve this risk. The formulation of this research problem discusses how the risks that occur in Islamic fintech and how to solve the risk of default by borrowers in Islamic fintech. This study aims to describe the settlement of the risk of default by borrowers in Islamic fintech based on a qualitative non-doctrinal approach. Therefore, this study focuses on primary data collected by interview and observation which is supported by secondary data collected by literature study. The results of the study indicate that there is a risk of default, the settlement mechanism has been determined by OJK.Keywords: Fintech; Risk; Failed to Pay.AbstrakPerusahaan fintech yang belakangan berkembang pesat di Indonesia disamping membawa berbagai kemudahan bagi penggunanya juga memiliki risiko- risiko yang perlu dipahami. Salah satu risiko yang dapat terjadi adalah wanprestasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dipahami pula bagaimana penyelesaian jika terjadi risiko tersebut. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana risiko yang terjadi pada fintech syariah dan bagaimana penyelesaian terhadap risiko gagal bayar oleh peminjam pada fintech syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penyelesaian terhadap risiko gagal bayar oleh peminjam pada fintech syariah dengan mendasarkan pada metode pendekatan non doktrinal kualitatif. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini lebih mengutamakan pada data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan observasi yang didukung dengan data skunder yang dikumpulkan dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat risiko wanprestasi yang mekanisme penyelesaiannya telah di tetapkan oleh OJK.Kata kunci: Fintech; Risiko; Gagal Bayar

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengeksplanasi keefektifan program yang telah dilakukan TP4D Kejaksaan Negeri Surakarta ini mendasarkan pada metode pendekatan non-doktrinal kualitatif. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini lebih mengutamakan pada data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan observasi serta didukung data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan studi kepustakaan. Data yang sudah diolah untuk selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa TP4D secara efektif telah mencapai tujuan terbentuknya TP4D melalui PERJA RI Nomor PER-014/A/JA/11/2016 dalam pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. Efektivitas pelaksanaan TP4D tersebut, didukung oleh faktor sarana (fasilitas pendukung), masyarakat, dan kebudayaan Akan tetapi belum didukung oleh faktor hukum dan penegak hukum. Nilai kebaruan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah penegakan hukum dengan faktor masyarakat dan kebudayaan lebih mempengaruhi pelaksanaan TP4D.
