Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu Smartfren melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya yang menggunakan kartu Smartfren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya, peningkatan citra merek dan kualitas produk Smartfren dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, Smartfren perlu terus memperbaiki dan mempertahankan citra merek serta kualitas produk mereka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Pengaruh Laba Bersih dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi dan Logistik Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2023). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah adanya Pengaruh Laba Bersih dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi dan Logistik Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2023). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang dipergunakan sektor transportasi dan logistik tahun 2020 – 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang mengambil sampel 21 perusahaan dengan 4 tahun pengamatan maka diperoleh 84 sampel data yang digunakan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, selain itu menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa secara parsial laba bersih berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, secara simultan laba bersih dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah adanya pengaruh return on equity, earning per share, dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham khususnya pada perusahaan sektor teknologi pada periode 2021 - 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021 - 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan dengan 3 tahun pengamatan maka diperoleh 66 sampel data yang dipergunakan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, selain itu menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial return on equity dan earning per share tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, serta secara simultan return on equity, earning per share, dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Capital Expenditure dan Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Astra Internasional Tbk. Periode 2014-2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan periode 2014 - 2023. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda sebagai metode analisis untuk melihat pengaruh dari semua variabel yang terlibat. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Capital Expenditure tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Capital Expenditure Dan Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh secara simultan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Patriot in North Bekasi. This research aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline at Perumda Tirta Patriot. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, which in this study uses the Probability Sampling technique. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Patriot, totaling 133 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it showed that in the partial test (t) the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05 and a t-count of 2.870 > table 1.978. And the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t count of 2.870 > t table 1.978. Furthermore, in the simultaneous test (f) the variables of Work Environment and Work Discipline jointly affect the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and an f-count of 283.131 > f-table 3.07. Then for the test of determination (R2), it was found that the correlation between the two variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) was 81.3%.Based on the identification of the problems that have been described, there are several problems encountered at Perumda Tirta Patriot such as performance, work environment, and work discipline. Other factors besides the work environment, motivation, and work discipline that can significantly impact employee performance, such as competence, organizational culture, workload, and other factors related to improving employee performance, need to be investigated further for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an intermediate effectfinancial literacy andfinancial technology toinvestment decision students at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. the results of this study indicate thatfinancial literacy (X1) has a significant effect oninvestment decision students. This proves that the level of financial literacy of a student is the basis for consideration in making investment decisions.financial technology positive effect oninvestment decision students. This shows that the availability of technology in financial terms, especially investment applications from PT Phintraco influences the decisions of students in investing. From the results of the F test, financial literacy andfinancial technology simultaneously a positive effect oninvestment decision students. This shows that a student's decision to invest requires adequate financial literacy and adequate investment technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Fire Department. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique obtained by 88 samples. The method used is quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results of the study conducted in the t test (partial) training variable had an effect on performance with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 6.173 t > table 1.988. The work environment variable did not have a significant effect on performance by obtaining a t count of 1.689 < t table 1.988 with a sig of 0.095 > 0.05. The results obtained from the F test (simultaneous) variables of training, work environment and performance affect simultaneously with the calculation results F calculated at 42.885 > 3.10 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

To achieve the goals of a company, employee performance is needed which is a driving factor for the creation of every organization in the company. However, to support the achievement of company goals, there are several factors that are strong and perfect employee performance, such as Communication, Work Stress, and Compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an Effect of Communication, Work Stress and Compensation on Employee Performance. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis. Using non-probability sampling research techniques with data analysis methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test using partial and simultaneous. Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of the independent variable of the Recruitment Process and the free variable of Selection on the variable tied to Employee Performance partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Padma Soode Indonesia located on Jl. Raya Narogong No.KM.15 Ciketing Udik, Bantar Gebang District, Bekasi City, West Java. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The data obtained is primary data from the results of questionnaire answers distributed to 92 respondents and processed using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that in the partial t test, the Recruitment Process variable did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance and the Selection Variable had a significant effect on Employee Performance. In Test F, the variables of the Recruitment and Selection Process simultaneously affect Employee Performance. The next suggestion to researchers is to conduct research by adding other variables such as placement and with a larger number of respondents

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Jatimulya Village, South Tambun District. This research examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the Jatimulya sub-district, South Tambun District. The data obtained is primary data and the results of questionnaire answers were distributed to 53 respondents and processed using the SPSS (statistical product and serve solution) version 22 program. The results showed that in the partial t-test, the Leadership Style variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment Variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance. In the simultaneous F test, the variables of Leadership Style and Work Environment together Influence Employee Performance
