Abstract

This research has purposed to see the opportunities of developing information services for the public with zero budgets available to deploy professionals. When the capability of library science graduate has questioned; especially for providing information services that require by the society and about the dedication they have to actively support family empowering program through ?Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga/Posdaya? (Family Empowering Centre). This research will describe the strategy and action undertakes to achieve the effectiveness of information services given towards society information needs. This research has applied exploratory methods that rely on researcher observation towards the object, as mentioned is ?Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga?. The library has been built as local awareness and initiatives. The usefulness of ?Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga? could be indicated through the library achievement towards the target program. Librarian or library science graduate who involved in ?Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga? has developed information in some range of services such as reference services. It includes the development of information re-packaging, Pathfinder, training and workshop and holding some sharing session for society. Furthermore, the librarian or library science graduate aimed to have the ability to responding to community needs as well as develop the library through a government program and capability development.

Abstract

Organisasi merupakan salah satu wadah untuk aktualisasi diri mahasiswa. Sementara itu, mahasiswa mempunyai tanggungjawab lain sebagai pelajar. Bersatunya peran sebagai pelajar dan organisator dalam dirimahasiswa tentu menjadi sebuah tanggung jawab yang besar agar kedua peran tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan keaktifan organisasi dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi semester) mahasiswa ilmu keperawatan UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelatif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa mahasiswa perlu terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi dengan manajemen waktu yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara keaktifan organisasi dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi semester) mahasiswa ilmu keperawatan UI (p value = 0,836 dan OR = 0,853).Kata kunci : keaktifan organisasi, prestasi belajar, indeks prestasi.

Abstract

The trade sector is one of the supports for the continuity of human life in increasing economic growth. The era of global trade is in line with international conventions that have been ratified by Indonesia so the role of brands is significant in maintaining healthy business competition. A brand becomes a marker that can be expected to produce economic value. Brands have an important role in describing a product's quality and commercial value, so it is necessary to apply for brand registration. However, according to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, there are still many MSME players who have not registered their brands, because MSME capital is still limited and there is a lack of understanding of the benefits of brand registration for the MSME industry. The observation method was used when searching for target partners, which in this activity was Kedai Geprek Mavera, an MSME in the culinary sector in the South Jakarta area. The activity was carried out in the form of socialization to MSME actors directly orally, covering the meaning of brand rights, the importance of registering a brand right, then the risks if the brand is not registered, as well as a simulation of registering the target partner's brand rights.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan keterampilan mendasar dan penting bagi siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan yang akan di hadapi kedepanya. Literasi tidak hanya mencangkup kemampuan membaca ataupun menulis, dalam era digital literasi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Rendahnya tingkat literasi siswa dapat disebabkan faktor-faktor lain salah satunya adalah kurangnya akses terhadap bahan bacaan yang berkualitas ataupun minimnya minat baca di kalangan siswa tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Menurut Sugiyono (2019) metode kualitatif adalah metode yang digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek yang alamiah dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Dalam metode ini, data dikumpulkan secara induktif melalui trigulasi, yaitu dengan menggabungkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa di temukanya berbagai temuan penting yang menyimpulkan tingkat literasi siswa SMPN 1 Ciruas dari metode pembelajaranmengulas karya fiksi yaitu, peningkatan minat baca, pemahaman materi fiksi, kemampuan analisis, keterlibatan aktif siswa saat proses pembelajaran dengan hasil yang berbeda-beda tiap kelasnya. Penelitian ini penulis berharap tingkat literasi yang rendah menjadi tanggungjawab bersama melalu metode yang bisa di lakukan guru untuk mengatasi hal tersebu, kemudia peran lembaga dan orang tua juga menjadi ha penting bagi kesadaran kita semua mengenai pentingnya literasi dalam keberlangsungan tumbuh kembang siswa, terutama siswa/siswi SMPN 1 Ciruas.

Abstract

Example of a problem involving a Notary in a legal dispute that arises in the case of establishing a limited liability company whose deed of establishment contains false information. The author of this research wants to study and analyze further the legal implications of a limited liability company deed made based on false information and the form of notary responsibility for a limited liability company deed based on false information. The research method used is normative legal research. The research results show that for the establishment of a limited liability company, a claim for revocation of the establishment can be filed in court if the founding agreement contains deed defects due to false statements. Cancel the contract establishing the limited liability company. In this case the Notary is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian gaya bahasa pada kumpulan cerita “Beautiful Friendship” terhadap perkembangan sosial pada anak usia 11 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah kesesuaian gaya bahasa. Masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kesesuaian gaya bahasa terhadap perkembangan sosial pada anak usia 11 tahun. Sumber data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari sumber tertulis, yaitu berupa Kumpulan Cerita “Beautiful Friendship” karya  Tamarany (2016), serta sumber data substantif merupakan bongkahan data yang berupa tuturan yang dipilih karena dipandang sudah mewakili. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi untuk menelaah isi dari suatu dokumen, teknik baca dan catat, yakni membaca, mengamati, dan mencatat temuan gaya bahasa dalam kumpulan cerita “Beautiful Friendship”, pengalaman, dan pengamatan peneliti sendiri. Penelitian ini juga  menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori gaya bahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen dengan cara melakukan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kumpulan cerita “Beautiful Friendship” terdapat dua gaya bahasa yaitu gaya bahasa Retoris dan gaya bahasa Kiasan. Data yang terdapat pada gaya bahasa retoris yakni gaya bahasa Hiperbola 4 data, gaya bahasa Asidenton 3 data, gaya bahasa  Aliterasi 1 data, dan gaya bahasa Antisipasi 3 data. Sedangkan data yang terdapat pada Gaya Bahasa Kiasan yakni Gaya Bahasa Simile 5 data, dan Gaya Bahasa Metafora 1 data. Dari gaya bahasa-gaya bahasa tersebut yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerita “Beautiful Friendship” itu ada yang sesuai dan ada juga yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan sosial pada anak usia 11 tahun. Data gaya bahasa yang sesuai dengan perkembangan sosial pada anak usia 11 tahun yakni terdapat 12 data 9 Gaya Bahasa Retoris, dan 3 Gaya Bahasa Kiasan. Selain itu, data gaya bahasa yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan sosial pada anak usia 11 tahun yakni terdapat 5 data 2 Gaya Bahasa Retoris, dan 3 Gaya Bahasa Kiasan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that student learning success is always a problem in every subject, especially sociology in class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Solok Selatan, so that teachers must have other learning models that encourage students to work collaboratively in achieving learning goals. The purpose of this study was to identify the constraints and solutions faced by teachers in applying the make a match type of cooperative learning model in sociology class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Solok Selatan. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with a total of 6 informants which was carried out by means of purposive sampling. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods: observation, interviews and document study. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.  The results showed that the teacher's constraints in applying the make a match type cooperative learning model in sociology class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Solok Selatan were difficulties in controlling the class, low student motivation, less effective time management and lack of workshops on learning models . As for the solutions made to overcome these obstacles, namely conditioning the class well so that the class atmosphere is not noisy, designing cooperative learning model activities of the make a match type, setting lesson time limits and attending workshops specifically for teachers.

Abstract

Abstract Apart from the many conveniences that are felt, of course there are also negative effects from the current rapid development of technology, the rise of hate comments that occur on social media is a form of the negative impact of current technological developments. This journal was created with the aim of studying the meaning of hate comments and researching the regulations in Indonesia that regulate hate comments, and to understand more about the impact of hate comments so that hate comments can be reduced. This study uses the literature study research method in which the author seeks data and information from various types of references such as documents, both written documents, documents in the form of photographs, documents in the form of images, and documents in electronic form that can be used as sources in research process. It can be concluded that hate speech is a word, deed, writing or action that can lead to acts of violence that demean the dignity of fellow human beings, resulting in stigma from those who commit or are called perpetrators or those who are victims of these actions. hate comments that are often carried out on social media are included in hate speech. Indonesia has several regulations governing hate comments including the ITE Law, the Criminal Code, and the Chief of Police Circular Number: SE/06/X/2015 concerning Handling Hate Speech.
