Abstract

Micro and small businesses that withstand economic crises are able to absorb labor thereby significantly reducing unemployment. In Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, small and medium-sized businesses often neglect accounting, and there is no separation of personal and business assets. Most of these MSME actors are still making decisions based on intuition and experience. In simple accounting training for small businesses, the purpose of implementing PKM is to know how to do accounting itself so that it is systematic and important when doing accounting so that income, costs and profits are measured. and know the development of the business. In Kore Baru Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, the method of implementing community service is divided into three stages, namely the first stage of interviews and field observations, the second stage of conducting training, and the last stage is mentoring and monitoring. . The results obtained from this activity are able to increase knowledge and skills in business management through simple and easy-to-implement bookkeeping/accounting so as to increase work motivation.

Abstract

The Literacy House is a facility designed to encourage community participation, especially children and teenagers, to be more active in literacy activities, both in reading, writing and discussions. This community service program aims to reactivate and develop the Literacy House in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, in order to increase the reading interest and writing skills of the local community. By providing access to a variety of books and learning facilities, it is hoped that this Literacy House can become a place that supports the growth of non-formal education in the reading house community in KORE Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. The results of this service show very high enthusiasm from Youth and Community Shop leaders and it is hoped that this service will increase interest in reading, writing skills, as well as active participation in digital literacy activities for the people of KORE Village, Kec. Sanggar Bima Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-control, cyberloafing and emotional exhaustion on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. This study is a quantitative study and the type of research is associative. The population in this study amounted to 100 generation z employees and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, referring to a 5-point Likert scale then distributed to 100 respondents of gen z employees in Bima City offline and online. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 2016 application. With the stages of conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests) then continued with multiple linear regression tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study: 1) Self Control shows a significant effect on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. 2) Cyberloafing shows no significant effect on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. 3) Emotional Exhaustion shows no significant effect on Gen Z job performance in Bima City. 4) Self-control, Cyberloafing and Emotional exhaustion have a significant effect on Gen Z job performance in Bima City.

Abstract

The sacrificial activity as a form of community service as one of the tri dharmas of higher education is a means for the active role of the STIE Bima academic community. Eid al-Adha in 2021 will take place during the pandemic, so it will have an impact on the implementation of qurban worship. The form of creative activity driven by the academic community of the STIE Bima educational institution is the arrangement of the schedule for the distribution of sacrificial meat through the order number of distribution coupons. This is in addition to preventing mass crowds in the Covid-19 era in carrying out the PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) policies implemented by the regional government. It is hoped that the role of the academic community will become a means of literacy in building community participation while still paying attention to health safety in the Covid-19 era. The lecturers carry out the practice of managing sacrificial meat which can be seen from four functions starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The STIE Bima campus involved the entire academic community, both lecturers and staff, to actively play an active role in the success of the implementation of sacrifices around the campus environment. Community service by the Academic Community of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) in addition to building community enthusiasm, also increases the participation of lecturers and staff to carry out the tri dharma of higher education.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of supervision and job satisfaction on employee work discipline at the Land Office of Bima Regency. Specifically, it examines: (1) the effect of supervision on work discipline, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline, and (3) the joint effect of supervision and job satisfaction on work discipline. This research employed an associative quantitative approach. The population comprised 62 employees, consisting of 30 civil servants (ASN), 3 government contract employees (PPPK), and 29 permanent honorary staff, all of whom were included as the sample. Data were collected using observation sheets and Likert-scale questionnaires. The analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients, as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The findings indicate that: (1) supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, (2) job satisfaction has a significant effect on work discipline, and (3) supervision and job satisfaction jointly have a significant effect on work discipline among employees of the Land Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

Program penghijauan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dilaksanakan di Tempat Pemakaman Umum (TPU) yang terletak di Jalan Ir. Soetami RT 07 RW 02 Rabadompu Barat  pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan serta kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pelestarian alam. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi penanaman pohon, pemeliharaan tanaman, dan edukasi lingkungan bagi masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penghijauan di TPU tidak hanya memperbaiki estetika lingkungan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi inisiatif penghijauan di daerah lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh sistem e-Kinerja, konsep diri, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori dan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara konsep diri memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara langsung. Disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta memediasi hubungan antara konsep diri dan kinerja, maupun antara e-Kinerja dan kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa disiplin merupakan mekanisme kunci yang menghubungkan adopsi teknologi dan atribut individu dengan pencapaian kinerja aktual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja ASN membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan sistem digital dengan penguatan faktor internal seperti konsep diri dan disiplin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Kompi 3 Batalyon C Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda NTB. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang optimal merupakan kunci keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya, terutama dalam organisasi seperti Korps Brimob Polri yang memiliki tugas-tugas berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan instrumen utama berupa kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, melibatkan 38 responden anggota Kompi 3 Batalyon C Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda NTB yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan semua item kuesioner valid dengan nilai R-hitung > R-tabel (0,300). Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha > 0,600, menandakan kuesioner reliabel. Analisis regresi linear berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 23,052 + 0,521X, yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja (nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05). Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,521 menunjukkan hubungan sedang antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,272 menunjukkan bahwa 27,2% variasi kinerja dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja, sedangkan 72,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota Kompi 3 Batalyon C Pelopor Sat Brimob Polda NTB, sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang baik untuk meningkatkan kinerja anggota Brimob.
