Perkembangan teknologi informasi membuka peluang besar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui promosi digital. Namun, UMKM di Kelurahan Ogan Baru, Palembang, masih menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis digital guna mempromosikan produk UMKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan model waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM serta studi literatur. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan UMKM mempublikasikan produk, mengelola informasi bisnis, dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan visibilitas UMKM dengan efektif. Sebanyak 85% pengguna menyatakan platform ini memperluas akses pasar dan menekan biaya promosi. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi digital ini menjadi solusi relevan bagi UMKM menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi. Rekomendasi pengembangan mencakup integrasi fitur pembayaran online dan personalisasi promosi.

Objective: The study aimed to determine the association between information management system, transformational leadership on working effectiveness with work discipline as intervening variables. Method: A cross-sectional study with a survey approach was conducted in this study. The data analysis was conducted using the path analysis. One hundred thirty-one samples were recruited in this study. Result: The results of this research show that the Management Information System has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Management Information Systems have a significant effect on work discipline. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Work discipline plays a significant role as an intervening agent between the Management Information System and work effectiveness or it could be said that the Management Information System has a significant effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable. Conclusion: Work discipline plays a significant role as an intervening agent between transformational leadership and work effectiveness or it can be said that transformational leadership has a significant effect on work effectiveness with work discipline as an intervening variable. Recommendation: The management level in the hospital need to consider the effective management information system and work discipline to improve working effectiveness. The transformation leadership was effective to increase motivation among employee so that the organization need to consider. Further study may develop the R&D study to develop the program focused on the working effectiveness and working efficiency to improve the level of hospital

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan memadukan kurikulum dasar pendidikan dengan pendidikan Islami melalui solat berjamaah, tilawah dan tadarus Al-quran, dzikir, hapalan surat merupakan program unggulan dari pondok pesantren ini. Terdapat kendala yang dirasakan oleh pengelola pondok yakni terbatasnya kemampuan tim pengajar dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran aktif yang berpusat pada siswa mewujudkan motivasi belajar yang tinggi bagi semua siswa menyelesaikan beberapa target hapalan Surat Al-Quran. Kegiatan pengembangan khususnya program motivasi belajar selama ini masih dikelola secara terpisah dan belum terorganisasi dan terintregrasi dengan baik menggunakan sistem komputer. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu membantu peningkatan pelayanan akademik dan keterampilan pengurus Yayasan Ma’ariful Ulum untuk mewujudkan program pembelajaran yang aktif dan efektif dengan semangat motivasi sesuai dengan target waktu belajar siswa di pondok pesantren melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. enam langkah metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi E-Motivation Program SemJar: Semangar Belajar (Psikomotivasi dan senam motivasi), pengenalan teknologi dan uji coba sistem, pelatihan dan pendampingan psikomotivasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan senam motivasi, penerapan teknologi dan evaluasi program. Terdapat Peningkatan pada Hasil yang didapat Kemampuan manajemen pengelolaan program pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 88% dengan E-Motivation Program SemJar (Semangat Belajar), Pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola dalam melakukan program psikomotivasi menigkat menjadi 91% dan pada program kebugaran meningkat menjadi 89%. E-Motivation Program SemJar (Semangar Belajar) mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dan pengajar dalam pelakasannan program belajar, hal ini sejalan dengan output utama yaitu pemberdayaan pengelola Kata Kunci: E-Motivation Program, Pengelola, Pemberdayaan ABSTRACT Learning activities by combining basic education curriculum with Islamic education through congregational prayer, recitation and tadarus of the Al-Quran, dhikr, memorization of letters are the flagship programs of this Islamic boarding school. There are obstacles felt by the management of the boarding school, namely the limited ability of the teaching team in managing the active learning process that is centered on students to realize high learning motivation for all students to complete several memorization targets of the Al-Quran. Development activities, especially learning motivation programs, have so far been managed separately and have not been well organized and integrated using a computer system. The purpose of this service is to help improve academic services and the skills of the Ma'ariful Ulum Foundation administrators to realize active and effective learning programs with a spirit of motivation in accordance with the target learning time of students at the Islamic boarding school through the use of information technology. Six steps of the implementation method carried out starting from the socialization of the E-Motivation Program SemJar: Semangar Belajar (Psychomotivation and motivational gymnastics), introduction of technology and system trials, psychomotivation training and mentoring, motivational gymnastics training and mentoring, application of technology and program evaluation. There is an increase in the results obtained. The ability of learning program management management increased to 88% with the SemJar E-Motivation Program (Semangat Belajar), Knowledge and skills of managers in implementing psychomotivation programs increased to 91% and in fitness programs increased to 89%. That study's objective is to develop and develop a web-based information system for renting suits and kebaya in Palembang City. This system is expected to facilitate the process of renting traditional clothing, especially suits and kebayas, for various events and occasions. The system will provide an online platform for customers to browse and select available Suits and Kebayas, make online reservations, and track their rental status. The system will also allow rental service providers to manage inventory, update availability, and accept online payments. The proposed system is expected to boost productivity and effectiveness of the renting procedure, increase customer satisfaction, and increase the competitiveness of rental service providers in Palembang City. The system will be developed using a web-based approach, and its functionality will be evaluated through usability testing and user acceptance testing. Because the information presented basically comes from input data (input), then before entering data you must check the data correctness of data so that the resulting information is appropriate. Prepare hardware and software support whose specifications can support this system well. Perform periodic data back-ups to anticipate undesirable events. This system cannot only be used for one place. It is hoped that this system can be used in all places or areas where the system is not yet computerized to save time and energy.

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Woko Kretek (WK) Home Industry in increasing income in Woko Village, Pajo District, Dompu Regency. This research was conducted in Woko Village, Pajo District, Dompu Regency with the research subjects being Home Industry owners and employees. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. With the type of research using field research. The results of this study show 1). Perkembangan sistem informasi (mobile apps) sangat penting bagi UMKM ,penggunaan sistem informasi membuat proses lebih efisien. Banyak usaha kecil, menengah dan mikro yang masih menggunakan secara manual untuk mengolah data menggunakan buku tulis, yang tentunya tidak efisien .Kemajuan teknologi, khususnya internet dan perangkat mobile, telah mengubah cara berbisnis .Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang mengadopsi teknologi baru dapat meningkatkan proses bisnis mereka, menjual produk dan layanan mereka secara digital, dan mendapatkan akses yang lebih luas dan cepat terhadap informasi pasar. berdasarkan data yang dihimpun oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palembang, per Desember 2022 terdapat 80.903 unit usaha UMKM yang ada di Kota Palembang, berdasarkan jumlah UMKM yang relatif banyak dan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya menunjukan permasalahan seperti belum memanfatkan media teknologi informasi khususnya mobile untuk membantu meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM dan meningkatkan penjualan produk , pada penilitian ini menggunakan metode metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory , grounded theory adalah analisis metodis penelitian data dan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi wawancara, observasi, protokol, partisipasi, keterlibatan langsung, dan seterusnya

Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMK Negeri 1 Poso Pesisir. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, maka uraian dalam tesis ini berangkat dari permasalahan. Pertama, nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural apa saja yang diinternalisasikan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMK Negeri 1 Poso Pesisir?. Kedua, bagaimana proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMK Negeri 1 Poso Pesisir?. Ketiga, bagaimana hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMK Negeri 1 Poso Pesisir?.Menjawab masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural yang diinternalisasikan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan adalah nilai kesetaraan, nilai toleransi, nilai keadilan, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kejujuran, nilai empati dan nilai kerja sama yang diintegrasikan ke dalam materi dan keterampilan pramuka. Kedua, Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan internalisasi yaitu: Tahap transformasi nilai Tahap, transaksi nilai dan Tahap transinternasisai Ketiga, hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMK Negeri 1 Poso Pesisir sangat mendukung dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam diri peserta didik sehingga berdampak pada tumbuhnya sikap dan prilaku toleransi, tanggung jawab, kepedulian, dan kerja sama peserta didik di sekolah.

Electrical energy efficiency is an essential requirement in supporting environmental sustainability. Lamps, as one of the most frequently used electrical devices, contribute significantly to energy consumption in both households and industries. This study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based current monitoring system for lamps using the Blynk application. The system is built using a NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller and a PZEM-004T sensor as a measuring tool for voltage, current, power, and energy. The test results show that the system can operate in real time to monitor electrical parameters and display data through the Blynk application on a smartphone. The measurement accuracy reaches ±3.8%, with influencing factors including voltage stability and internet connection quality. This system has proven effective as an electrical energy monitoring solution that supports energy conservation and electrical safety.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain dan implementasi aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) pada Toko Perhiasan Intan Silver di Kabupaten Empat Lawang menggunakan metode Waterfall. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi toko adalah sistem pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, serta menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi POS ini dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menyediakan sistem terkomputerisasi yang mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan, mengelola inventaris, dan menyusun laporan keuangan secara otomatis dan real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan data kebutuhan sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi POS yang dibangun berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses transaksi, serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan. Selain itu, laporan penjualan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan mudah diakses, sehingga mendukung manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dengan demikian, sistem POS ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan daya saing Toko Intan Silver.
