Abstract

Electrical energy efficiency is an essential requirement in supporting environmental sustainability. Lamps, as one of the most frequently used electrical devices, contribute significantly to energy consumption in both households and industries. This study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based current monitoring system for lamps using the Blynk application. The system is built using a NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller and a PZEM-004T sensor as a measuring tool for voltage, current, power, and energy. The test results show that the system can operate in real time to monitor electrical parameters and display data through the Blynk application on a smartphone. The measurement accuracy reaches ±3.8%, with influencing factors including voltage stability and internet connection quality. This system has proven effective as an electrical energy monitoring solution that supports energy conservation and electrical safety.

Abstract

Digital technology has transformed patterns of social interaction, shifting communication from physical interactions to activities within digital spaces. This transformation accelerates social change and simultaneously leads to new forms of gender-based violence, including online sexual harassment or technology-facilitated gender-based violence. This research aims to analyze: (1) how digital technological development influences social change and contributes to the emergence of online sexual harassment, (2) the gap between technological advancement and the readiness of social values and legal regulations using William F. Ogburn’s Cultural lag theory, and (3) the legal framework and law enforcement mechanisms related to digital sexual harassment in Indonesia, as well as challenges faced by victims in reporting cases. This study uses a normative juridical method with a socio-legal approach and literature review based on reports from APJII (2024), UN Women (2023), Komnas Perempuan (2024), SAFEnet (2024), and relevant legal regulations, particularly Law No. 12 of 2022 on Sexual Violence Crimes. The results show that digital technology creates anonymous spaces that enable perpetrators to commit sexual harassment more freely. There is a cultural lag between rapid technological advancement and the development of social norms and legal regulations, leading to enforcement challenges such as victim blaming, digital evidence complexity, and low digital literacy among law enforcement. It is concluded that while the Sexual Violence Crimes Law provides a clearer legal framework, further efforts are required to improve digital literacy and victim-centered law enforcement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain dan implementasi aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) pada Toko Perhiasan Intan Silver di Kabupaten Empat Lawang menggunakan metode Waterfall. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi toko adalah sistem pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, serta menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi POS ini dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menyediakan sistem terkomputerisasi yang mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan, mengelola inventaris, dan menyusun laporan keuangan secara otomatis dan real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan data kebutuhan sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi POS yang dibangun berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses transaksi, serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan. Selain itu, laporan penjualan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan mudah diakses, sehingga mendukung manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dengan demikian, sistem POS ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan daya saing Toko Intan Silver.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut jaringan internet yang andal, termasuk di instansi pemerintah seperti Pengadilan Negeri Palembang. Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas jaringan pada bagian Kepaniteraan menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) dengan parameter throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan pengukuran selama tujuh hari menggunakan Wireshark. Hasilnya, rata-rata throughput sebesar 608 Kbps termasuk kategori sedang menurut standar TIPHON. Packet loss 1,51% tergolong sangat baik, sementara delay 31,464 ms dan jitter 16,2255 ms menunjukkan jaringan cukup stabil. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas jaringan di bagian Kepaniteraan berada dalam kategori cukup baik, meskipun terdapat fluktuasi kecepatan pada waktu tertentu akibat tingginya jumlah pengguna dan penurunan performa server.
