Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut jaringan internet yang andal, termasuk di instansi pemerintah seperti Pengadilan Negeri Palembang. Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas jaringan pada bagian Kepaniteraan menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) dengan parameter throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan pengukuran selama tujuh hari menggunakan Wireshark. Hasilnya, rata-rata throughput sebesar 608 Kbps termasuk kategori sedang menurut standar TIPHON. Packet loss 1,51% tergolong sangat baik, sementara delay 31,464 ms dan jitter 16,2255 ms menunjukkan jaringan cukup stabil. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas jaringan di bagian Kepaniteraan berada dalam kategori cukup baik, meskipun terdapat fluktuasi kecepatan pada waktu tertentu akibat tingginya jumlah pengguna dan penurunan performa server.

Abstract

The continuous population growth in Indonesia has spurred a surge in housing demand, which is not only a basic necessity but also a symbol of social and economic status. To meet this demand, Home Ownership Credit (KPR) serves as an important financing instrument, facilitating the community in purchasing or renovating homes. PT. Noval Perkasa, a private company engaged in housing project development, faces challenges in marketing the Griya Panji housing project, which still relies on conventional methods such as brochures and manual record-keeping. This research designs a web-based marketing information system to simplify the promotion and ordering process of homes in real-time. The website allows potential buyers to access comprehensive information about housing and conduct transactions without having to visit the site, while management can monitor and evaluate the data on housing down payment orders for strategic decision-making. The results of this study are expected to assist PT. Noval Perkasa in managing housing marketing more efficiently and modernly, as well as attract more potential buyers.

Abstract

The ever-evolving information technology has a significant impact on many industries, one of which is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Kurnia Laundry is an MSME in Ogan Ilir, still using a manual system in recording transactions, stock management, and customer service, which causes inefficiencies and operational delays. The main purpose of the research focuses on the development of a website-based Point of Sale (POS) system that can optimize Kurnia Laundry's business operations. This research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) method with a waterfall model approach, which includes the phases of analysis, design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the POS system is able to increase the efficiency of transaction recording, speed up the service process, and provide transparent service information to customers. The implementation of this system also helps business owners monitor business performance in real time, manage customer data, and optimize stock management. Thus, the use of the website as a POS system has a significant impact on increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of laundry MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has encouraged the creation of a more flexible and efficient intelligent surveillance system. This research aims to design and implement an ESP32-CAM-based surveillance car prototype capable of real-time visual monitoring via Wi-Fi connection. The system integrates an ESP32-CAM microcontroller, an L298N motor driver, and four DC motors, and is controlled through a specially developed Android application to set the direction of motion and receive live video displays from the camera. Test results show that the system has stable connectivity performance with an average delay of 0.88 seconds, motor control response of 0.48 seconds, and good quality video streaming with an average delay of 1.09 seconds. The effective operational range was recorded up to 30 meters with acceptable connection quality. The system shows potential as a cost-effective, portable, and easily accessible surveillance solution for applications in hard-to-reach or high-risk areas. This research opens up further development opportunities with the integration of artificial intelligence, additional sensors, as well as expansion of the communication range.Keywords: IoT; ESP32-CAM; Real-Time Surveillance; Surveillance RC Car; Video Streaming AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah mendorong terciptanya sistem pengawasan cerdas yang lebih fleksibel dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan prototipe mobil pengawasan berbasis ESP32-CAM yang mampu melakukan pemantauan visual secara real-time melalui koneksi Wi-Fi. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM, driver motor L298N, dan empat motor DC, serta dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Android yang dikembangkan khusus untuk mengatur arah gerak dan menerima tampilan video langsung dari kamera. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki performa konektivitas yang stabil dengan rata-rata delay 0,88 detik, respons kendali motor sebesar 0,48 detik, dan streaming video berkualitas baik dengan delay rata-rata 1,09 detik. Jangkauan operasional efektif tercatat hingga 30 Meter dengan kualitas koneksi yang masih dapat diterima. Sistem ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai solusi pengawasan yang hemat biaya, portabel, dan mudah diakses untuk aplikasi di area yang sulit dijangkau atau berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini membuka peluang pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan integrasi kecerdasan buatan, sensor tambahan, serta perluasan jangkauan komunikasi.Kata kunci: IoT; ESP32-CAM; Pengawasan Real-Time; Mobil RC Pengintai; Streaming Video

Abstract

This study developed a continuous authentication system based on keystroke patterns to enhance digital identity security. The problem arose because conventional authentication only verified users at the beginning of a session, making it vulnerable to session intrusion. The proposed approach utilized free-text keystroke dynamics by analyzing key press duration, inter-key latency, and typing speed as behavioral biometric features. Data were processed through normalization, sliding window segmentation, feature extraction, training of a hybrid deep learning model combining Convolutional Neural Network and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory, and evaluation using False Acceptance Rate, False Rejection Rate, and Equal Error Rate. The results showed that the system consistently identified legitimate users with high accuracy, fast detection response, and low error rates. It was concluded that keystroke-based continuous authentication provided an effective, adaptive, efficient, and non-intrusive security solution
