Abstract

One of the financial institutions that contributes effectively to channeling business capital financing in the Aceh Besar area is the Mitra Niaga Sejahtera Sharia Consumer Cooperative. This institution is supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board which is tasked with supervising the operations and practices of LKS so that it adheres strictly to sharia principles. This article examines the murabahah financing mechanism and analyzes the extent of supervision by the Sharia Supervisory Board at the Mitra Niaga Sejahtera Sharia Consumer Cooperative regarding the financing mechanism. The research method used is qualitative research and produces data in the form of descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques use field interview techniques and documentation. The results of the author's analysis show that the initial mechanism for becoming a member/potential member of murabahah financing is by submitting an application for murabahah business capital financing with predetermined conditions, ensuring that the murabahah financing meets the target, carrying out inspections of pillars such as contracts, transacting parties, The object, purpose and benefits of the financing and the form of supervision carried out by the DPS regarding murabahah financing is conducting visits to cooperatives to check the correctness of the contracts, objects and accurate evidence, and ensuring procedures or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are in accordance with sharia rules. The supervisory practices carried out by DPS regarding murabahah financing in this cooperative are in accordance with the applicable supervisory mechanism because it assesses all forms of practices carried out in accordance with the applicable SOP and established by DSN as a reference. This research offers the role of DPS in each sharia financial institution after the implementation of Qanun Aceh No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran feedback monitoring, knowledge sharing among peers, dan employee creativity terhadap employee service performance serta peran mediasi dari variabel employee creativity yang memediasi pengaruh antara feedback monitoring dan knowledge sharing among peers terhadap employee creativity pada karyawan logistik di Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) feedback monitoring tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap employee creativity, (2) knowledge sharing among peers berpengaruh positif terhadap employee creativity, (3) employee creativity berpengaruh positif terhadap employee service performance, (4) feedback monitoring tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap employee service performance, (5) knowledge sharing among peers berpengaruh positif terhadap employee service performance, (6) employee creativity tidak memediasi pengaruh positif feedback monitoring terhadap employee service performance, dan (7) employee creativity memediasi pengaruh positif knowledge sharing among peers terhadap employee service performance.

Abstract

The study aims to assess the effectiveness of ChatGPT in improving grade XI students' writing skills at SMAN 1 Puloampel. The method used was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving 60 students divided into a control group and an experimental group. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests in the form of essays. The results of the analysis using the Independent T-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means that the null hypothesis (H0) can be rejected, supporting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Moreover, the effect size test yielded a value of 1.18, indicating a "high effect" category according to Cohen's interpretation. It suggests that ChatGPT was an effective medium in improving the writing skills of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Puloampel, particularly in explanation text material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning interest of students before using Wordwall media in Aqidah Akhlak Class VII subjects at MTsN 6 Padang City, to determine the learning interest of students after using Wordwall media in Aqidah Akhlak Class VII subjects at MTsN 6 Padang City, and to determine the effect of using Wordwall media in Aqidah Akhlak subjects on the learning interest of class VII students at MTsN 6 Padang City. This research is quantitative research using experimental. The population in this study were all seventh grade students at MTsN 6 Padang City in 2022/2023 even semester. Sampling in this study was purposive sampling technique, the class selected as the experimental class was class VII. 7 and control class VII. 10. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing with SPSS version 26 or sig (2-tailed) were obtained = 0.009, it can be concluded that (0.009 <0.05), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And T count> T table is 2.770> 1.675 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, stating that there is an effect of using Wordwall media on students' interest in learning Aqidah Akhlak class VII subjects at MTsN 6 Padang City. It can be seen that the learning interest of students who use Wordwall media is better than the learning interest of students who do not use Wordwall learning media or other media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi model diskless dalam konteks data sharing dan peningkatan keamanan data menggunakan metode UCM (User Control Management). Metode UCM berkaitan dengan manajemen akses pengguna dalam lingkungan jaringan. Data sharing merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam lingkungan jaringan saat ini. Namun, tantangan seperti pengaturan akses yang tepat, perlindungan data, dan peningkatan keamanan menjadi perhatian utama. Implementasi model diskless dengan metode UCM memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan keamanan data. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan akan diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang potensi model diskless dan metode UCM dalam meningkatkan keamanan data dalam lingkungan jaringan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem data sharing yang aman dan efisien dalam lingkungan jaringan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of innovation management and supply chain performance on the development of textile MSMEs in Banten Province. The increasingly intense competition following the COVID-19 pandemic demands MSME actors to innovate and manage their supply chains efficiently to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. The study also explores the synergy between these two variables. Adopting a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 180 respondents, consisting of textile MSME owners or managers. The research instrument, a structured questionnaire, was analyzed using multiple regression to examine the effects of the variables. The findings reveal that innovation management has a significant positive effect on MSME development (β=0.45; p=0.000). Factors such as product innovation frequency, technology adoption, and employee training significantly contribute to business growth. Supply chain performance also demonstrates a significant impact (β=0.38; p=0.002), with raw material procurement efficiency, distribution speed, and supplier relationships identified as key factors. Notably, the interaction between innovation management and supply chain performance exerts an even greater influence (β=0.60; p=0.000), underscoring the critical importance of synergy between these aspects. These findings align with Schumpeter's (1934) innovation theory and Christopher's (2016) supply chain theory, while also corroborating prior studies, such as Tidd and Bessant (2020), which emphasize the role of innovation in enhancing MSME competitiveness. This research provides a novel contribution by highlighting the importance of integrating innovation and supply chain efficiency in the context of Indonesian textile MSMEs. Future studies are recommended to expand geographic scope, explore other sectors, and adopt mixed-method approaches to deepen the understanding of these dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare di Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Bening’s Skincare, dengan sampel 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form yang disebar ke pelanggan Bening’s Skincare di Kota Samarinda. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi logistik ordinal, uji overall model fit, uji goodness of fit, uji nagelkerke r square, uji wald (uji parsial t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel label halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare di Kota Samarinda, dan variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare di Kota Samarinda

Abstract

This article explores in detail the existence and significance of Dulmuluk Theater as a unique cultural heritage of Palembang, carrying important historical, social, and cultural meanings. Using a literature review method, the author traces the origins of Dulmuluk, its evolution from traditional poetry recitations into a complete folk theater performance enriched with artistic and cultural symbols. The article also discusses the main elements of Dulmuluk performances, such as plot structure, characterization, and themes, as well as how this art form functions as a means to communicate moral messages, social critique, and preserve local values passed down through generations. The findings highlight that Dulmuluk is more than just a traditional entertainment; it is a cultural identity that strengthens the pride of Palembang society. The recognition from the government and international institutions like UNESCO underscores the importance of ongoing efforts to preserve and develop this art form so that it remains relevant in the modern era. The article emphasizes that continuous support from the community and government is essential to ensure that Dulmuluk remains a living heritage, passed on to future generations as part of Indonesia’s rich cultural patrimony.

Abstract

Puisi ini merupakan karya liris yang menggambarkan pengalaman emosional dengan metafora dan simbolisme, termasuk dalam genre puisi romantis. Puisi ini mengangkat tema kesetiaan dan kematian, menggambarkan bagaimana kenangan penulis tetap hidup setelah kematian. Melalui metafora, penulis menyampaikan pesan tentang kenangan abadi dan kesetiaan terhadap orang yang dicintai. Dalam analisis sastra dan psikologis, puisi ini mengungkapkan pemikiran mendalam tentang kematian dan upaya pengarangnya untuk meninggalkan warisan kenangan yang bermakna. 'Aku' merasa bertanggung jawab untuk mengatasi perasaan kesepian 'kamu' ketika kamu ditinggalkan. Dengan menggunakan teori Psikoanalisis Freud, penulis mengeksplorasi kekhawatiran, persiapan kenangan, dan kesadaran akan kematian, jaminan kesetiaan abadi melalui warisan kenangan abadi untuk orang yang dicintai. Kata kunci : Deskriptif, perbuatan manusia, dan Psikoanalisis.
