Abstract

Latar Belakang: DM Tipe 2 merupakan kondisi tubuh yang resisten terhadap insulin. Jika kondisi ini tidak terkontrol maka akan menyebabkan komplikasi kronis maupun akut salah satunya diabetic foot. Kondisi ini dapat dicegah dengan melakukan pengontrolan gula secara teratur melalui Peer Suport Group. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan metode peer group support terhadap pengetahuan penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 di Kelurahan Lepo-Lepo. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dengan metode the one group pretes-posttes design dimana merupakan salah satu metode penelitian pra eksperimen yang tidak ada kelompok pembanding (kontrol) tetapi sudah dilaksanakan observasi pertama (pre-test) yang memungkinkan menguji perubahan yang terjadi setelah adanya perlakuan (eksperiment). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Lepo-Lepo dengan sampel 27 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 6,00 dengan nilai standar deviasi sebesar 2,617 dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan rata-rata pengetahuan responden sebesar 12,59 dengan nilai standar deviasi sebesar 3,925 serta penyuluhan kesehatan metode pear group support berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan responden tentang DM tipe 2 di Kelurahan Lepo-Lepo berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p = 0,00 (<0,05). Kesimpulan: metode penyuluhan peer group support memiliki pengaruh terhadap Tingkat pengetahuan para penderita diabetes melitus di Kelurahan Lepo-Lepo

Abstract

This research addresses the apparent deficiency in Arabic vocabulary mastery among eighth-grade students at MTsN 7 Blitar, as revealed through the researchers' observations. The identified challenges stem from the limited strategies and media implemented in the teaching process. This study proposes incorporating the uno stacko game as an innovative solution to enhance Arabic vocabulary acquisition. The primary objectives of this research are to assess the impact of the uno stacko game on Arabic vocabulary mastery and to explore students' perceptions regarding the game. The research design adopts a quantitative pre-experimental approach, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the effectiveness of the uno stacko game. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data exhibit normal distribution, indicating the suitability of the data for statistical analysis. The analysis reveals a significant difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest, with a notable increase of 0.55. This change falls within the moderate category, signifying a positive influence of the uno stacko game on Arabic vocabulary acquisition. The percentage change of 56.53% further supports this conclusion, indicating a substantial impact, and the study delves into students' perceptions of the uno stacko game. The average percentage of student perceptions is 99.1667%, reflecting an overwhelmingly positive response. This high percentage categorizes student perceptions as very good, suggesting a favorable view of the uno stacko game as an effective and engaging tool for learning Arabic vocabulary. The findings of this research highlight the positive influence of the uno stacko game on enhancing Arabic vocabulary mastery among eighth-grade students. Additionally, the overwhelmingly positive student perceptions emphasize the game's potential as a valuable educational resource. Recommendations for further research could involve more in-depth analysis of specific aspects of using the uno stacko game, exploring variations in learning strategies, and evaluating the long-term impact on Arabic vocabulary acquisition.

Abstract

Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) is all regional revenue that comes from the region's original economic resources. It is very important to identify it by researching and determining the Regional Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) by properly researching and managing the source of revenue so as to provide maximum results. Central Sulawesi Province itself has Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the 2018 Budget Year has reached Rp1 trillion. The increase or decrease in growth of local revenue is influenced by the amount and type of tax, levies collected by local governments and the lack of incentives for the management apparatus to carry out tax collection and levies. This study uses spline regression analysis because the data of the Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) in Central Sulawesi in 2018 does not have a pattern so that it fits perfectly with that method. Then after processing the data obtained the results of spline nonparametric regression modeling using the optimal knots point obtained from the minimum GCV value. The best spline nonparametric regression model is written as follow . It can be concluded that in Central Sulawesi in 2018 the lowest Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) value was Banggai Laut Regency with 21,776 billion rupiahs and the highest Local Own-source Revenue (LOR) value was Palu City at 267,402 billion rupiahs.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Beringin Bhakti Special Needs School (SLB) with the aim of evaluating the role of the school in serving children with mental retardation or intellectual disabilities as well as identifying collaboration between the school and parents in the service process. This research is entitled "Evaluation of the Beringin Bhakti Special School Intervention in Handling Children with Intellectual Disabilities". The main questions asked in this research include the role of Beringin Bhakti SLB in supporting children with intellectual disabilities, the form of collaboration between the school and parents, and the obstacles faced in serving these children. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 5 respondents. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that SLB Beringin Bhakti plays an important role in providing basic education, identifying and honing the abilities of students with intellectual disabilities. Collaboration between schools and parents is realized through the exchange of ideas and information aimed at supporting children's development. In addition, this research identified three main obstacles faced by mentally retarded children, namely internal difficulties, learning problems, adjustment problems, and teacher problems. To overcome these obstacles, research suggests providing appropriate learning services and creating appropriate and supportive learning environments. Close collaboration between schools and parents is considered very important in increasing the effectiveness of education and helping to overcome the various obstacles faced. Beringin Bhakti SLB plays a significant role in supporting children with intellectual disabilities through a holistic educational approach and strong collaboration with parents. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for educational practitioners and policy makers in formulating better strategies and free educational services to address the needs of children with intellectual disabilities, as well as encourage the implementation of more effective and inclusive approaches in special education.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the English Teachers interpretation, implementation, and the challenges in implementing independent curriculum. The research used a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The data was collected using interviews, observation, and document study. The subjects of this study were 3 English teachers in the seventh grade of junior high school in Lombok Island. The results showed that the English teachers participating in the study had right interpretation of the objectives of English learning in the independent curriculum. They were familiar with the content of English materials, the method of implementing differentiated learning, and method of conducting learning evaluation using formative and summative assessments. However, these English teachers did not have proper interpretation of the content of learning the six skills, including the implementation of text-based approach and student centered learning. Results of the study show that these teachers did not implement independent curriculum optimally because they lacked knowledge in interpreting the components of independent curriculum. The study yields that the challenges faced by English teachers in implementing independent curriculum included (1) the lack of time to prepare the material and (2) the lack of time to internalize the concept of independent curriculum. Ultimately, participants of the study found some difficulties to implement the learning methods in differentiated learning because they lacked time allocation for addressing and adjusting to the demand of new English teaching-learning model.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu masalah gizi yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia adalah kejadian balita pendek (stunting). Stunting adalah hal yang sangat penting karena akan memengaruhi sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan total sampel 91 balita stunting berusia 24-59 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil: Balita pendek lebih banyak (76,9%) daripada balita sangat pendek (23,1%). Tidak ada hubungan antara usia Ibu (p value=0,503), pendidikan Ibu (p value=0,924), status pekerjaan (p value=0,737), pendapatan keluarga (p value=0,534), pengetahuan Ibu (p value=0,829), ragam makanan (p value=0,893), riwayat penyakit (p value=0,348), pola istirahat (p value=0,714), dan aktivitas fisik (p value=0,171) dengan stunting sangat pendek dan pendek. Ada hubungan antara ASI eksklusif (p value=0,006), dan pola asuh (p value=0,004) dengan stunting sangat pendek dan pendek. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara ASI eksklusif dan pola asuh dengan stunting sangat pendek dan pendek. Dalam hal ini maka perlu diadakannya sosialisasi pada orang tua balita mengenai pemberian ASI eksklusif dan praktik pola asuh yang baik dan benar Related Factors of Very Short and Short Stunting In Children Aged 24 59 Months in Kecamatan Sawah Besar AbstractBackground: One of the nutritional problems faced by Indonesia is the occurrence of short toddlers (stunting). Stunting is very important because it will affect human resources in the future.Methods: The design of this study used a cross sectional study with a total sample of 91 stunting toddlers aged 24-59 months. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling Results: Stunting are more (76.9%) than severe stunting (23.1%). There were no correlation between mother’s age (p value = 0.503), mother education (p value = 0.924), employment status (p value = 0.737), family income (p value = 0.534), mother’s knowledge (p value = 0.829), variance foods (p value = 0.893), disease history (p value = 0.348), rest pattern (p value = 0.714), and physical activity (p value = 0.171) with stunting and severe stunting. There were have correlation between exclusive breastfeeding (p value = 0.006), and parenting (p value = 0.004) with severe stunting and stunting.Conclusions: There were have correlation between exclusive breastfeeding and parenting with a severe stunting and stunting. In this case, it is necessary to have more socialization for parents about exclusive breastfeeding practice and parenting practices in the right way.Keywords: stunting, severely stunting, toodler, parenting

Abstract

Program Kampung Iklim (ProKlim) merupakan inisiatif nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat terhadap perubahan iklim serta menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca. Namun, pelaksanaannya di Desa Progowati menghadapi kendala, salah satunya adalah minimnya keberadaan dan peran bank sampah aktif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (Unimma) menerapkan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Masyarakat dilibatkan secara aktif dalam mengidentifikasi masalah lingkungan, merumuskan solusi lokal berbasis potensi desa, dan menjalankan aksi bersama. Tim KKNT berperan sebagai fasilitator, bukan sebagai instruktur utama. Kegiatan ini berhasil mengaktifkan kembali bank sampah yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pengelolaan sampah, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak ekonomi melalui sistem tabungan sampah dan produksi eco-enzyme. Strategi penguatan ProKlim melalui bank sampah terbukti efektif, relevan, dan berkelanjutan, terutama jika diintegrasikan ke dalam kebijakan desa serta didukung oleh kolaborasi lintas sektor. Inisiatif ini memberikan contoh praktik baik dalam penguatan adaptasi dan mitigasi berbasis masyarakat.
