Abstract

Fried rice stalls are a business that is in great demand by the middle and lower class, because in general many people understand and are familiar with fried rice sellers, Warung Nasi Goreng "Abah Karim" which was established in 2012 is one of the fried rice stalls located in Palmerah Barat, West Jakarta is open from 17.00 to 24.00 WIB. Warung Nasi Goreng Abah Karim until now there is no website available for promotional media and information so that not many people know it, because they do not yet have an information system in the form of a website. The purpose of this research is to create a website information system to provide better service. The information system design was created using the Waterfall method and structured analysis modeling. This system was created using the programming language commonly used in website creation, namely the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are that the website system can provide convenience for customers in receiving information and promotions interactively and effectively so that later it will be able to facilitate the selling process at the Abah Karim fried rice shop

Abstract

The development of the world of technology makes computer systems grow. These developments have broad implications for all sectors, including government agencies. The government agency is located in Grogol Sebrang Village. Collection of precise, fast and accurate population data is needed to anticipate an increase in the population of a village. The main objective of this research is to design a Population Data Collection System and a web-based letter printing service, thereby helping speed and quality in delivering information and facilitating the service of printing correspondence to be more effective and efficient. The method used in developing this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall process model. In this study, besides explaining the theoretical studies used as the basis for the preparation, system design and web creation will also be discussed. So that it is hoped that it can be implemented in a product that will fix all the deficiencies that exist in the old system. The method taken by the author is to carry out observations, interviews, literary studies, analysis and design of information systems. Where the existence of a computerized Population Data Collection System is expected to process data faster and easier than manually / bookkeeping. This information system was built using Code Igniter using PHP language. Data flow and system design use Object Oriented Programming (OOP), while table design in the database uses Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the current view of modern society on rivers. Modernity has given a new view of nature and changed human behavior towards nature. Modern humans still keep the spirituality inherited from the past and welcome progress and rationality in the present as well. This study used a literature study as a research method. This study shows that there is a dilemma of community behavior over rivers. The spiritual bond between the community and the river still exists, but humans' behavior about destroying the river contradicts their beliefs.

Abstract

This study examines the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of East Barito Regency during 2023–2024 to assess its contribution to regional financial efficiency. While previous studies have largely focused on single-year evaluations, comparative multi-year analyses remain limited. This research addresses that gap by evaluating APBD performance using the Value for Money framework (economy, efficiency, and effectiveness). A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through data triangulation, including key informant interviews, non-participant observation, and validation of audited Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD). The findings reveal a significant improvement in fiscal performance in 2024. Revenue realization exceeded the budget target, reaching 101.22%, supported by increased transfer revenues. Expenditure absorption also improved, with overall spending realization of 92.22% and capital expenditure realization of 91.70%. In addition, the Budget Financing Surplus (SiLPA) decreased substantially from Rp154.28 billion in 2023 to Rp30.97 billion in 2024, indicating greater budgetary effectiveness and more efficient financial management

Abstract

This research discusses the economic revolution that occurred during the leadership of Umar bin Abdul Aziz in the Umayyad Daulah, with a focus on economic policies based on Islamic welfare principles. Umar bin Abdul Aziz is known as a leader who brought significant reforms in the economic system through various policies, such as equal distribution of zakat, elimination of unfair taxes, control of corruption, and redistribution of resources. These policies succeeded in creating social balance, reducing poverty levels, and improving relations between groups in society. Through a literature approach, this research analyzes how Umar bin Abdul Aziz's policies reflect the Islamic welfare philosophy which integrates material, social, moral and spiritual aspects. The research results show that Islamic economic principles, if applied consistently, are able to create sustainable justice and prosperity. In conclusion, Umar bin Abdul Aziz's economic policies provide a concrete example of how Islamic values ​​can be implemented in government to achieve broader social welfare.
