Abstract

Fried rice stalls are a business that is in great demand by the middle and lower class, because in general many people understand and are familiar with fried rice sellers, Warung Nasi Goreng "Abah Karim" which was established in 2012 is one of the fried rice stalls located in Palmerah Barat, West Jakarta is open from 17.00 to 24.00 WIB. Warung Nasi Goreng Abah Karim until now there is no website available for promotional media and information so that not many people know it, because they do not yet have an information system in the form of a website. The purpose of this research is to create a website information system to provide better service. The information system design was created using the Waterfall method and structured analysis modeling. This system was created using the programming language commonly used in website creation, namely the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are that the website system can provide convenience for customers in receiving information and promotions interactively and effectively so that later it will be able to facilitate the selling process at the Abah Karim fried rice shop

Abstract

The development of the world of technology makes computer systems grow. These developments have broad implications for all sectors, including government agencies. The government agency is located in Grogol Sebrang Village. Collection of precise, fast and accurate population data is needed to anticipate an increase in the population of a village. The main objective of this research is to design a Population Data Collection System and a web-based letter printing service, thereby helping speed and quality in delivering information and facilitating the service of printing correspondence to be more effective and efficient. The method used in developing this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall process model. In this study, besides explaining the theoretical studies used as the basis for the preparation, system design and web creation will also be discussed. So that it is hoped that it can be implemented in a product that will fix all the deficiencies that exist in the old system. The method taken by the author is to carry out observations, interviews, literary studies, analysis and design of information systems. Where the existence of a computerized Population Data Collection System is expected to process data faster and easier than manually / bookkeeping. This information system was built using Code Igniter using PHP language. Data flow and system design use Object Oriented Programming (OOP), while table design in the database uses Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the current view of modern society on rivers. Modernity has given a new view of nature and changed human behavior towards nature. Modern humans still keep the spirituality inherited from the past and welcome progress and rationality in the present as well. This study used a literature study as a research method. This study shows that there is a dilemma of community behavior over rivers. The spiritual bond between the community and the river still exists, but humans' behavior about destroying the river contradicts their beliefs.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of shirkah contracts, particularly the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) scheme, in property financing by Islamic financial institutions. Shirkah contract is a form of business cooperation based on the principle of bearing risks and profits proportionally. MMQ is one of the relevant contemporary implementations of shirkah in the property sector, where the bank and the customer have joint ownership of the asset (house), and the customer gradually takes over the ownership. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach from literature, fatwas, financial institution reports, and reliable media articles. The results show that although MMQ has been used by several Islamic banks in Indonesia, its application is still limited to bilateral relationships between banks and customers. Opportunities for strengthening shirkah contracts in the property sector can be done through strategic cooperation between Islamic banks and developers, which allows project financing from the early stages of development. The article also identifies challenges to MMQ implementation, such as low Islamic financial literacy, regulatory limitations, and financing risks. Therefore, synergy between financial authorities, the property industry, and the public is needed to optimize the role of MMQ in sharia-based property development.
