Abstract

This research discusses the implications of Sharia economic law and muamalah fiqh on the operations of contemporary financial and business institutions. Through a literature study, this research analyzes how the principles of Sharia economic law and muamalah fiqh influence operational strategies, financial performance, reputation and sustainability of financial institutions and businesses in facing increasingly complex global market dynamics. The research results show that the implementation of these principles has a positive impact on compliance with Islamic values, increasing public trust, stable long-term profits, and building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami etika dan ham dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan. Pengembangan kecerdasan buatan memerlukan pertimbangan etika dan hak asasi manusia (HAM) untuk mencegah dampak negatif. Prinsip etika seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas dan privasi harus menjadi landasan pengembangan kecerdasan buatan. Penghormatan terhadap HAM seperti hak privasi, kebebasan berekspresi dan hak ketenagakerjaan juga harus diprioritaskan. Penerapan etika dan HAM dalam pengembangan Kecerdasan buatan membutuhkan kerja sama antara pemerintah, industri, akademisi dan masyarakat sipil. Regulasi, pendidikan etika, pengawasan dan evaluasi secara berkala dapat memastikan pengembangan Kecerdasan buatan yang bertanggung jawab dan menghormati hak-hak manusia. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif karena hasil datanya berupa gambaran kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai pengembangan kecerdasan buatan yang etis dan menghormati HAM, diperlukan kerja sama antara pemerintah, industri, akademisi dan masyarakat sipil. Regulasi yang jelas, pendidikan etika, pengawasan dan evaluasi secara berkala serta kesadaran tentang etika dan HAM harus ditingkatkan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kecerdasan buatan dapat dilakukan secara bertanggung jawab dan menghormati hak-hak manusia.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge and solutions that can be applied to reduce plastic waste and recycle it so that it becomes more useful to the community in Sukarami Village, Bengkulu City. The processing of plastic waste, can reduce the negative impact of environmental pollution and increase public awareness of the importance of protecting the surrounding environment. In this era of a creative economy that intensifies information and creativity by relying on ideas and knowledge, one of them is processing plastic waste into eco-bricks that can reduce plastic waste from environmental pollution and can improve the economy of the community in Sukarami Village, Bengkulu City. Bengkulu. Based on the results of these activities, the community is beginning to realize the importance and dangers of waste to the environment and health. In addition, the community was very enthusiastic about this activity and participated in it until it was completed.

Abstract

One of the efforts that teachers can make to improve student learning achievement is to manipulate learning strategies and teaching media. So this research, will be used expository learning strategies and card media to align fractional material for students of class V. The purpose of this study is to describe learning outcomes in fractional material by using exposure learning strategies and card media. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 050783 Salahaji, Langkat Regency. This type of research is action research with the design of Kurt Lewin. The study was conducted on 24 class V students. Research instruments in the form of a description test numbering 5 questions. Based on the results of research obtained the average completion of learning in cycle I is 46.39 (45.83%) with the number of completed students as many as 11 people and 69.6 (79.2%) in cycle II with the number of completed students as many as 19 people. Thus it is concluded that the use of fractional card media with strategi expository learning can improve learning outcomes in fractional material

Abstract

Microteaching has an important role in shaping prospective educators, so its implementation is recommended to take place thoroughly. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of microteaching courses in the formation of teaching skills of 2021 batch students of Tarbiyah and Keguruan PAI Study Program at STAIN Majene. This type of research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach method, researchers obtain data from observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that, there are six steps in the implementation of microteaching courses consisting of: (1) introduction to the concept of microteaching which is carried out at the beginning of the lecture by providing structured material, so that students can form teaching skills ranging from opening to closing skills. (2) presentation of models and discussions, where the supervisor uses various methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, hands-on practice, and preparation of papers Through this process, students can form skills ranging from choosing a model or learning method, explaining material, asking questions to managing the class. (3) planning or preparation for teaching by preparing lesson plans or modules in this case, students can form skills ranging from opening to closing lessons, 4) the implementation of teaching practice which has four groups with observers and five groups without observers, this aims to shape students' skills from opening to closing lessons, (5) feedback discussions are carried out through oral and written observations by students as well as supervisors' assessments of lesson plans and teaching practices through this process, students can form motivational skills. However, there are important steps that cannot be implemented due to time constraints, namely the practice of relearning. In addition, some shortcomings were also found in certain classes such as the feedback given was less specific, the absence of an assessment sheet and the unavailability of a semester implementation plan (RPS).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in language skills based on gender at SDN 1 Tukmudal. The method used is qualitative and involves 27 students. Data was obtained through observation and tests that include listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The results of the observation show that female students are more proficient in using language, especially in terms of vocabulary and fluency. On the other hand, male students tend to use firm and concise language more often. These results are expected to be the basis for designing a learning process that is in accordance with the character of each gender.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pengembanga Lembaga Wakaf Mutiara Tarbiyah (LWMT) dalam mengelola wakaf uang secara produktif dan berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Tengah, khususnya di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LWMT memiliki potensi yang besar dengan fondasi kelembagaan yang kuat, antara lain legalitas sebagai nazhir resmi dari BWI, struktur organisasi yang jelas, SDM yang tersertifikasi, serta sistem pelaporan berbasis PSAK 112. Dukungan dari Yayasan Mutiara Tarbiyah, jaringan wali murid aktif, serta kemitraan strategis dengan berbagai pihak, seperti Bank Indonesia, FEBI IAIN Palangka Raya, dan MES, menjadi kekuatan utama lembaga ini. Di sisi lain, tantangan internal meliputi belum adanya SOP khusus pengelolaan wakaf uang, keterbatasan SDM yang fokus di bidang wakaf, serta masih rendahnya literasi masyarakat terhadap wakaf uang. Untuk itu, penelitian ini merumuskan strategi pengembangan berdasarkan pendekatan SWOT Matching, yang menghasilkan empat strategi utama: strategi SO (Strength–Opportunity), WO (Weakness–Opportunity), ST (Strength–Threat), dan WT (Weakness–Threat). Strategi tersebut menjadi panduan adaptif bagi LWMT dalam memaksimalkan potensi dan memperkuat daya saing kelembagaan di tengah tantangan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa LWMT layak dikembangkan sebagai model pengelolaan wakaf uang yang profesional, kredibel, dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal maupun nasional, serta mampu berkontribusi dalam memperkuat filantropi Islam dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi instrumen wakaf uang.

Abstract

In this paper, we describe the analysis of the issuance of promissory notes by the owner of the umrah travel agency, First Travel, as a commitment to keep their promises or achievements. However, the victims of the failed Umrah departure by First Travel doubted the ability of the First Travel owner. The letter contains four statements regarding his ability to depart for the remaining prospective Umrah pilgrims and the payment of compensation if they cannot be departed. Initially, the pilgrims were directed to collect the payment through the Delay of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU), but the pilgrims felt that this was not appropriate because they never gave receivables to First Travel. The plaintiffs are victims, not creditors to investors or First Travel partners. This study uses a normative legal approach and the data used are secondary data through literature study.

Abstract

Limbah organik rumah tangga seperti nasi basi dan teh celup bekas sering dibuang tanpa pengelolaan, padahal berpotensi diolah menjadi pupuk cair organik. Namun, warga belajar di PKBM masih memiliki kesadaran dan keterampilan yang rendah dalam pemanfaatan limbah tersebut secara produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga belajar PKBM Salsabila Kota Langsa dalam mengolah limbah dapur menjadi pupuk cair berbasis prinsip zero waste. Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Pengabdian dilakukan pada 30 orang warga belajar pada PKBM Salsabila Kota Langsa dan Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan nilai pemahaman peserta dari rata-rata 30 (pre-test) menjadi 80 (post-test). Sebanyak 70% peserta berhasil melakukan praktik secara mandiri dengan hasil fermentasi yang menunjukkan kualitas pupuk cair yang baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan yang berbasis kontekstual dan praktik langsung sangat efektif diterapkan di pendidikan nonformal untuk membangun keterampilan, kesadaran lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan warga belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values and the use of technology in the process of identifying learning needs as a strategic step in developing a relevant and future-oriented curriculum. The background of this study is based on the reality of Islamic education, which often faces a gap between the idealism of religious values and the demands of technological advancement. Through a qualitative approach with literature study and document analysis, this research examines the integrative concept between Islamic educational principles, such as ta'dib and maqashid al-syari'ah, with modern educational technology methods, including data-based needs analysis and digital systems. The results show that the integration of Islamic values in identifying learning needs can strengthen the moral, spiritual, and social orientation of students, while the use of technology enables a more accurate, efficient, and adaptive assessment process. These findings confirm that the synergy between Islamic values and technology is not merely an instrumental approach, but a holistic educational paradigm that places humans as subjects of learning who are moral, intelligent, and competitive in the digital age
